Two defeats at Old Trafford in two different competitions were very embarrassing for Manchester United, especially since the fans were already disappointed with this team. Previously Manchester United were humiliated by their neighbors Manchester United with a score of 0-3 and last night they lost again with the same score of 0-3 against Newcastle.

It is truly unforgivable the results achieved by the Red Devils so far and Erik Ten Hag always responds to these bad results with anomalous words that do not reflect his responsibility as a coach. A home defeat is clearly more embarrassing than an away defeat and I think the current Old Trafford is no longer as scary since the Sir Alex Ferguson era because the visiting team can always play freely and use Old Trafford as a training ground.
I agree with you that Old Trafford is no longer scary for visiting teams, due to a series of very embarrassing defeats recently. Ten Hag led United to break various bad records under his leadership as head coach. Club officials must take a firm stance to end the Dutch coach tenure, if they don't want to see the Red Devils end the season worse than before. I doubt their next match will be against Fulham, it seems like getting a draw is quite difficult.

Their latest defeat to Newcastle indicates that Ten Hag has failed in managing the club, whatever he puts forward will look like just an excuse. It looks like United this season will not be able to win any trophies, just like the fate of Chelsea which is being handled by Pochettino. Large expenditures on the transfer market have not had any impact on improving performance, maybe it is time for Ten Hag to leave.

With the confirmation of the 2034 World cup being hosted by Saudi Arabia we can say, Saudi Arabia has some serious football develop project on his hand, i dont know if they can ended be a good national team or a football of football, but they are putting a big effort on that, for me 2034 are 11!! years ahead, so many things can change and happen.
Saudi Arabia ambition to build football is really serious, along with crazy investment in the Saudi Pro League. Previously they even submitted their candidacy for the 2030 edition, but FIFA did not agree and gave the quota in 2034. With a long time left, they will continue to strive to improve the quality of their players through the SPL, they have enough money to make things easier. If there are no changes in the appointment of the host, it means that ASIA has hosted the World Cup three times. First Korea-Japan in 2002, Qatar in 2022 and 2034 will be held in Saudi.

Slowly the ASIA region will become a place for great players in football, and will compete fiercely with Europe. I think the Asian Leagues will also become increasingly popular in the future, a step that is quite good for expanding the fan base.
1223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: November 01, 2023, 06:56:20 PM
Not all outcast teams from the UCL are challengers in the Europa League, some of them may have to be wary of teams in the Europa League. I see that Liverpool and Leverkusen can be killers of other teams, both of them always appear consistently in the Europa League and their respective local leagues. Luck was not on their side last season as they failed to finish in the UCL zone, their performance this season is on par with the top UCL teams. I prefer Liverpool and Leverkusen to appear in the Europa League Final because their quality really deserves to be in the final.
There are several clubs from Italy who are quite consistent in the Europa League, namely Atalanta and As Roma, although As Roma this season is still hampered by being in the middle of the local league with 4 wins and 4 defeats. Not yet very consistent in the local league, I'm sure these 2 Italian clubs will be a problem in the last 16 of the Europa League, because I see AS Roma and Atlanta competing quite well in the Europa League for now. And they only focus on the local and European leagues.

At the group stage, Liverpool and Laverkusen are two teams that really deserve to be favorites, their performance is also very consistent in their respective leagues. Maybe the list of favorite clubs will increase when the teams that failed from the UCL will enter the Europa League, and if Sevilla plays here then I think they also really deserve to be favorites.

Besides that, Roma is in unstable form in Serie A, and they are showing a different performance here, and I see that Atalanta also has a chance to go further this time. Roma will benefit from the figure of Mourinho who will have a big influence on the squad mentality. I hope that the two Italian representatives can talk a lot this time in the Europa League.
1224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: November 01, 2023, 06:32:43 PM
Juventus team is very strong this season. And since they are not playing in the Champions League and Europa League, the team can fully focus on Serie A matches. So Juventus has a slightly higher chance of doing well in Serie A matches. I also don't think we will see a Juventus team at the top of the table. The party is still not completely stable. There are several weaknesses within the team. Even so, I think this team will fight for the title. Will try to get to the top of the table. I guess we will see Juventus in the top 3 of the table at the end of the season.
I have no doubt that Juventus can finish in the top three of the standings at the end of the season, and Juventus chances of winning the Scudetto are also very open. With the limited match schedule due to the ban on playing in European competitions, it is appropriate for them to be able to maximize all their focus and potential to get 3 points in every match played in Serie A. On the other hand, to be able to overtake Inter at the top of the standings, I think Allegri needs to recruit new players in the January transfer window, especially after it is certain that he will lose Pogba.

For AC Milan, I have a little doubt, even though at the start of the season they appeared quite consistent, but the defeats against Inter and Juventus show that they are not yet completely strong, however I think Pioli squad will occupy one of the places in the top three too. Napoli certainly cannot be forgotten, their performance is now slowly improving and I think they deserve to finish in the UCL zone this season.

It is difficult to say that MU has a chance to go to the next phase. And, this is normal because the club's situation is in a dire condition. I just thought, how come it took a time for so long to escape the memories with Fergie. Because since that era ended, MU is no longer the red devil. Because MU is no longer a club that its rivals fear.
MU has only its last chance. Unable to win against copenhagen will make manchester united will not be ablt to go to the knock out round. Im thinking copenhagen will be also trying to win against manchester united.
It will be so bad if copenhagen will be missing its last chance to get into the second spot. The position of manchester united is not yet clear at this moment. Copenhagen and galatasaray would win it easily.

Im still doubting united at this moment. It's likely that if united will win with narrow score agains copenhagen like the previous match.
If Man United has the ambition to secure a ticket to the round of 16, then the matches against Copenhagen and Galatasaray must be won, another against Bayern Munchen, if winning is very difficult, then it is enough to play a draw. I think if the opposite happens then their chances are very difficult, and really depend on the results of Galtasaray and Copenhagen, while Munchen remains untouchable it seems.

The crushing 3-0 defeat to Man City in Week 10 of the EPL must be immediately forgotten, and focus on the next match while improving the situation. Even though it is difficult, Ten Hag only hope of not being fired is to try to get United into the last 16 of the UCL. If he doesn't succeed, I think management will kick him out of Old Trafford.

Manchester united would bounce back but if might not happen very soon cause their squad is not very complete and Erik Ten Hag needs to manage the players he's got until his clubs remain balanced again, Manchester United could have had a better season if not for the injury crisis they're currently facing and I doubt If Manchester united would be able to finish 3rd place like they did the previous season.

Erik Ten Hag is very lucky that the board and club owners still believe in him and don't got any plans to sack him but however he's got to do something to help the team get better so that they don't drop very drastically on the standings, Erik Ten Hag had a very good tactics at Ajax that got the attention of United board which made them to sign him but recently he's now bringing another pattern that's not helping the club,  they're not even playing good football that would help them gain support of the fans.
I also believe that Man United will be able to recover in their future matches, but on the other hand it would be very risky if we bet on the matches they play because of United's uncertain performance. I think the main thing that makes Ten Hag squad performance decline is the injury factor, which doesn't give him many choices to determine the starting XI, then several internal cases such as Sancho which are still not resolved. Club officials seem to be very annoyed with the achievements of the Red Devils squad so far, perhaps in the next few matches if the Dutch coach achieves negative results then it is very likely that he will be replaced.

On the fans side, I think that Ten Hag no longer gets respect, because he is already considered to have failed in managing strategy and failed manage players. Maybe it wouldn't be wrong to say that he failed to lead the dressing room, so that his squad continuously experienced ups and downs in performance.

The match for Atletico Madrid at home to Las Palmas is a match that must also be considered important for Atletico Madrid even though a team like Las Palmas is not a serious enough problem for Atletico Madrid to get full points at the Estadio de Gran Canaria. Because if Atletico Madrid is able to win at home to Las Palmas in this week's match, it will make Atletico Madrid succeed in taking the top position in the La Liga standings from Real Madrid. So Atletico Madrid must also attach importance to the match with Las Palmas even though it is not a strong enough team in La Liga.

Obviously, of course playing against Las Palmas is a very big chance for Atletico to be able to win with a big score too. Because yes, at this moment they will still play with great motivation too, because the competition in the title race still has a long way to go, so they still target victory in every match. Therefore, although Atletico will play away against Las Palmas, but it will certainly still make Atletico target a win in this match. What's more, playing Champion League against Celtic is also not a big obstacle for Atleitco, because at this moment Celtic is also only at the bottom of the standings in group E.
Atletico still has one postponed match against Sevilla, if there are no changes to the schedule, this match is scheduled to be held at the end of December. Of course they have to focus first on the closest matches, against Las Palmas in La Liga and versus Celtic in the UCL. On paper, ATM can secure full points when facing Las Palmas, while I am a little doubtful about Celtic because both of them drew in the first leg, but this time ATM has the advantage of acting as host, so it is very likely that they will get full points too.

Overall, ATM performance in La Liga is quite good and exceeds the points achieved by Barcelona, especially since they still have one match pending which, if they win, will match Madrid and Girona points tally. On the other hand, I am quite confident that Diego Simeone squad can qualify from the UCL group phase, especially since their chances of winning Group E are still quite open.

It's interesting to see Aston Villa in the leaders of the standings with a five-point lead over Newcastle... Spurs and Arsenal have not lost a single game so far, but Man City can take the lead at any moment... Probably the second half of the season will be very interesting...
The second half of the season is always interesting because that's when the main competition kicks in. I am surprised to see that the premier league table look so weird because Manchester united and Chelsea are performing so badly and I can't wait to see what the second half of the will bring because the likes of Aston villa, Brighton and even west ham are ready to cause serious upset in the final arrangements of the table come the end of the season, that is of the Manchester united and Chelsea doesn't buckle up and start winning.
What if arsenal and tottenham continued to consistently win and man city failed to take over at the top of the standings according to their wishes, that would also be no less interesting in my opinion and certainly not impossible to happen this season. the reds devils and the blues have lost their way this season, their hopes of improving the situation always seem to fail to materialize, Ten Hag and Pochettino should just be fired. However, it is possible that in the next half of the season, their performance will improve and both teams will bounce back, so they can overtake aston villa and newcastle when the season ends.

Tottenham will face chelsea and arsenal will face newcastle in week eleven, two matches that are worth waiting for because they determine the top of the standings. Meanwhile, man city will face bournemouth, this is a fairly easy match for Pep squad and I don't think they will drop any points.

I will be expecting some competition for the Ligue 1 title once again like in the last season. PSG look even more inconsistent than that season for now. If they can't learn to play effective as a team regularly then I don't think they would manage to pull away from others early in the season. I'm just wondering what team can compete with them for the title this time.

Would it be Nice or Monaco? Or maybe a surprising team to shine out? Nice are currently the team with the best start. Maybe they are the Lens of this season.  Grin

I would really love to see Monaco bringing back their old days by staying in this title competition but let's see.
Well I think they're gradually picking their pace and that's why they've performed well in their last 4 matches after they got embarrassed by Newcastle in the UCL game they played, though they almost lost against Stade brest after a very impressive 1st half game, however their star player Mbappé came to the rescue with a fine penalty kick, they got the 3points and it's got them to 2nd place in the table with just few points below Nice.

If PSG manage to reach the 1st place it would be really most their morale and they could remain their for a very long time, Nice are very impress this season but they have to work harder so as to continue being consistent, cause any errors could make them drop in the standings and give opportunity for PSG to  claim the 1st place, they're very good in defending but would need to boost their attacking line if they want to challenge PSG'S dominance in the league.
So far in the 10 matches that have taken place, I see that only Nice is more worthy of challenging PSG dominance in Ligue 1 this season, because they are completely unbeaten. Previously, Monaco performance looked promising to be included in the list, but it turns out they had difficulty maintaining a positive trend so they had to lose their top position and are now stuck in third place in the standings. PSG is only one point behind Nice, who is currently in first place, this means that PSG only needs to wait for Nice to lose or draw then they will automatically take over the top of the standings.

I think that for domestic competitions, Enrique squad will not face much threat, because slowly they will return to the top of the standings. But we all know that their real ambition is to go further in the UCL, but not with a performance like at St James Park, that was not the expected result and what happened was very embarrassing.

Officially, Vinícius Jr has extended his contract with Real Madrid: [1]
Real Madrid C.F. and Vinícius Jr. have agreed to extend the player's contract until June 30, 2027.
Vinícius Jr has signed a four-year deal with Real Madrid that will keep him with the Spanish giants until the summer of 2027. The Brazil international has made over 235 appearances for Los Blanco's, scoring 62 goals since joining from Flamengo in 2017. Vinicius, 16, received the Socrates Award at Monday night's Ballon d'Or ceremony.
The 23 years old Vinícius Jr has been one of the most influential players at Real Madrid in Spain in recent years.
But during his time in Spain, he was repeatedly subjected to racism, and the game was stopped for 10 minutes in the second half of Real Madrid's game against Valencia in May. La Liga is also investigating racist chants directed at Vinicius in El Clásico on Saturday, when he was substituted for Brazil late in the second half. Source

So What do you guys think that Vinícius Jr. should stay in Spain or not because he insults him repeatedly by being a target of racism? It saddens me that some ignorant types of people do racism because of the hate ness toward opponent Rival. However, this should not be done as a matter of human dignity.

I think we should be with Vinicius to support him when receive racist treatment, and of course congratulations on renewing his new contract with Madrid. On the other hand, Vini will get justice for the racist actions committed by anyone against him, so I don't think it's a problem at all to stay at Madrid and continue playing in La Liga. With the award he has just received, I think he is one step closer to winning a more prestigious individual award in the future, namely the ballon d'Or.

On the other hand, Perez really understands the role of the Brazilian winger in the team, so securing him with a new contract is an important step that must be taken. If you look at his performance record with Los Blancos, his term of service until 2027 will make him one of the club legends in the future, many goals will be scored from his feet, I don't doubt that.
1231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 31, 2023, 06:43:00 PM
Inter have a good chance to be champions this season. Especially if they are eliminated from the Champions League, they will have a chance to focus more on the league. Inter's squad is good enough to challenge for both trophies, but sometimes things don't go your way and you have to give up something. If that happens, Inter will have to decide exactly which one to give up. Inter's only loss in the league was an unlucky one at home to Sassuolo. Despite leading at half time, they lost 2-1 with a goal in the second half.
Sometimes the conditions are exactly as you mean, where we all never expected Sassuolo to be able to beat Inter Milan even though we were favorites. It seems absurd when Inter is able to beat another favorite team, but they lose to a team in the middle of the standings. I think they have to be consistent not to lose points by surprise, AC Milan, Juventus and Napoli will take advantage of whatever slightest negligence they make.

On the other hand, the Champions League is also very important and in my opinion Simone Inzaghi should prioritize it more than Serie A, if they can progress like last season to the final, they will get quite a large income. When they are able to compete in the UCL, I think Serie A will automatically be easier for them to conquer. I think Inter has two very prominent advantages compared to other teams in Serie A, a solid defense line and a sharp attack line, meaning both are equally good.

Why Roma plans for a swap deal? I think they have an option to buy Lukaku. They don't need to let Abraham leaving AS Roma. I'm sure it will be easy to buy Lukaku because Chelsea is no longer interested in him. Lukaku price isn't very expensive, I believe AS Roma has the money to sign him permanently. I think buying Lukaku is the best option.

Yes, Abraham gets a serious injury, he will be unavailable until the early of the next year. AS Roma needs Lukaku who can play well as the main striker and he also has a good fitness. AS Roma actually has Dybala and Belotti, but Dybala often gets injury and Belotti can't play in a good form. So, Lukaku is the only striker that AS Roma can rely on every match during this season.

If Lukaku plays well with Roma and scores lots of goals then his price will still be stable, and I also believe Roma will still be able to redeem him from Chelsea. However, this really depends on Mourinho future as Roma coach in the next season, I assume if Mourinho leaves then Lukaku will also leave. On the other hand, I'm not sure Tammy Abraham wants to return to Chelsea, because there he will only be a cover for Nkunku and Jackson.

However, for now I think Lukaku will still be the main choice for the Portuguese coach, and I think he can make a contribution to the team and can respond to the trust he has been given. With so many injured players, Mourinho can only rely on Lukaku on the front lines for now.

The decline in Barcelona's performance cannot be separated from the fact that many of their main players are injured and this team does not have substitute players who have equal quality to maintain the team's performance so that it can become like now, this is quite unfortunate because this makes Barcelona even further behind.
I agree that the decrease of Barcelona performance is caused by too many injured players. Some of them are the key players like Lewandowski, Kounde, Pedri, Frank de Jong, and Raphinha. However, some of them have recovered now, Lewandowski and Raphinha have played yesterday. But they need time to be back to their best shape. It is not easy to play again with their best after they spend much time for the recovery.

I think, losing Dembele and Ansu Fati also contributes to the decrease of Barcelona performance. I still remember that these players often give the difference when they played in big matches in the previous season. I am a bit confused why Xavi doesn't need them anymore. Xavi may not know that losing them will bring a big impact.

I think this El Clasico is not ideal considering that many players in Xavi squad are injured, and those who have just recovered are not yet fully 100% fit. On the other hand, Xavi took quite a big risk when determining the starting XI yesterday, which turned out to be true because he had to admit the greatness of the strategy implemented by Ancelotti. Dembele and Ansu Fati were released because Xavi wanted several players like Felix and Cancelo and to make room for young players like Yamal.

Regardless from this defeat, Barcelona also still has a chance to retain the La Liga trophy, the difference in points is not too big and it is still reasonable to catch up in the following weeks. On the other hand, Madrid is in top form at the moment, so it's not easy to beat them, especially with a player like Bellingham.

When Neymar was signed to Al Hilal from PSG, there was a fear of Neymar getting injured, but Al Hilal did not care about that fear and signed Neymar only hoping for good things, but that injury took Neymar back. A club is more likely to miss a player for an entire season than a player is likely to suffer an injury. Neymar has been injured several times and he has returned several times but only lost precious moments of football in the middle. Neymar is now injured, maybe after a few months he will come back from injury but he will miss only Al Hilal matches this season. As a Neymar fan, it is my hope that Neymar recovers quickly from his injury and joins the team's training camp again.
Of course, we all know that Neymar is a player who is often hit by injuries, perhaps if you count it almost every season he experiences it. SPL, especially Al Hilal, looked at the other side when recruiting him, their aim was to improve the club image and the image of SPL instantly. So I think they will not mind the injury, and the club will not experience a decline in performance due to Neymar absence in the main squad. It is proven that currently Al Hilal is still leading the SPL standings and has not been defeated in the 11 matches they have played.

It is estimated that Neymar will be available again in April 2024, it could be said that he will miss this season. In terms of quality, no one doubts it, but the skills he has sometimes backfire, because dribbling the ball for too long sometimes makes him prone to get a tackle, resulting in injury for a long time.

Yes, they ended up being humiliated in the Manchester Derby match with quite a landslide score, This year is a tough year for Manchester United, they have to recover from their slump in the previous match, to defend in several leagues, such as Champions and local. Many fans are very disappointed with Manchester's performance this year.

In the next 3 days they will compete in the league cup against Newcastle, with such a busy schedule the coach must pay attention to the condition of each player, and on the 9th of next week they will automatically face Copenhagen who are playing at home. Manchester must concentrate fully in this match to get full points to reduce the difference in points in Group A standings. because their opponents, Galatasaray, will face quite a tough opponent, namely Bayer Munchen, at their home ground. Of course, Galatasaray will fight hard at their home ground.

With the tight match schedule that Ten Hag is undergoing, he is required to be able to stabilize Man United performance again after losing humiliatingly in the last match against Man City. In the next group phase match, I predict Copenhagen can be beaten again by United, although not in an easy way. So they can maintain their hopes of qualifying for the last 16 while hoping that Galatasaray stumbles in their match.

It seems like this is the bleakest season for Ten Hag in managing The Red Devils, throughout the start of the season so far he hasn't really gotten out of the big pressure. Moreover, there will be a lot of fans who will be disappointed if United fails to get through the group phase, and I think if that happens then the fans will ask the management and club officials to fire him.

According to a news from Fabrizio Romano, one of Bayern Munich striker, Thomas Muller's would be out of contract in june 24th , however Bayern Munich's director Fruend made a statement that Muller is very important to the team and their would be talks with the player in few weeks, but  it would also be depending on Muller's decision for tfe future, well i think Muller would still got interest for another season and could sign another contract  with Bayern Munich.

Bayern Munich CEO Dreesen also talked about wishing to keep Musiala in Bayern Munich for lífe and how he's developed into a top football player, he also said the club would try as much as possible to keep Musiala from leaving Bayern Munich next summer, well he's right Musiala is a very good player and no club would like to lose him if he's their player.
I think Muller will be given a short-term contract to stay at Bayern Munchen, Tuchel certainly doesn't want the veteran player to leave the team and prefers to move. Personally, I hope he can retire in a Munchen, because I consider Muller to be one of the club legends. He has achieved quite a lot with this club, even though he is currently not getting many playing minutes. However, it is possible that SPL will move to recruit him and offer him a special contract, after previously being rejected.

Regarding Musiala, his contract will end in June 2026, of course management will try to retain this potential player for a long period of time. I see his market value currently soaring, I think it will continue to increase along with his contribution to the team. Liverpool and Man City are reportedly interested in recruiting him. Seeing his talent, it is very natural that FC Hollywood wants to keep him, if possible for life.

But I think that a different coach would be able to make them much stronger than they are right now. I agree that regarding the names, some of the exclusivity was gone when Messi and Neymar left the club, but when you look at their whole squad they still have plenty of quality. I would like to know how far a top coach could develop this team. With someone like Zidane or Guardiola I believe they would be better off. Enrique may not be a bad coach, but i never found him to be particularly good. He had some good timing when he had all these great players and won the Champions League, but apart from that I wouldn't say he is among the best coaches.
I don't know how you feel about it but a manager can change a lot of a team. A team arranges their team with many good players but how to play in which position, how to plan against which team or why to raise which player and drop which player at any time.

This is what we saw with the previous team of PSG, no doubt the previous team had world class players but lacked a manager to give the right direction. If this team could have been guided in the right direction from that time, then this team would have at least won a Champions League trophy by now. Luis Enrique is working with this team and he has managed to change some areas of this team and that is definitely a positive change. If he works with this team for a long time, the performance of this team will change more.
I think each coach has a different strategy and approach, as well as analyzing the strength of the opposing team and maximizing the potential of the players in the squad. We certainly understand very well that to achieve success, coaches must be able to build a bridge between star players and other players, which in the end will be seen as a solid team. Pep and Zidane are good coaches, and I know very well what they have achieved, but there is no guarantee that either of them can deliver a Champions League trophy any time soon for PSG.

I think it's just a matter of time for PSG to realize their ambitions, ups and downs in performance are very normal. We will see how Enrique ends this season, how good his quality is so that management thinks he is worth keeping. Sometimes I remember Chelsea journey when they won the UCL for the first time with their interim coach at that time, and we have seen how many coaches Abramovich fired before Chelsea won it.

What a difficult situation Chelsea have at the moment, and for the next few matches in the Premier League too of course. Because anyway, after Chelsea lost at home in yesterday match against Brentford with a score of 0-2, in fact Chelsea next matches will play against Tottenham, Manchester City, Newcastle, Brighton and Manchester United. Although for example Chelsea failed to win but indeed, Chelsea will not fall into the relegation zone. But clearly, if in that matches Chelsea failed to win, then Chelsea position in the Premier League standings would be closer to the relegation zone.
In my opinion after seeing them lose at home from Brentford yesterday, It is indeed difficult for Chelsea to get full points when looking at their next opponent. Against Tottenham and Man City, we can already guess from now on that it is very likely that Pochettino squad will lose points again. Against Newcastle and Brighton, maybe the Blues can target a draw, next against Man United I think Ten Hag squad is still a little better than Chelsea. Overall I agree with you that this is the most difficult period Pochettino has faced, and I think they are on the brink of decline.

Regarding the degradation zone, I am still optimistic that they will not enter it, because however the club officials will take a firm stance before that actually happens, I mean Pochettino will be fired if the club is heading towards degradation. On the other hand, with their absence from European competitions, they should be able to perform better because they only focus on domestic competitions, but it seems that this cannot be realized in the near future.

After the away side AC Milan went 2:0 up in the the first 31 minutes of the game, I thought it was going to be another Italian Serie A defeat for the home side Napoli but Napoli came back in the second half of that game playing like a team who not just hunting for a point but for a maximum three points from that game and were rewarded with a draw against a big club like AC Milan.
I think the Milan defense were toothless in the second half of that very important encounter and it caused the team hugely by drawing they were leading 2:0 at halftime. Great match and a good way to advertise the Italian football to the rest of the world
Milan showed their weak side in yesterday match, yes their defense line was very porous and Pioli should have seen clearly when Napoli managed to turn things around in the second half. On the other hand, Milan is not bad, although a draw is quite fair for both, it is clear that if they want to target the Scudetto at the end of the season they must be able to dominate the other big Serie A clubs. However, this has not been possible and on the other hand we have to understand that Napoli are the defending champions, so it will not be an easy job to beat them.

Now the Serie A standings have changed and Pioli's squad must be willing to sit in third place in the standings. I think the current standings are an ideal picture of where they will finish at the end of the season. But we know it's still too early to say, a lot can happen in the next weeks.

Liverpool is performing really well right now. The recent loss that I can think of was against Tottenham, and of course, Tottenham is the team that is in the first position right now. But then that loss could have been easily avoided.  Anyway if we talk about the Europa League competition, I do not think that there are any teams that will actually cause Liverpool too many problems,  to be honest. At least not till we reach the semi-final or final of the competition. I have high hopes for Liverpool in this season in almost all the competitions. I hope they will be able to deliver.
I agree with you, I look at the list of teams taking part in the Europa League competition this season and it doesn't seem like it will be too difficult for Liverpool to reach the final round. In contrast to the EPL, even though they have only suffered one defeat against Tottenham this season, I think the Reds struggle is more difficult when compared to the European League. Three games with 9 points and now leading group E, I think their path is quite smooth in the group phase this time.

With Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp has not yet managed to win the Europa League trophy, they almost won it in the 2015-2016 season but lost to Sevilla in the final. This time I think his squad can reach the final again, because if you look at the depth of the squad he currently has, Klopp still has a better squad than other clubs.
