In my experience, I don't think the transaction's confirmation got slower, in fact it is most likely the same and didn't even change.. The transaction will just take further time if you send a big amount of bitcoin, this needs to be secure thus making your transaction longer. with your comments, a thought came to my mind, that if the miners will be reduced due to halving and all the confirmations are done by miners, then will not the transaction time increase? it could happen because of the volume of transactions online it requires miners to process the transactions very fast and making them unprofitable with the lower price of bitcoins will force them to stop the operation. |

I think you are not touched directly buy a home but keep a little patience and hold your bitcoin to see if the value goes up or not . try to invest in a lot of places to distribute the risk of loss if you redistribute you will be secure from bitcoin price volatility is ongoing .
That's a bit risky for me, I'd rather buy a house if the bitcoin that I have is already enough than engaging in investments.. remember that house and lot price rise from year to year, so if you have enough bitcoin right now, who knows, next year that might not be enough to buy a house..Better buy a house to avoid renting and just paying your property tax yearly.. Btc price can only go one direction, and this direction is up  You are correct after halving when the price did not drop , we can rely on it in future of long term as now more people will trust on its value and will adopt it and will put their money into bitcoin so with that the demand will increase more and more and with that the price of bitcoin will increase much faster. We just need to be very patient as the increase is possible to happen, if you take notice we have not seen an increase after the halving but the price does not fall back also, that would only mean that bitcoin will just surprise us in the coming months. |

If I was rich I would still gamble for fun. I love the thrill or the feeling of excitement while gambling. Gambling is not for becoming rich and most of the gambling is played by wealthy people. But even If I was rich I would gamble with a limit.

The next 20 years is really long long time. I think you need at least 300-1000 bitcoins or even more to retire in the next 20 years, but for now you can earn bitcoins for next 20 years.
Even 300 bitcoin would be fine as when the bitcoin will increase as time pass by then the value of what you are holding will be enough to live a decent life. |

I also manage to stop gambling cause it is really draining my money very hard. So i force myself to get away from this mess and i did by focus on daily stuff. I did go back to gambling after half a year but now i am totally able to control myself so i gamble for entertainment now and not gamble more than i can afford to loss.
That long term layoff in gambling has really help you a lot, gambling is really fun the second time around especially when you already learn how to control yourself as you will get the best experience in gambling. |

I do not gamble to much but it always seems that when I do, I take the loss big time. For example, I have lost over 3 BTC in the BustaBit game online. It is fun and I like to play but I always get greedy with it. I have won about 2.2 BTC back, but I lost more than what I have won. For some odd reason, I keep coming back over and over. I do not know why I do it, why do you?
This is what you called drug addiction I able to overcome it you must focus on other things like playing sport or any other thing that keeps you busy and forget all about gambling until it slowly gone forever.
