1241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: road to success on: February 28, 2019, 11:16:47 PM
in my opinion, marketing methods that succeed in crypto are bounty, marketing platforms such as twitter and facebook have not been effective in attracting investors, marketing methods using bounty programs are more able to attract investors to invest in advertised projects
I do not agree with this opinion. There are professional marketing managers who know how to attract specified target people to a specific site. Social media is free and almost everyone uses these platforms for a different reason. Bounty managers understand the power of social media and that's why they pay to participants for spreading their project.
1242  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Avoid trading unless you are sure of what you do on: February 28, 2019, 11:14:08 PM
Really it will become just like gambling, addictive and manipulative, it's very much like poker only if you are an expert you can accomplish something

This is also a remind for myself, sometime I would like to trade again but I remember the bad experiences I had with it and stop
in sometimes we don't have a clarity about what we are doing in this field because the confidence level will reducing little by little while you don't have an interest about trading at that time we need to stay at this point and make some ideas and experience then moving on will give the more ideas about trading and how to do it it will be the right way to  move on at this situation.
This happens for a perfect reason! Investor confidence is down after all-time high levels during 2017-2018 and now they worry to enter again in cryptocurrencies. I expect bull run will recover investor confidence level and we will take advantage as an early bird in this industry.
1243  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you remember how you feel about during 2008? on: February 28, 2019, 11:11:48 PM
That’s not a new thing anymore, people always find something to be worried about. And Satoshi creating cryptocurrency has nothing to do with what people are worried about. He just created cryptocurrency as a means of making global transactions quick and easy. There are lots of quick options to choose but what makes cryptocurrency seem better is that it is quick and cheap at the same time.
The first whitepaper by Satoshi was easy and understandable for the applying methods of bitcoin as first crypto. Nowadays, new projects look for non-understandable ways to explain project than explaining it in simple words. Low prices worry new investors but let's don't forget the financial crisis days for other financial assets way back to 2008.
1244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't quit investing on: February 28, 2019, 11:08:53 PM
The sowing season may not be a friendly and palatable season but every wise farmer knows it is the best season of opportunity to get prepared for the looming harvest. The present dip in crypto market is a fertile ground of opportunity for investors to lay hold on as many coins as possible at cheaper prices to store up for the bumper harvest that is imminent in the crypto market. This market dip is a blessing in disguise for me because it affords me the opportunity to buy coins which were before beyond my financial capacity. We must be determined not be distracted by the shout in the crypto market as regards the dip but rather focus on the great profit  we will get from the market .I will not quit investing because I don't want to stop harvesting. If we focus on the shout of the dip in market, we won't want to invest but if our focus is on the profit output from the market, then we will keep investing.

Continuous investment in cryptocurrency is the only guaranteed way to success in crypto. If you believe you should back out immediately few tries, then you may never achieve the success you crave.
For achieving the success person should work harder than he can and unfortunately hard work doesn't guarantee the success. Cryptocurrencies have the power to change lives and every investor almost heard about this new industry.
1245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to replace fiat on: February 28, 2019, 11:06:26 PM
The world is changing before our eyes. The time of the traditional economy and, accordingly, of all traditional ideas about the world ends. We are all present at the birth of completely different economic relations based on cryptoeconomics.

Cryptoerconomics will let us pay in BTC and other cryptocurrencies but I am not sure about big companies that are against a crypto revolution. Payment gateways will think twice about the usefulness of crypto payments but it will be late for haters.
1246  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: February 28, 2019, 10:50:06 PM
Anyone can start trading. Its all about learning how it should be done. Try with a minimum investment, Practice choosing the best coin in the market. See how far you go through either with profits or loss. Try with more coins if you have earned some profits. split your investment into two or more coins. Be patient as long as the coins gain your profits.
Lets face it, trading is not for everyone. Not because you have a stash of coins laying around means you can trade. This is the problem why there's a lot of frustrated trader out there invited by those who just wan't to earn from referrals links and just tell the noobs that its easy, just Buy low and Sell high. It does't work like that. Wish it was that easy. Patience plays a big factor in trading.

It's not for everyone really especially for the people who seek easy money and thinking that trading is heaven for them. But for the people who strive to learn something new and always find ways to be educated then provably trading will suit on them since hardworking people wins on the trade.

Trading is not for every person and this is kinda like an online business model. Sometimes I explain the meaning of trading to my friends and the first question should be about "similarity with network marketing". Trading will give good rewards if you have the required skills and the considerable amount of start deposit.
1247  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Blacklist of exchanges. Independent rating on: February 28, 2019, 10:37:10 PM
good idea, but your choices are funny  Grin
you mentioned almost all known exchanges..
I think we should choose exchanges with most probability of scam  and look carefully over it!
I also surprised to see big exchanges on this list. Mentioned exchanges are top market makers and it is understandable to have a ton of complaints against their management. Scam exchanges are another story, op needs decentralized exchanges for preventing such issues.
1248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your expectations for this year? on: February 28, 2019, 10:33:38 PM
Well my expectation this year as regard crypto currency is to catch some dough into my pocket when bitcoin rises which I believe strongly that it will be this year.

I have also invested win some smaller coins that has viable projects and team members which I expect them to all pick up this year. The market is already showing some positive moves and I expect it to continue this way till the bull run start. I also expect to recover some of the money I lost into bitcoin before I learnt to use technical analysis.
Does technical analysis give the expected results from charts? Bull run will starts slowly from my experience but this time markets are sleeping hard. Recovery phase will fix the morality of trader, investors and bear market will come to end sooner or later.
1249  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Exchange trading Question. Anyone? on: February 28, 2019, 10:31:31 PM
You don't need to call yourself an idiot because you don't understand how the trade works. Well profit in a trade is not gotten by the amount in usd added to the coin/token but the percentage growth that differs one coin from another. For example, you can be holding bitcoin which got 1% growth and decide to buy ethereum because you believe it will get higher, let's say ethereum gives you 5% growth, you can now switch back to bitcoin and make 4% profit.
OP should learn the structure of trading before trying himself in real trading. I suggest using demo accounts for understanding the principles of a trading, platform and later he can try himself with real funds. If ETH gains 4% value in price then it is impossible to see BTC on the previous price before this pump.
1250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think ICO is a good way to raise money? on: February 27, 2019, 11:26:51 PM
Hello , What do you think about ICO as a way of raising money in the next years? .Specially after all the scam projects we have seen before, like last time  the team of a project called elementh(https://icobench.com/ico/elementh) claimed that they have to quit the project since they did not have enough resources eventhough they raised about 8M USD , and after ICO no single step forward the development of product has been achieved.
They wanna return the money to investors as btc and eth after all this bull market (btc was about 10K usd ).

before 2017 we will think like this but it will not anymore to make confidence for ICO investment and the development still not been successful here to move on with any possibility that survive the existing top and still not valuable right now.
Almost all valuable projects passed these stages and I don't remember a single team who complained about ICO. If a project is solid and the team is strong then there is no excuse for investors to bypass ICO. We all know the scamming issues from dark people and no matter how strong they are we will beat these guys sooner or later.
1251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC as a Scam on: February 27, 2019, 11:24:25 PM
Like the quote that I've heard of before "if you are using a service for free, you are their product".
These airdrops and KYC requirement aren't just one single way for the developers, they can use our identities in something that they can in which only them are  aware of.

It's simple, if you don't trust them don't send KYC.
Sometimes investors are forced to pay the KYC procedure. If the team decide to change rules for getting accepted by big companies then it will be essential to pass this procedure. I don't want to lose my deposit because of the small probability of getting scammed. Worst case is they will sell my identity documents on dark web.
1252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do most of You Traders just use a Laptop for trading with??? ? on: February 27, 2019, 11:21:51 PM
Having both laptop and fast smartphone is necessary for every trader. It is almost impossible to continue trading with phone screen,so let's accept facts straightly. Laptop with the latest processor and at least 8 GB of Video card is required for running multiple platforms.

I'm looking at Laptop prices.... Expensive!!  We are talking a Cool $400 MiniMum.  Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

I can DO $400 but I would rather get it cheaper than that. How?Huh  This is some serious Green. but worth it
If your budget can't afford to buy a new laptop with these specifications then go for used or refurbished laptops under 400 bucks. You need to give something for getting the same value. After a few profitable trades, you can put back the same amount to your pocket Wink
1253  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC just went Down on: February 27, 2019, 11:19:03 PM
In my opinion, the price will continue to decline with pressure from bears. I already sold my BTC and this trade is my biggest gain since last December. BTC will test support levels below than 3k$. Price is reacting very easily to every FUD and these conditions don't give enough courage to buy with small steps.
1254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019, A Challenging Year for Ethereum on: February 27, 2019, 11:15:41 PM
I agreed with this post. Because only ethereum daily raising 5 - 10% increasing there journey. Now ethereum price at 137$ value after big dump. Last week was 118$ and this year was go to 159$. Anyway this is a ethereum year and end of this year price will be up to 1500$ value with this good market.
1500$ is fantastic under these market conditions. Being realistic can give you to confidence for predicting the market value with clear mind.  118$ is nothing compared to my guess after 2020. ETH will give better returns if new projects continue to join ETH blockchain.
1255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next holder are very fast to panic. on: February 27, 2019, 11:13:11 PM
Actually, you can't blame them for panicking and losing faith in the system which is widely broken and not to everyone's liking.
.
because everyone has different beliefs so they are not the same as you.
if the conditions are not like this, surely people are not panic and always sure, but with this condition they panic.
panic or not panic arises from yourself, and we can control or not depend on us.
Panic comes to those who have less experience and knowledge. Why wolf traders make fewer mistakes? Answer is clear... It is understandable that pro traders know how to handle red positions with certainty and they already mastered their beliefs related to force major situations
1256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: whether a bounty hunter can help increase trading volume? on: February 27, 2019, 10:58:21 PM
I think it's difficult, usually bounty hunters only sell so it's impossible they can increase trading volume. those who can increase trading volume are only those who intend to buy the coin.
Increased volume comes from both trading activity(buying and selling). Bounty hunters usually sell the free tokens without caring about the efforts of the team behind the project. Buyers are also hunters who want to buy cheap tokens from bounty participants and they sell these cheap tokens for their own profit. Massive selling creates liquidity and lack of sellers are the main reason why the trading activity is considered as low.
1257  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie in crypto trading on: February 27, 2019, 10:51:29 PM
Have a simple start. Start with $100. Go with BTC, ETH, XRP in the beginning. Get your own experience. You will certainly gather experience. Start with the  best exchange which cost you with less transaction fees. Certainly there will be ups and downs. Keep studying the market. Try to invest more time as well besides money.
Cent accounts are more affordable than wasting money and time on real platforms. Newbie traders always tend to make mistakes but all these mistakes teach a very valuable lesson. Veteran traders are against to start trading account without proper knowledge and skills.
1258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to check if ICO is scam or not? on: February 27, 2019, 10:49:20 PM
Can anyone tell me how I can go about doing this without losing any money?

This statement is the mission impossible in ICO investments. There is no way it will guarantee that you wont loss a single penny when investing, even if you say that a certain project is legit, it doesnt take away the risks that it may fail at some point and lost all what you have invested. Thats why theres a saying " invest what you can afford to lose" is a popular line here.
Investors are smart people, so falling to traps designed for newbies is not expected. Noone can guarantee the profit or return on the investment if there are accusations against the team or project.

1260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DO WE NEED TO REGULATE ICOs? on: February 27, 2019, 10:44:19 PM
It seems to me that regulation and crypto industry is impossible. I am fully confident that the government will not be able to affect the quality of some projects.
They will surely try but it is going to be a real challenge for them to try to regulate something that was specifically designed so they could not regulate it and when you add that many of the people that are in cryptocurrencies are doing it so they can be free of government control then you have a series of problems that will be very difficult to overcome for any government around the world.
The regulation need to be made by the project's own countries government. See how almost all of the ICO comply with the AML and that's how you force a regulation to many projects.
The project devs will also always taking things into consideration when it comes to regulation since their project could easily gone into dust when they caught.
Scam projects is first reason why investors left crypto industry and they will think twice before coming back to crypto investing. Regulation can bring more rules to ICOs but having concrete rules will solve problems caused by anxiety. Scam projects are eagerly waiting for negative answers from lands.
