1241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will they ever find Satoshi Nakamoto? Make your prediction... on: May 04, 2019, 04:43:10 PM
]I don't think that they would ever find the person behind the name Satoshi Nakamoto.
They are just wasting their time .
The person behind the name Satoshi just vanished and I think Satoshi isn't going to leave a trace to find him/them.

I mean, who knows? Maybe Satoshi is actually working on bitcoin right now, just under a different persona. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
~snip~
I agree I think Satoshi is still with us but using a different name.
1242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 20 TOP Cryptocurrency Countries that visit Crypto Exchanges on: May 04, 2019, 04:07:58 PM
Look's like my country didn't make it even though crypto is being adopted nicely in the Philippines.
I think that doesn't mean that even though we have so many crypto earners we only have few traders compare to those top 20 list.
Seem's like only few in our crypto does trading and the others are considering it as an investment or payment for investment schemes.
1243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: mass-adopted of crypto on: May 04, 2019, 03:36:14 PM
It is really hard to teach someone who is in late fifties or not a very familiar with technology. But if cryptocurrency will be the means of currency erasing the current flat. Even if they are late fifties or don't know any tech or not tech savvy for them to survive that world they need to learn how to use it. It is like a bit of transition that they need to do.
Teaching them how to use it is the easy part I mean we just have to tell them how to send and receive right.
The hard part is explaining how it all works but I think they wouldn't care about it like other people on this forum.
We don't need to be a tech savvy to use it and earn from it.
All we have to know is how to use it and how to earn from it.
1244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Court issued an order for Craig Wright to produce his public bitcoin address on: May 04, 2019, 03:07:29 PM
Well time to for the truth to be told,
It is time to end it all,We would now know if he is real or fake.
The unending issue about Craig claiming he is the creator.
He should show all of his address and open the wallet that have the very 1st Bitcoin transaction.
1245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Our bitcoin private key will be in danger, sometime in the future on: May 04, 2019, 02:51:25 PM
We all know that Bitcoin's private key consists of 256 numbers or letters. However, with the adoption of bitcoin on a large scale. BTC accounts will be more and more. When the number of Bitcoin accounts is large enough, any 256 numbers and combinations of letters may be a private key. People can rely on guesswork to get bitcoin in their account.

i think the private key of Bitcoin should not be a fixed 256 bit. it should be able to change in an interval. the user can select the number of digits of its private key. For example: between 500 characters and 256 characters.

Why is it a public number: 256 bits?
The character of the private key is a privacy. The number of digits in the private key should also be a privacy.
I was thinking about that lately, not just a supercomputer but a manual guess might be also possible, but we have already an additional security for it like an own password, perhaps there will be more additional security to be implemented to ensure that everything is okay.
256 combination of number and letters?
How could you manually guess it the same number and letter at the same place?
1246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Building an P2P gambling thread on bitcointalk on: May 04, 2019, 01:12:34 PM
P2P gambling thread on this forum?
If you would only host the professional games then why would we even bother,
There are plenty of trusted website that do it.
But if it is amateur let's say some gamer on this forum would fight another gamer and wants to put a bet then this could work,
But I highly doubt that they would also use your service because there are so many trusted escrow to hold their funds.
1247  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Price trends will be decided tomorrow(05/05/2019) on: May 04, 2019, 03:20:23 AM
My portfolio dollar value is increasing but the satoshi is dropping. Why?
It is as OP says the price increase in BTC have only 2 reason
First there are new money that gets in on the market,
Or second the bag holders of alt-coin are just switching their alt to BTC.
And base on your folio it seems that most of your holdings are being traded to BTC and that is the reason why your Sats folio is getting low while your dollar value increase.
1248  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beware when trading @ Kryptono - Stealing your identity? on: May 04, 2019, 02:54:42 AM
Yes I agree to most of the comments here KYC is needed because of the regulatory purpose .
But if OP is saying the truth then this seems to be a force KYC.
OP stated that he have put up the correct 2FA code but still got his account locked because the system detected a wrong 2FA?
It is true that we have to do the KYC in order to continue on using exchanges but we also have to be careful on who we should trust about our personal information.
1249  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: [GUIDE] The BTC Dominance Chart & How To Read It on: May 04, 2019, 02:11:51 AM
Thanks for making this guide this would be really helpful for all of us,
And it would really help a lot for a newbie that wants to enter trading ,
It is important to know how to read the chart and how to use it .
1250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Solution for provably fair? on: May 04, 2019, 01:03:58 AM
I just visited the site to look at it and the only game that could be played right now is the game called Sic Bo and I don't really know that game .
Then we need to provide you with our email and phone number?
I don't think that people would be willing to do it for a new gambling site.
I mean we already are enjoying the old system and we trust it so if we want to give your new system a shot let us all enjoy it without sending this private information.
1251  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blitzmoon.com probability fair game on: May 04, 2019, 12:39:18 AM
I just visited the site and it have a cute design .
I also like the game you could just continue to play if you win you could make it a lot bigger.
But I only tried the demo to be honest I think you need to work on your promotion to attract more gambler since there is already tons of good gambling sites.
1252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble with your bitcoin in this post on: May 04, 2019, 12:26:47 AM
I like the idea but I don't think that people from this forum would really take this seriously.
Like what the others already says there are already so many gambling site that we could use to bet why would we use this forum ?
Unless you would host an amateur fight for MOBA games this could get some of the forum memberswho are considered as a gamer.
1253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto wallet services on: May 03, 2019, 10:34:54 PM
Are there any services around, providing wallets for BTC, ETC and other currencies which can be used by gambling site to deposit/withdraw/exchange crypto from users, without actually implementing connection to crypto network?

Can you explain this a little more ?  Do you need a gambling site which also provide the trading services as you mentioned "exchange crypto" ?
Well, i dont think if there is any such site and Also i am not sure its good idea

He is looking for a wallet service instead of a gambling site if I understand it correctly. A wallet that can be connected directly to a gambling site so users do not need to deposit/withdraw.
Maybe something like Moneypot, it was a wallet for gamblers that can be connected to gambling sites/apps that uses the moneypot API.

I think it is the best for what OP is looking for .
I tried it before on a gambling site but couldn't remember the site and my account .
But it is a good one for sure a lot of good feed back.
1254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is this GotSatoshi.com? New drama unfolding? on: May 03, 2019, 09:11:49 PM
Well this just looks like another drama and another one of the attention seeking news.
I wonder who would he reveal after the count down maybe just another random names.
But if it is true that they would unveil Satoshi then they need a solid proof that they are really unveiling the true creator of Bitcoin.
1255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Website Triggers Countdown to ‘Live Unveiling’ of Bitcoin Creator on: May 03, 2019, 08:04:18 PM
Why the countdown ?
Do it or don't do it but no need for the suspense.
This is just BS, some guy wanting the publicity or to create FUD or whatever.
Yeah looks like another one who is looking for attention.

Quote from the article:

"A new website is making the rounds on the social web, stoking speculation about what it could mean for the mystery of Satoshi Nakamoto. Gotsatoshi.com launched around this past weekend with no hint as to who built the site, or what it’s for."

So.. Why should we actually trust the website in the first place? I mean, even a noobie web developer can buy a cheap domain, install WordPress(not saying that gotsatoshi.com is using WordPress) on a cheap VPS, and build a countdown site.
It is true even a newbie could make something like that .
Don't easily fall for the news .
Satoshi hide for so long why would he reveal his/their true identity now?
If they want publicity they could have done that from the very beginning.

1257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Regulating bodies on: May 03, 2019, 06:14:36 PM
Online gambling is very popular nowadays, specially those who also uses crypto for playing. With this popularity, there's ton of gambling sites/operators available. But the problem is who to trust? who plays fair and pays fair?

Are there any regulating bodies that verifies, rates, and promotes gambling sites that is genuinely fair to its customers? Not just on fair plays but also gambling sites that protects its customers identity etc. Thank you.
Right now there is no such thing as what you are searching for .
But you could always look for their provably fair statements besides it is not hard to find a trusted gambling sites.
We also have so many sites that review casino or gambling sites so you could juat easily use it.
P.S I really think that your post is in the wrong section you should move it.
1258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I need some bitcoin theft victims support on: May 03, 2019, 06:00:26 PM
Good attempt, but its going to be really tough to execute something so complicated. Many have tried and failed which is why I doubt whatever you are trying will work even if KYC is involved here.

Any scammer with a half decent brain would never give up their details through the KYC process.
True as you may have seen there is already a thread about Sending Fake ID .
So I think this would be useless not that it is helpful but your time would surely be a waste .
You could help others who are just newbie hackers but I also doubt it because no one that would do something illegal would really send their true personal info.
1259  Economy / Gambling / Re: ReelDice.com - The Bitcoin Dice Industry meets change on: May 03, 2019, 05:17:24 PM
Hi Steam,

Quote
I am using my phone to play it seems you need a mobile version for the site.

Yes! We are painfully aware of this. Unfortunately, we had to sacrifice the mobile version in favor of getting the speeds up to par. This happened several weeks ago when our testers found that the game would slow down considerably whenever we had over 50 players. But that's fodder for another story. We are now, as I write this, working on the mobile version. It IS coming along. I expect a couple weeks and we can brag about our mobile version. Everyone hates CSS.
Well maybe I would just wait till the mobile friendly version is ready.
I like the idea of shower it is so high too most gambling sites only offer 10-100 if I am not mistaken.
And the 50% bonus is great one.
1260  Economy / Speculation / Re: With Bitcoin roaring to the North, any hope for waiters of $1800 bottom? on: May 03, 2019, 04:57:34 PM
I don't think that it would ever reach that low again it is already reaching $6k right now.
So I think $1,800 is not going to happen .
We have seen it fall down and it didn't even go down that deep before the people wouldn't let it happen, or even if it does I think it would only be for a short period of time.
