Just to inform that today I received my TIO's T-shirt! That's correct, today. I had even forgotten about this project because they did not even pay the full bounty, but at least the promise of t-shirt was fulfilled.

Hoje vi a notícia de que o Chefe da Divisão de Finanças Corporativas da SEC afirmou que Bitcoin e Ethereum não são considerados securities (títulos ou ativos mobiliários) porque são descentralizados, mas que algumas ICOs poderão ser classificadas como tal (securities) e que isso vai depender de como essas vendas vão ocorrer.
Segundo a matéria, o ponto principal é a descentralização. Se no negócio houver uma parte centralizadora com expectativa de retorno, aí vai ser considerado como security e deve sofrer regulações como tal.

Particularmente, achei uma ótima notícia. Deve acabar com esses boatos de regulamentação sobre BTC e ETH e quem sabe ajudar na subida dos preços novamente.
