1241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling websites need to add self-control functionality! on: January 31, 2020, 11:35:56 PM
It's a good addition, even just a simple reminder would do. But the thing with gambling sites and operations is that they are also a business, and they want more profit, and thus, they lure you to this swirling trap of addiction that is difficult to get out off.

The practice isn't just used in online gambling, but also in traditional casino gambling, where the ambience is set to hype you up and forget about time cycles. Same idea, just different execution.

That's always a matter of self control and discipline, because if you let gambling controls you nothing will improve in your life. You tend to drown in the long run and couldn't help it but become more addicted. Addiction isn't difficult to stop, as long as you're having the desire to stop gambling step by step. Before deciding that, it should be done seriously and alibis isn't a reason why it wasn't achieved.
1242  Economy / Speculation / Re: Top 5 Predictions For Cryptocurrencies In 2020 on: January 31, 2020, 01:08:32 PM
A new year – at the start of a new decade – always feels like a fresh start. The last two years have been a bit sluggish for the crypto assets industry, but things are likely going to change as we go into the 2020s. Here are the top 5 predictions for 2020, and how you can use them to your advantage.

Read more here: https://zycrypto.com/top-5-predictions-for-cryptocurrencies-in-2020/
For me, I’m not even interested in reading any predictions or whatsoever because right from 2018 I have just believed that there wouldn’t be any increase till 2020, though around April 2019, we did see some few changes and the went up to $14,000 before dropping back $7,000. But, I had this strong belief that 2020 is going to be something much bigger than the past years, especially because of the next halving that is coming on May.

I want to target my profit above 30%.
Don’t place your hopes too high, just relax and watch. I don’t really get my hopes high because I know that anything can happen, so I just take it that there is the possibility of losing and the price can drop at anytime.

Volatility always tend to exist even though you're so careful with trading on different promising asset. The important is that you have the awareness of what's going on the market, because newbies always depend with the actual trend. They tend to become emotional once they find harder and pressure times on handling the reality of the market situation.
1243  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin ang future shitcoin ayon Kay Mcafee on: January 31, 2020, 11:04:23 AM

Sean Anthony rewarded with two-year maximum contract by NorthPort

Great news for Anthony, I like this guy, he is very hard working in the court and he deserved the max contract.
Though I am happy with the news but it was not stated in the report how much the max contract is.

Do you guys have any guess?

What I knew about max cap for each player and I don't guess this idea, but I just read it from my research; it's 420k php per month. I think he'd be getting more than that if there's particular bonuses and benefits in addition to his Hardwork for the team.
This is really amazing for an entire career of Anthony, and most importantly he should maintain his consistent playing in order to reach the championship.
1245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest winning so far on: January 31, 2020, 08:03:56 AM
Only 20% from total jackpot prize which mean you're not the main winner from this site however win is win especially the jackpot which is something i cannot achieve and at the beginning of this year you're very lucky because won it however i was not too remember my highest winning because it was it happened a long time ago but if i'm not mistaken my biggest winning approximately $1000 or could be less or more than it
Well 20% is a lot ! although he's not the main winner still the amount is very huge , €4800 made from €24? who would have thought of earning such amount. Me, personally cannot win a high amount it just get worse when I continue betting continously. In my lifetime gambling the highest prize I won so far is $100 or maybe less.

Nice to hear from you mate, but unfortunately it wasn't that huge winnings as per experience I had. Maybe around $2 to $3 I got on some dice games which I preferably bet on my free days. Beyond that amount, I could afford to lose more because I've been losing a lot instead of winning much. But it doesn't hurts, small amounts of satoshi was just enough for fun betting.
1246  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Advertisers' Future within Yobit, will it be discontinued again??? on: January 31, 2020, 02:32:21 AM

And as far as know may thread sila about Investbox dun mismo sa kanila CryptoTalk Forum, I don't know how to read russian and sa palagay ko eh pinupush pa rin nila ang scam na yun dun.

1247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often do you gamble? on: January 30, 2020, 10:42:55 PM
Playing gambling is not my hobby, I am just doing this for lucky shots who seeks an opportunity to win for a possible profit. But, it's just given me frustrations if I put into a mindset of making it as a source of income.
That's why I choose to play gambling occasionally, and I liked those games with no skills needed and only a lucky pick options. It could be online lottery and dice games of any kind.

I did not play on 1xbit and cloudbet anymore, I don't like my experience the last time I used them, also 1xbit, I don't find they have a a good reputation here. The other 3 I believe are good sprotsbook but haven't played with FJ for awhile now, the sportsbook and I regularly using are sportsbet and nitrogen, and hey there's one that are emerging now, and that is stake, maybe in the next update it will be added as one of the best.

I am still looking a local sportsbetting site which is available nearby at my place who can provide an online betting services. Though choosing the best online could provide us more chances of winning. It'ss always appreciated when there's a dedicated site within your country. Having good reputation, will always count on and it just depends with the feedback of each player who definitely experienced a smooth gaming.

1252  Economy / Gambling / Re: CoinDragon.com - Provably the best crypto gambling in the world! on: January 28, 2020, 10:41:33 PM
Site looks solid. Are withdrawals instant?

Probably we can do withdrawal at any instance if you completed the minimum amount that's allowable for this site. That's only my opinion on this gambling site, because other online gambling prefers to have this as their rules. I don't know exactly that it's their way of practices made in order to run the online operation.
1253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to protect your crypto against a natural disaster? on: January 28, 2020, 09:04:25 PM
In my own idea, I think it's always a safe storage for our digital asset of we have a cloud storage account which confidentialy registered with you. You can store your access keys on that cloud including the seeds or whatever you have to gain full access on your wallet. Any hardware wallet can be affected with natural disasters and it's prone of damages or any form of fire will destroy it.
That's the only protection that is best for now, we can't trust any other physical storage like a vault or something.
1254  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the most popular cryptocurrencies for investors? on: January 28, 2020, 08:04:24 PM
The most popular cryptocurrency for investors is obviously bitcoin because it the leading cryptocurrency in the market, but in altcoins ETH is the most popular for investors because it is also one of the top cryptocurrency in the market and they say it has a potential to increase it's price like bitcoin.
It is obvious already that most investors would choose Bitcoin as their main cryptocurrency. But for the others who doesn't like the idea of decentralization while seeing Bitcoin as a risky investment wouldn't want to choose Bitcoin as an investment but rather choose a fiat based investment. This is how most businessman manage their risk of investment, choosing the less risky investment like the real estate instead of Bitcoin.

We can't deny the fact that bitcoin is more riskier than anything else, but the chances to gain bigger profit is their. You won't find it with other asset, and you might gain profit on those but probably at 20% or higher. In cryptocurrency, 100% or even 200% is achievable. It's up to us to what we would choose to have as our undying asset. There's a lot of options to do while chances was still available, and don't wait until panic buying happens.
1255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO legalities in 2020? on: January 28, 2020, 01:56:20 PM
Even though ICO's have lost the appeal lately.

I was just wandering about the legalities. The SEC website confuses me. In the eyes of the SEC are true utility tokens still classed as securities in the USA? Is this why many companies avoid the USA when it comes to ICO's?

If a company from outside the USA releases a token, do they have to comply with SEC regulations to enable usa investors?

I am not from the usa but live here now. Is it a resident or a citizen issue?

In my own opinion with this certain perspectives, this isn't a citizen or resident issue but it was utterly pointing out a serious reasons behind an ICO or investments related to cryptocurrency. For past years this has been very rampant of scams and fraudulent projects.
By way of protecting the citizens who lived in a particular country, this has been regulated for an outgoing money be sent for cryptocurrency ICO participation.
1256  Economy / Speculation / Re: Corona Virus will Impact the price of Bitcoin ? on: January 28, 2020, 12:21:22 PM
Corona Virus will never big impact of Bitcoin, because it will affect the Share Market of China, India, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sri Lanka. But crypto will growing gradually and all the investors are happily celebrate the current moment. I think right now BTC cross the 9k USD so further hype will occur at similarly on all the coins.

Nothing won't stop the  growing demand of cryptocurrency, and even if there's a fear of that virus, the investors will pursue their interest to purchase bitcoin as a potential increasing asset. I know thi virus will be contained significantly within a specific period of time. If we'll able to survive this current problems, crossing $9k or even $10k will be possible.
1257  Economy / Speculation / Re: Short term bullish run is now over, and it was most likely a failed rally on: January 28, 2020, 02:56:39 AM
What happened in Oct 25-26 was a sudden pump within 24 hours, not a bullish run. But take a look at the bigger picture, bitcoin still on the bullish run compared to the early phase of last year at $3900 and this year bitcoin price starts at $7200. It's not a short term but always perceives in the long term, as now the price gradually increases over $8K and the trend in the market still trying to break the $10K level.

agree with you the bitcoin price should be strong at level $10.000 , the halving will come in this year, im sure the price will still strong and price target at $10k

Hopefully our predictions would gather a positive vibes right now, because it's been so long that cryptocurrency asset had been stagnant and not moving including other coins that became shitty. As we all know, crypto has been a huge part on our lives since we prefer to hold even if there was no growing market.
I dreamed that one day there's a great news that surprise us in order regain our previous losses from trading.
1258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Ethereum reach the 1400$ mark this year? on: January 27, 2020, 09:29:00 PM
Maybe this year ethereum will go up in price because there is a change to ethereum 2.0, but I am not sure if ethereum can reach $ 1,400 this year. This year eth should be able to improve because the previous year eth prices continued to fall, so developers to make changes to eth and hope that eth prices could rise after the change.

After looking at the blockfolio recently, it made me more exciting with the latest developments, and i believed that the ongoing plans would tend to create higher demand in the near future. Hopefully, this won't take so long and adoption will increase in order that some sleeping eth contract altcoins will also be risen for having small value for such a long time.
1259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 51% attack on Bitcoin Gold yet again on: January 27, 2020, 11:34:08 AM
you newbs don't know how to play the crypto game.

btg is pumping in price.  Hack was small.

Ya in crypto bad news pumps the price and good news sells the price.

Ya i wouldn't want to hold btg long term till they fix their issues.  But still a nice short term pump trade to be made

I understand what you are trying to say, lets not be emotional but rather play the game on cryptocurrency volatility.  I hate BTG but for the sake of profiting, I tend to buy it during it lows and sell it once it pumps.  There is no use in long term holding in this kind of shitcoin.  Just buy it for a short term profit.

Long term isn't effective on low valued coins, much better dump them instead of expecting any good future on it. Only Bitcoin is my strongest asset and I can't expect it from other coins even if there's a nice trend that goes on. I couldn't build any confidence towards shitcoins unless there's a hype happening so I could ride on the wave of price increase.
1260  Economy / Speculation / Re: Still confusing. Economic/War crisis vs Damand. Which one is to boost Bitcoin$? on: January 27, 2020, 07:46:00 AM
Most of the time, Bitcoin is just being bought and sold. And that is the reason why the price of Bitcoin is ever changing. There are always people who dump and there are always people who buy.

But the people sometimes decide based on what is going on in the market. If someone rich and powerful releases a statement that is bullish on Bitcoin then that could affect the demand. But that very seldom happens. It is not everyday that someone very popular and respected will speak about Bitcoin.
That is always dependent on how a person understands a certain information, and we need to be updated from different discussions because it helps us come up the best outcome. If more people bought bitcoin, they're just trading shortly and if other people prefers to dump then they needed it personally. Keeping your digital asset on hold is a long term plans compared with day traders who trade quickly.
