12421  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: July 11, 2016, 08:13:14 AM
Gambling could be risky even for rich people, because may be he will make big bets and lose big sums , so i don't think it's a effective solution.
I know rich are not stupid, they have achieve that level so they should be wise already. Gambling is just for fun for them and they can risk and even lose money that we cannot afford to lose.
Although rich people may be rich ones most likely because they have no money for serious losses in gambling (and gambling is just fun). On the same principle, poor people are poor ones because they can afford big (for them) monies to lose in gambling (and gambling is an impossible job here of becoming rich).
I guess we are talking here about a person getting rich due to gambling, what we are talking is were the rich people still do gambling? The answer should me yes for me because gambling is wonderful and we can experience good time, just focus on the fun.

I already have. I'm working for a bitcoin company called www.blocktrail.com it's great!
I was able to click the link you have provided, sounds like an interesting company, but could you give us more information on how much will be our potential earning working in that site?
12423  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: July 11, 2016, 04:41:41 AM
WHy not?? Obviously you should buy a house with your bitcoin holding if you can. House is a tangible asset and you must invest in it. Most real estate investment give good return in long term.

If you already has another house, you can give it out on rent, which will ensure a monthly income to your family. Go for it man!
For me since I already have a house and I am comfortable living with it maybe I would just buy a lot and I will develop it to transform into a subdivision to lease or rent it for me to receive a consistent income.

Yes that's a good idea that you are going to generate income out of your house. And it is really a good investment if you are going to use your bitcoins by buying an house.
And it is really recommended that if you have a lot of btc's then go buy your own house.
I would be the luckiest person on earth if I could buy a house with my bitcoins earning here, it would really be awesome as I have never imagine that in my life before I discover bitcoins.
hmm,i feel the same here actually.
I have my own company, plus i have my second source of income (investing btc, trading btc,sig campaining ) but
i still think it would be very hard for me to buy a house with the money i make .

Yeah, we need many bitcoins to invest on a house. It will takes much time to get many bitcoins, but if i have many bitcoins i will invest it on a house.
That is a good move if you find a house as investment because you will earn from your house, it could be you will rent it for income otherwise you need to maintain a good house with big expenses.
12424  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 11, 2016, 04:37:35 AM
If you are into risks, and want to potentially earn money, investing money is the better choice. Saving money is for those that are fine with not taking the risk to earn or lose money.
It's both important actually, you can only invest when you have a savings as like you said that investment is very risky so we only need to put an amount that would not affect our financial status if it failed.
12425  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: July 11, 2016, 04:35:00 AM
the main problem of focus at bitcoin is "what you can do to produce, earning, and growing bitcoin? how about the risk?"
we know people in "real job" have risk too in each job but not much as "bitcoin job". you can use trading, mining, fauceting etc. as your job but im not sure for long term that's still good.

for short time  bitcoin is good , but for long time i doubt it.
Yes, BTC is currently too volatile in order to be good long term, if you were trading it.
I would go for long time because the real value of bitcoins will be good in the future, so if you are quitting your job long term investment is not for your as day trading would only work to get consistent profit.
12426  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: July 11, 2016, 04:29:53 AM
Bucks Big Balls Lineup Compared to GS Warriors Death Line-up
The warriors are known for their small ball lineup

In the future the Bucks will be known for their ''Big Balls'' Line-Up.

PG:Giannis 6'10
SG:Khris Middleton 6'8
SF:Jabari Parker 6'8
PF:John Henson 6'11
C:Thon Maker 7'1

What do u do vs all of that length??

You watch them not be able to shoot behind the arc. That is not particular a great 3 point shooting lineup there. And
Thon jabari and giannis are still developing and maybe will all have decent 3pt shooting in due time..

It's obvious that some of listed above are not specialist in the rainbow arc. There lineup is unusual in the NBA if that will happen. PG at 6'10 is really not common in the league. How much more if that PG will improved it's aggresiveness and at the same time those remaining rosters will developed a fast phase game. That will be a deadly one.
yes if that will be handled by a great coach who knows how to attack and deliver the players to improve more make some changes
on how they look up playing basketball the team will generate unstoppable line up. big players like lebron who knows how to play the
ball perfectly. good luck bucks looking forward for this franchise future.
I doubt with kind of line up, it will not survive with small line up with shooters on the floor, the warriors will surely kill them hard. Today's trend is small ball games so I think that is not a good move.
12427  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: July 10, 2016, 01:14:03 PM
That's a good tips list. The best one I like is number 8 watching your savings grow, because that is how you can save more. If you have optimized your savings, it will only grow.

But no. 8 is not an advice nor a saving tips. It's a common thing yourself will automatically do once you achieved and properly do all your savings goals carefully.

That's the best part of saving the money, watching it fully grows. Smiley
Yeah i also think what for we watch we savings funds if you has know how much we have save in the banks at least with saving your money will not grow a lot.
I think if you save a lot of money in the bank you can see your deposit money will grow very nice but if you only have a little money I think the growth of your money will be lost or devoured by the bank administration fees every month. I almost forgot if Coinbase also has a system of interest?

I would even say you need really a lot,in my country you wont make a deposit to get some % more of every year,
if you wont have about 1-3 btc in fiat,so that is not fine for me to invest there, and the growth is very very slow.
The best way to invest or deposit in a bank is to avail there timely deposit savings but I still don't buy that method because I have a great income investing or saving here in bitcoins that the bank offers.
12428  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 10, 2016, 01:10:13 PM
invest can make you rich but the chance to lost your money is highest too.
save make your money growing very slowly  but the chance to lost your money is very low too.

If you just save your money, you lose its value thru inflation. You can overcome inflation by investing your money. Let your money work for you thru investments and someday you will have enough investment and you do not have to work anymore but you can still have a comfortable life.

investing is great if you are willing to take some risks in your life. but a lot people don't like to put their money into something as they don't want to risk anything. these people just keep their money in their savings account for a tiny interest rate. it's not wise of course, but that's all they know and want. so yes, best thing is to make your money work for you.
I dont think the way you just written here.
I may invest in two ways, the risky one but also safe one and the second is like btc-casinos,it yields good profit for me.
and i dont risk
Casinos are the safest investment so far because many gamblers are irresponsible in gambling they tend to lose more money than they can afford to lose so why not take the opportunity to invest in a profitable business.
12429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: July 10, 2016, 01:05:14 PM
James Harden extended his contract with Houston Rockets 4 more years. That's wise decision for both parties.
Golden State signed another veteran All-Star player David West for 1 year. They need to find a center after Festus Ezeli's departure.

Good for Harden, might as well get that money as this team is not going anywhere. I may not he the biggest fan of Harden but I am glad he's sticking with the Rockets. Even though there is evidence highly suggesting the opposite, I think Houston will figure this out.
Harden should be good in rockets, he is the face of the franchise now as he is very entertaining to watch although not really legitimate IMO. Rockets could be a good team if harden will be partnered with a legitimate point guard.

Harden has holes in his game, big holes but he's also an unstoppable scorer and has shown good enough to lead a team to the playoffs. From an ownership standpoint that's something you don't want to lose. What Houston needs to do is focus on finding him a running mate that actually compliments his style of play.
He is just a good scorer but in order to be a great player you need to have a good defense of which harden lacks, that is the main reason why they were dominated by the warriors even without curry on the game last playoffs.

12432  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: July 10, 2016, 12:45:31 PM
if someone really want to stay away from gambling, i think this is the best suggestion. you will not ever in future will try to gamble.

1. make a bet on gambling site and with all the btc you have and  play until you make sure you lost all. you will fell very bad, you will not be able to sleep few days and than you will make your mind never to gamble again
2. your gov bann the online gambling in your country.

The worst Idea I ever heard.. gambling with all your money and loosing them will not get rid you from gambling. because as much you loose as much you try to play again and again to get your money back.
but loosing your all money on gambling will surely throw on Side of the road..

And Gov never ban gambling just for your lose. because they are also getting huge taxes from them..
I think that is good if that happens in order for a gambler to realize that he has no chance in pursuing gambling as a money making money machine, when you have no money anymore it will not give you the chance to gamble again.
12433  Economy / Services / Re: SafeDICE.com Signature Campaign - Weekly payouts up to 0.025 BTC + bonuses[FULL] on: July 10, 2016, 12:42:00 PM
Can anyone confirm the payment in this company? It is quite new, so can someone working here just write that he already recieved the payment?
for your information, safedice already had been from 2014, its one of trusted gambling site too, so no need to worry you won't get paid (but currently you aren't in their campaign).

The first weekly payment will be on the 14th of July.

Alex
Safedice does not need to prove that they are paying or even put the BTC in escrow because according to safedice it is their reputation that is at stake and they don't would not surely make a stupid thing to lose the market.
12434  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: July 10, 2016, 12:30:53 PM
Now bitcoin is international currency, bitcoin  is a digital currency that allows for worldwide payments with low or no fees. Because it’s based on peer-to-peer technology, no central authority (like a government) controls Bitcoin. It’s entirely decentralized. You may have first heard of Bitcoin as the payment system behind Silk Road, the online black market later shut down by the FBI. Bitcoin was the Paypal to Silk Road’s eBay.
We all know that bitcoin is an international currency as we can easily transact online and because of the presence of the local exchanges in different areas it could be easy for us to encash our bitcoins when needed.
12435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: July 10, 2016, 12:28:06 PM
Is their any safe methods to gamble? Means without losing much of our money can gamble?

Any tips or suggestions?

Try this as a test ~ go all in every single hand. I guarantee that you will bust in under 5 minutes. So the best tip is to never go all in  Wink
What if you win? Is it not good to experience win in one time, for real gamblers who like to depend on their luck all in is the best way because they don't need to be entertain anymore.
12436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: July 10, 2016, 12:20:16 PM
Everyone that is worried about waves and the price should take a look at numbers, and numbers say we are in the money

waves raised 30094 BTC according to ICO statistics
BTC was worth around 540$ at a time when ICO has ended
so Waves marketcap was 16250760$ at a time when ICO has ended
1 Wave equaled ~0,1625 $

as far as i can see we're well in the money for some time since BTC is ~640$ and waves marketcap is 20518200$

we earned like 25% so far... all is good
I am sorry but I don't feel it, I feel that I am still not in profit with current price because it needs to push further to hit the ICO price. I hope it could happen within this month.
12437  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin halving is real? on: July 10, 2016, 09:37:03 AM
Anyway it a little strange that the price remains at the same levels, we will see what happens in subsequent days.

Yes, now we need to wait. The effect of Halving does not occur immediately. In the past upolovinianie, the effect was evident only after a few months.
And the price of Bitcoin has increased almost 100-fold over the next year - from 12 up to $ 1,200 at the peak of growth. Do BTC beat peak of all times as a result of the reduction of supply on the market after bitcoins Halving awards at this time?
We are still speculating most of the time because we have not achieve the good price we dream, now is the time to be very patient as the halving is done and in due time we can feel the effect and it should be a good effect.
12438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: July 10, 2016, 09:33:47 AM
still in shock that the WArriors signed Kevin durant.. NBA isn't even fair now. Warriors are so stacked. I wont be surprised if they dont lose a game all year! Especially at home they will be unbeatable!

Not really. GSW is a powerhouse team now, it's true.
But that does not mean that those superstars will play together at the same time or in the first five.
Imagine there are two Currys or two Durants in the court they would be stealing the ball from each other because everyone wants to score.

It's true that Golden State is now a power house team. Strengths and weaknesses is just how the team shapes up right now. Last year, Warriors' weakness was rebounding. But if you have enough shooting and scoring then rebounding means less.
They have upgraded with durant acquisition and I think it will be hard to beat them this season, I would try to bet on them for NBA Future. I am just waiting for the line to open in my sportsbook because that is how confident I am.
12439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: July 10, 2016, 09:29:54 AM
I have $3000 USD to invest, is it worth it?

What sort of returns should I expect
i was looking for investing in BTC casinos,it is looking great but... i dont like it anyway,in most sites you need to invest minimum 1 btc or a little less.
Anyway if the house edge is implemented you should always get profit at long term... unless casino is a scam

Investing on bitvest.io only requires 0.01btc as what I've read so having 3000USD is sure a lot.
you can be a casino partner if you can submit a proposal to them. but that  is if they are open to partnership.
Where is more profitable than investing with moneypot.com? I heard some gamblers here recommend to invest in moneypot because that site is profitable, really don't know, anyone has the experience here?
I think it would be better if you find out for yourself in the thread moneypot you can see the chart profit for investment. there are many people who say that the bigger users who playing on there then you will get more return on investment more Quickly, I do not know because I did not try. You can try it yourself

Don't worry we can answer you in this thread, moneypot is a better investment of course, they have been profitable and they are worth a try, just put some kind of amount that you can afford to lose and observe for a month.

LOL! David west transferred to San Antonio Spurs from pacers because he wants to be champion and now going to warriors, I think this season Spurs will be champion and david west is so unlucky.
