12201  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BitMaximum.io - More privacy during Bitcoin exchange / Coin mixer on: July 09, 2018, 01:46:15 AM
Being different than other mixers is valid excuse not to offer Letter of Guarantee. For example ChipMixer does not offer LoG because it is incompatible with chip withdrawal idea. It would be nice to have an additional security measure but sometimes you just cannot do that.
Exactly. ChipMixer doesn't offer a LoG because it's incompatible with how you guys work

AFAIK, BitMaximum works exactly as the other mixers. Send to X address, receive in Y address. So I don't think the "I don't want to copy the other mixers" excuse is valid when this would benefit their users.
12202  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Half of seed compromised? on: July 09, 2018, 12:50:48 AM
Yes.

Even if it's unlikely, this increases his chances of brute forcing your wallet seed if he ever wants to try. Don't play with your money. Creating a new wallet isn't that hard.
12203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: how to get all guids on my local wallet blockchain api? on: July 08, 2018, 03:19:52 PM
but when i create wallet, i don't set email
look https://talkimg.com/images/2023/05/14/blobdecb6ca9d0c928ba.png
Then, you will need to find the GUID by yourself. There is no other way.
12204  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: New Ledger native desktop app to be released on July 9th, 2018 on: July 08, 2018, 03:09:20 PM
T-1 day can't wait. I am also hoping they support more currencies asap.
Initially, they will only support the already supported coins (28 cryptocurrencies).

I compiled the wallet myself and it's looking dope.

12205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of All The Coin Forks on: July 08, 2018, 02:51:50 PM
Mainly for BTC, LTC and ETH, you can use this website[1]. There isn't much information about every one of them because there are too many (including malicious ones).

A few others here[2].

but on my lost guid there is money (
I see... Did you try recovering your GUID in Blockchain.info's login page? Go to this page[1], select "I lost my wallet ID" and put your registered email.

If you don't have access to the email or forgot it, there is probably nothing you can do (AFAIK).

12207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: how to get all guids on my local wallet blockchain api? on: July 08, 2018, 02:38:42 PM
I think you can use the GUID of your already existent wallet. Or just create a new one for your API usages.
12208  Other / Meta / Re: Forum ranks/positions/badges (What do those shiny coins under my name mean?) on: July 08, 2018, 05:18:28 AM
Just want to ask why is posting the wallet address on thread is being forbidden?
It's only forbidden if the author of the threads is asking for your address so you can join a giveaway/get something for making that post or if you are begging/just putting it there as a "second signature".

Just posting for something related to the threads isn't against the rules.
12209  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance Exchange - Let us grow together. Please provide us your feedback. on: July 08, 2018, 05:16:53 AM
Wonder where the official forum for Binance
Binance's subreddit[1] is the closest you can get from a forum.

What a shit excuse. So, are you saying that you won't add an extra security measure that benefits your users because "you are not like the other mixers/you don't want to be like the other mixers"?

No one here is talking about Javascript. Everybody agrees that requiring Js is a bad thing. But what does this have to do with giving your users a proof that they used your mixer? What does this have to do with js functions and animated buttons?

Adding extra details also have nothing to do with js. You can't just print all the static information without any js.
12211  Economy / Reputation / Re: need DT member on: July 07, 2018, 07:08:58 PM
I agree that his posting quality is bad. But why do you need a DT member?

theymos already stated that the DT members shouldn't be tagging users solely based on their post quality.
12212  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BitMaximum.io - More privacy during Bitcoin exchange / Coin mixer on: July 07, 2018, 04:14:57 PM
That is, at the time of work with this service, a confirmation letter will be automatically generated and sent to the client by e-mail?
No. I don't think asking for your user's email is a good idea.

It should just show up in the mixing screen along with the details (address to send the coins, maximum and minimum, etc...)
12213  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: BTC.com | Bitcoin & Bitcoin Cash WALLET Mobile & Web | Secure & trusted. on: July 07, 2018, 03:59:59 PM
I would like to inquire if BTC.com support Asia country like Philippines, Hongkong and Singapore.

Thank you for any info! @neutraLTC
I think they are supported anywhere.

Actually, (AFAIK) BTC.com (Bitmain) is based in China.
12214  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Coins.ph (Bitcoin and Ethereum Wallet) on: July 07, 2018, 03:56:56 PM
~
You are missing the point. It doesn't matter if Coins.ph is an exchange or a web wallet. What matters is that they are holding your coins, which means that if they get hacked/robbed/whatever, your coins are gone. Being associated with banks means shit when your coins are sitting in a third party wallet.
12215  Other / Meta / Re: is there a way to check your login details? on: July 07, 2018, 04:58:55 AM
Is there any way to check the recent login IP or which deviced was used?
No.

Did you check "Always stay logged in" when logging in? You don't necessarily get disconnected when accessed from another computer, but when you didn't check that box, or when you log in from another computer and don't check it (in this case, you get disconnected from every computer - even from those which you initially checked the box).
12216  Other / Meta / Re: I understood why I do not get merit. on: July 07, 2018, 04:49:03 AM
Can I integrate my answers into one big message?
Obviously. Just write them in one post. And if you have anything new to add, edit your last post.

Merits are only for best of the best posers. I have a lot post which is the bestbfor me but yet.no merit. Just do your best and continue high quality posting
The majority of what you post is redundant answers in SMT (Spam Mega Threads). You will never get any merit if you keep doing this instead of creating relevant content.

@kriptopsina: see what I did here? answering 2 users in 1 post.

That chat is full of people trying to shill/pump their coin. Please don't take any advice from them.
12218  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best way to store Bitcoins/alt for long term holder? on: July 06, 2018, 01:55:23 PM
In a paper wallet. Just generate a private-key/wallet seed for every one of your coins and write/print them down.

Alternatively, you could use a hardware wallet. But the device could stop working, so having the backup seed would be the main priority (back again to the paper wallet).

12220  Other / Meta / Re: Are we ever going to get 2fa on this site? on: July 06, 2018, 04:49:12 AM
Probably in the new forum software (if it ever gets released).

This has been suggested tons of times in the past and nothing has ever been done about it.
