I choose binance, bittrex, and poloniex as the best three exchanges and I don't think that the new exchanges can compete with that old exchanges especially to compete with binance. Binance right now is trying to be the biggest exchange market and still trying to increase their level, but bittrex and poloniex still trying to do the same.
