1. Fix your software
2. Stop doing shady things like having sock puppets and letting people involved in your site play on your site
3. Give money away to people who are actually playing. Rake races/sig promos/MTT leader-boards/added money to MTTs with buy ins, there are millions of ways to actually foster growth on your site.
