I think so, out of those good news that Justin Sun is giving negative market reflects. I don't know if he's the one who's playing around his own coin. And many here for sure invested to TRX when it was good and for sure there are too many whales of it that just sold their TRX and now enjoying the profit. Yes mate, you can buy alts and just sell it again for bitcoin earnings and vice versa. But with the alts - fiat, it depends to the exchange you are using.

Yes it's very possible to make good profit when you buy those low valued coins but look at those coins that has plans but what I can see on checking exchanges everyday, those low value coins seems to be like a pump and dump coin. There are plenty of it that you have to choose from. But take note that it doesn't mean that just because it's low value, risk is still there. Invest only what you afford to lose because you might see that coin not move even a single sats.

The strategy you are mentioning is very easy, you just need to sell at higher price and buy when its low.  I dont know if there are other strategies that you can come up with. But thats the most effective way of trading, you dont have to be skilled, you just need basic knowledge and proper timing.

Every altcoin does have a surprising increase so they are speculating that it will be the next big thing. I have nothing against with NEO but if it's price keep on moving positively and it's development is positive even though there are times that it will be down to make the market balance.
