1241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Crypto Trading Tools Are You Using? on: December 10, 2019, 06:00:42 PM
For a newnie to trading you don't need any sophisticated tools for now, what you need is patience, discipline and mentor to help you navigate the path, because there will be ups and downs, so do not rush it because trading is a marathon and not a race.
1242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How are you today $MATIC holders? on: December 10, 2019, 05:56:47 PM
I have a feeling Binance is exiting some of their IEO tokens, the recent rally was not base on any fundamentals and when you see a pump and dump like this, it is likely that some Whales or exchanges are trying to empty their positions. There are proofs that the team has been moving their tokens recently if they make use market makers to help sell we don't know
1243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dont have the right to know WHO OWNS YOUR MONEY on: December 09, 2019, 10:08:18 PM
Everyone knows that Binance operates in a decentralized manner and there are reasons for this, if the Government decided to shut them down then they have access to all your money and some would not have it back. The most important thin is to always trade and move your money from the exchange back to your wallet
1244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hide my money from my country 2 on: December 09, 2019, 10:03:27 PM
For me, I will go for Trezor because of the popularity in the space and there is no issue with security. The most important thing is you, all these are tools to help secure your investments but if you are careless with them, there is nothing Trezor team can do your Crypto
1245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people compare it to 2000's dot com bust if that bust killed most companies? on: December 09, 2019, 09:53:14 PM
statistically speaking, most of your (or mine, to be honest) portfolio is probably filled with future-bankrupts. I wonder why i keep HODLing it nevertheless...
I have sold off almost all the shitcoins i held I my wallet, when I started, just like most newbies at the beginning, I began with altcoins/icos, so i had alot of shitcoins that I held/stored in my wallet, waiting for them to boomerang to the top, now we all know that it's not going to happen, though selling them didn't give me anything profitable, but I had to dispose off them to concentrate fully on bitcoin.

This crypto market cannot be compared to anything in the past, even if it could have similarities, for example people still compare it with the stock markets and other things, but if you're a bitcoin investor from down the years, you'll know that bitcoin is far different from them and maybe in years to come could be the number one investment plan for any investor.

Good that you sold early, there are many of these shit coins can't be sold again, imagine buying a token for $1 and the value is now $0.003 per token. A $10000 investment in project like Hybrid block is around $50 now, so it doesn't make any sense selling them just hope some of them is going to regain their values
1246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrencies are highly undervalued these days? on: December 09, 2019, 09:48:23 PM
I know we all want to have 10X or more return on our investment but I will advice people the risk of investing in this so called highly undervalued projects is that most never fulfill their potentials they just go to zero. Invest in sure projects like the Top 100 project which have been tested and trusted, this are sure banker
1247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: My Bounty Journey in 2019! Bought an expensive Bike Yamaha FZS V3! on: December 09, 2019, 09:41:48 PM
I think your information is not the total picture, if you have reward of $3500 from bounty, then tell us the type of bounties you get that kind of money from. Is it signature, social, telegram, or translation. We all know that not everyone can be a translator and even the content bounty. A more information on this would be great
1248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 500,000 Tezos Deposited Into Binance: Staking or Dump Impending on: December 09, 2019, 09:31:22 PM
No one outside the exchange can determines what this is all about. I think this is the negative side of exchanges offering stake program and not trying to separate it form their exchange business, staking is becoming a big thing now and the probability is of staking is higher since there was no dumped in price
1249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New thread for self-funded projects on: December 09, 2019, 09:28:27 PM
I don't think you understand that it was the self funded projects in the space that kick start ICOs, another thing to ask is how will you know the team is not going to disappear or abandon the project with time. People seems to be making a mistake that any failed projects are scam, no. Thanks to Satoshi but the issue of scaling Bitcoin is still not solved, if not for funding Blockstream receives the development side would have stalled by now
1250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: So many altcoins on: December 03, 2019, 09:11:58 PM
the problem is that the community has changed from "wanting to see new projects that create a decentralized peer to peer currency" to everyone wanting a different thing "wanting to see projects that can give them the most amount of profit".

so if you look back, in early years we saw most altcoin projects be good or at least have some fresh ideas (i am talking about the first couple of years like 2010), but when you compare it with these days every project is only a money grab thing and people only want to trade them on exchanges. nobody even runs their wallets/nodes anymore.

Thank you, this statement nailed what is going on in the space on the head. Just look at Bitcoin, it was developed by unknown developer, no ICO and left the project to others and allowed the market to put value on it, what do we have now, ICOs for diluted ideas and greed from VCs have even made it worse, they do not care about project, provided their return is sure, they then dumped their tokens on small traders
1251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Klaytn ( kakaotalk) project on: December 03, 2019, 09:07:01 PM
I am just reading about the project, the project seems to be waking up from hibernation, the team seems to be solely focus on Asian community, which do harm the project and their band. I even discovered that it is only trading on one side of the world. I don't know why most of the projects from this part of the world do not look to list of Western exchange
1252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Resuscitate - Better chances to Touch 160$ standard on: December 03, 2019, 08:59:20 PM
I think the price of Ethereum would still capitulate like last year that its enters $80 range, we are not far from it. What drove Ethereum price in the last bull run was its downfall, no one is using it for ICO nor IEO. Exchange tokens have stolen her selling point and there is no need to hold. I am waiting for the shift to POS and how it is going to affect the price
1253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is THREEFOLD NETWORK the future of decentralized cloud computing? on: December 03, 2019, 08:55:27 PM
For me, I don't think all these cloud computing projects would compete outside the crypto space, where are the Golem, Dadi, Somn etc of these world with all the promises before their ICO, that all failed to deliver any sound product. I don't see them compete with Amazon nor Microsoft in the space so I don't see the decentralisation
1254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Coins with potential to x100? on: December 03, 2019, 08:51:01 PM
This is one of the reasons I do advice people not to listen ttadvice on this forum, looking at the lists of coins on the list, if you have bought it then, the you would have lost more than 80% of your money now, the landscape of the space change very fast and do not get emotional attached to any of these coins
1255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: WHAT HAPPENS IF BTC TOUCHES 100K ? on: December 03, 2019, 08:47:37 PM
I know some people are doubting the ability of Bitcoin to reach $20k, I could remember which the price was in hundreds and saw a tweet that BTC would hit thousands, $10k and above, I did not believe, after that BTC has done more than 40X, the current price action is frustrating for the space but we need to understand that BTC moves in circle
1256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 32 ETH for staking?! on: December 02, 2019, 09:21:24 PM
I don't think the 32Ethers is much if you want to stake, they need to make it worthwhile for the stakers, if you stake over $5000 in asset the ROI on investment need to be significant to encourage more people to stake. I believe there would be services that would offer staking for those that do not have 32Ethers to stake. Just like that of Dash shared Masternodes
1257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your Bitcoin cash price prediction on: December 02, 2019, 09:16:31 PM
BCASH community is getting serious with their development, I have a feeling that BCash is likely going to outperform BTC in the next bull run, what BTC guarantees is that it is going to be the last man standing, so if Cryptocurrencies are going to die, we are likely to see Bitcoin to be the last one to go
1258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Earning DEX Fees VS Earning CEX Fees. Thoughts? on: December 02, 2019, 09:10:03 PM
You can't compare DEX to CEX at the current level of technology we have now. There are reasons why DEX are struggling, the interface, liquidity, to mention some are serious issue that need a lasting solution, so as long as there are fewer users on DEX as compared to CEX the fee on CEX would be higher tham DEX. Just looka t Binance DEX for example
1259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Ways to earn crypto without investing or mining on: December 02, 2019, 09:00:30 PM
Airdrop is the best way how to get much coin without investing or mining, today many participants receive about 100 NRG coin from energy airdrop where is fantastic amount received with price of NRG raise $1.4, I think join airdrop is best solution to earn bitcoin without investing or mining and earn much coin just ready your KYC document and keep ready your social media account.
Not all coins that you have received in airdrop will have a great value in the market because some of them shitcoins and sometimes they have zero value. I also participate in some airdrop campaign but I always check it before I join and it just like what I do when I join in bounty campaign. Maybe you should avoid the Airdrop that has KYC because you do not know what can they do in your personal information. It's better to join in Airdrop if the tasks is simple like you just need to follow their social media account or join in their telegram channel. For me, joining in signature campaign are still the best way to cryptocurrency.
The reason why most people are saying airdrop is the easiest way to earn crypto without investing or mining is due to the recent energi and keybase airdrops that actually paid. Nowadays,  I think just 1 in a hundred airdrops are worth it. Faucets used to be cool back in the days but now nothing to write home about. Few bounties pay off anyway, so there is still hope of earning crypto without investing.

Yes, Airdrops still remain the surest way to collect Crypto, now most would fail but you will have one or two winners which would compensate for our labour. It is getting increasingly difficult to get free tokens now because most of the sound projects are bought out by VCs unlike the time when the team rely only on the community
1260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 10.000 Euro longterm (2-3 years) - in what 2 altcoins should i invest? on: December 02, 2019, 08:57:12 PM
$10,000 investment if done wrong could turn to $20, so for me it seems very stupid to be asking for investment advice here unless it is just un theory, because most people are would be shilling their own bag to you, having said all these to me BTC is still the best invest in the space coupled with the coming halving in 6 months time
