not a problem if he sells regulary is trillon of "equivalent in FIAT money" to beginner entering in bitcoin...
and then, US dollar collapse ? a true dream ...

yep, it's impossible. wait 48h to bitcoin network invalide the transaction ... but, normally, you can't even send the transaction ! (i have mistapped many wrong bitcoin adress and never i can send transaction to this wrong adress, the bitcoin core refuse).
yep, sept/oct is a boum usually (in crash system, boooouuum it's gone, the FIAT system !)

point to add : many P2P file software are in alpha stage ... but work flawless in air since 15 years (ed2k protocol).

ooooh, please ... don't compare a pool and a solo-miner. 51% is possible because of the pools ...
you can't do a real 51% without a heavy costly line (only available) on datacenter.
yes, shutdown the pools ... like server on P2P file sharing. and then, personal node (with low miner powered) can win 25BTC
what a problem ? - customer pay in bitcoin (no chargeback) - customer kill the contract by spam - server kill account of customer - no chargeback win/win

high sellers always search for a bump of sells ... in Europe, it's a vacancy period. customers ask less ... if bitcoin community can "moderate" the hole of vacancy, it's good.
and it's good for all bitcoin holder... when the september month will raise (with crash of the gov budget).
