Ten Haag needs a bit of time to fix the squad. No one should judge him on the basis of one or two matches. His work at Ajax was exceptional and to fix a team like United is a heavy task for him. He is gonna check his options and will eventually come out the best squad to work out with for the time being. By the next window I predict he is gonna make some signings in areas he thinks need some fixing to do.

I am sure Ronaldo will find his playing minutes. Ten Haag is checking out his strategies and he also needs to have patience and believe in manager right now when team is facing some tough times.

Lot of people undermined Madrid with their squad in CL and LaLiga last season too but they came out as a winner but they showed great spirit and became champions of both. Madrid are strong candidates in my opinion. Barca are also a strong candidates but I have my slight doubts still.

Regarding Arteta, I think he is doing a great job. Last season aI think we had our objective to make a good finish but we did pretty good except for not making into CL and dropping some golden opportunities at last but I think out of all the most important thing is to build the squad and over the years Arteta has done that. I think he is the right manager we have now who is helping build a squad strong and competitive for quite some years in future.

Honestly if they want to hand out Maguire chances then might as well give Phil Jones some chances there as well. I thought with Martinez signing, he would put him alongside Varane but wasn't happy with him lining up Maguire alongside.

Brighton has defeated them twice now back to back in head to head meetings. Last time time they visited Amex stadium they were humiliated with 4-0 scoreline now is also the same as they defeated them again with 2-1 scoreline in PL opener.

Next round they have Brentford and they are the scariest underdog of all. They can change things at any point of time. United needs to be sharp which they are not right now.

Looks good actually. Martinez playing as a holding midfielder is a new position for the player but I can see why Ferdinand has put him there. Martinez has good vision and can find players from his lob pass. Eriksen and Fernandes position also seems good. The thing is there no player as attacking midfielder to link while in attack so in that case either  Fernandes or Eriksen will have to switch to attack roles at times and move back while defend so they have to cover lot of ground. The main problem is Maguire in there. I am still not convinced with the way United are defending right now and to have Maguire in there brings a lot of problem there. If Maguire is switched to some other player then I can see it working out.

But we all know Ferdinand and ten Haag are different and it's upto ten Haag if he feels up for it.

Yeah Frankfurt are a good team but Bayern are also German giants. It takes a whole lot to beat such team with so many good quality players. With Sadio Mane in their attack their attack has improved a lot. The way they are scoring right now, it will be hard to stop them this time again. Right now I don't think of any team that is close to giving Bayern a tough time in Bundesliga.

United could have done better but I can see them having the ball possession but not making much use of it. They need to make their attack strong again if they want to do better PL finish than last time. I am sure lot of questions will be asked from ten Haag about Ronaldo not starting but he is doing great job out there. I feel its just that he needs a bit of time to fix the squad.

Don't jinx his career by comparing him with Maguire. Maguire is next level  . Fofana is a great player and yeah there is no way Leicester are gonna let him leave as they have already lost some crucial players but these players are very important for them. Rodgers has already come out public and said that they have no intention of letting Maddison and Fofana leave.

Well its no the actual topic but I want to say that Maguire needs to work out a lot and up his game as he is representing a very famous club of PL with a very strong history. As a captain he should be a role model and show a strong work rate on the pitch.

I read some reports that Mertens was open to take a deep cut in his salary but Napoli didn't renew it and so he has no option but to leave as free agent. Mertens is also a good player and has helped Napoli a lot. I am just glad he found a good team to play from. I am not sure about other teams and yeah I also agree that playing for another Serie A club won't be in his mind given his history with Napoli so yeah Galatasaray seemed likely.

We already have CL don't we? to test out the best clubs of all the leagues and see who is the best out of them all. Bayern are definitely a strong squad and showed great control in their game against Frankfurt. Sadio Mane is a beast and Nagelsmann has given full licence to press the opponents and he is doing a great job ever since he came into the team. I have my doubts about Bayern struggling without Lewandowski but guess I was wrong.

Tuchel uses Kai Havertz as false 9 and it has worked for them but it doesn't brings much goals unless wingers are tough goalscorers. I haven't seen much goals from Mount and Sterling lately but yeah they can score some. If they want to score goals then they need to bring out Werner or Broja who are good strikers or maybe Michy but still they are lacking a strong striker. The reason why I said is because right now they don't have goalscorers as I see but maybe things changes on later but it will be tough to keep on winning games without a good striker.

I always wondered what will happen to Mertens after his contract end at Napoli but glad to see him find a new team and Galatasaray are one of the top teams in Turkish League so a good move for Mertens. I hope he contributes a lot there. Torreira is also a good player. Galatasaray are definitely getting some top signings for them. Will be interesting to see how they perform in their league now.

Kane has lost that scoring form a long ago. But he is still crucial as he lays off with great assists and has that great precision and vision to find his players while in at attacks and counters which also brings a lot of contribution from him. Conte knows what he is capable of and importance in the team.

About Chelsea, they don't have goalscorer right now and can see why they are struggling. Unless they sign a striker, I don't see them as strong contender for PL this season.

Liverpool found the equaliser but Van Dijk foul inside the box gave Fulham the penalty and golden opportunity for Fulham to be back in the lead and so they did. Now Fulham plan must be to hold down the lead and we will have the first surprise of the PL. I don't want Liverpool to lose as have my money on the line on him but Fulham played it solid and Liverpool not much Liverpool-like show.

Yeah that was a dropped opportunity and honestly don't wanted to get those memories back again (damn you had). I think we lost that grip in the last 3 matches (I think 3 matches previous to last one). We had striker problem with Laca not being that productive as we needed him to be. This season we have Jesus who is the perfect "fox in the box" and I have huge hopes from him. But PL is a long run and we can't talk about injuries and so so any injuries to our main player can bring us back into same position like last season.

Not gonna demand much but as long as Arteta brings back us to a solid squad like Liverpool or City, I am happy because I know at some point we are gonna have hell of a season with consistent performance like City and Liverpool does or maybe win PL at some point.

Last season Gunners had a missing piece to their attack but this season seems like we got everything we need. Maybe a slight of investment in defence could have been good but anyway I think it's still enough and I can see we have better chance making into top 4 (atleast I hope so). CP are also a tough team but with Gallagher back to Chelsea I think they have lost something lethal in the mid so that pulls them down in attack. Should be an easy for Arsenal is what I predict here but well let's see, I won't rule out CP surprise but it's hard going on against team like Arsenal right now.

With Jesus addition I think we are gonna have a great attempts in shots and I think it's easy game for us given the squad we have. It's a season opener for us and we know how important those are. It think Arsenal's attack will be too much to handle for Crystal Palace. I am bit worried about their attack but we have a solid defence too so they probably are gonna score but I think we are gonna score more compared to them and get the points in our first game.

In PL we have 6 giants and lot of underdogs so the level of competition is really tough here. You just can't predict anything for sure and well that's the case with every league but in here it's very hard to predict compared to any other leagues. That's what makes PL stand out that rest of others and that's why people love it the most.

I don't know about others but I like unique and PL is unique and exciting.

PSG has lot of players around and I honestly think that getting a chance in there is very hard. Sanches is a good player but I don't think it's the right destination for him but well that changes if PSG gives him good amount of chances. Milan could have been a good destination and honestly he had better chances of becoming a reliable player than in PSG.

I expect Arsenal to strike on them heavily. We have Jesus and Crystal Palace defence isn't what it was used to be. I think we gonna have lot of opportunities. Crystal Palace has lost Gallagher and I think that is a major blow for them this season. With that man in the middle I think it all falls apart in terms of attack so I don't think we are gonna see that much sharpness in Crystal Palace's attack.
