rise going upwards now. guys do not sell your rise below ICO. it doesnt matter if you bought or just got it from bounties. you are losing a lot of value.
Good move, I am also waiting as well because I only have a little number of rise so if I sell I will not profit anything. I think I am gonna hold this for a year, do you think it would be better to do it that long?
12542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling get you into Bitcoin or did Bitcoin get you into gambling? on: July 01, 2016, 01:12:40 AM
I start knowing about bitcoin befor i start gambling one year ago one month collecting with faucet and then i make it to this forum and know about gambling with bitcoin and all start from there and now i just invest my bitcoin and wait for the profit to come.

investing is another way that is more profitable and more promising than gambling that require many ways and techniques should always be updated in order to make profit. But investing also has a weakness where the investment disappear/scam/fraud. Gambling also, but the investment is much safer and more promising in the appeal of gambling. So your choice is just right, but if you do I hope you're not gambling experience is addictive and has a goal to earn profits in gambling.
Every gambler has their own choice on doing gambling, some just for fun and most wants instant money. I think that is why we discover bitcoins because most of us are gamblers in real life, irregardless of the amount gambling is fun base on your financial status, but what is important is you know what you are doing and do not let your emotions dictate you, it should be mind over heart.
12543  Economy / Economics / Re: CNBC: "Bitcoin is the new safe-haven asset" on: June 30, 2016, 03:00:28 AM
Ah, I see. Troll someone else

This is the essence of your whole "prove that $1,200 price spike was artificial" thing. No one is going to prove anything to you, since this is not what you actually want. All you want is to show your fake superiority...

But it seems that in this case you failed miserably
We cannot force people to believe that the price of bitcoin will reach that much, it is our personal decision to invest and risk our money, but as a believer our main responsibility is to help the community become popular and we can only do that if we spread the good news.
12544  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to sell? Or to buy? on: June 30, 2016, 02:50:52 AM
If you believe bitcoin is still in a bull market and price one year from now will be higher than today, just wait for a down day where some news event triggers a sharp sell off and swoop in and buy cheap coins. You can also just open an account at an exchange and put a buy order in below the market.

Its just a matter of if that person is willing to wait that long for a turn around.

Or has better options to use their current cash. You can do that, but I doubt anyone will fill the buy order way below the market rate at the moment.
For me buy as much as I can as I believe that bitcoin is still at its early stage although been existence for a while, we can see a good future for bitcoins and price will literally increase, buying for me is a way of savings and the benefits would the price increase.

It is like I lose half of my investment or wait until it will increase x10.

12546  Economy / Economics / Re: Short term high target reached on: June 30, 2016, 02:43:21 AM
Each sell off for me is an opportunity to buy more bitcoin at better prices.  storing for the massive increase to come.
Good luck with this strategy but i personally think this high volatility period is good for day trading buying and selling for profit in same day.
I agree with you. But it is not good to day trade if it was so stable like now. Waiting for another pump ill just hold my bitcoins tight.

the price right now isn't that stable. just look at the charts to get an idea. within 12 hours the price dropped from over $650 to $621 and went back up to nearly $640 and is now sitting at $633. if you know how to do day trading, you will make yourself a very nice profit. and btw, how the market is today, it has also been like this the last week. it goes up and down all the time.
Even though in fact bitcoin price never stable at some level price but not easy to get profit in bitcoin if they range of movement in a days only around $10
Exactly, especially when you have only a little amount in doing day trading, the best way to earn is hold longer your bitcoins and when you see your goal is already realize you sell it automatically. However, a short term investment is good when the event of halving will hype up nearing the date.
12547  Economy / Economics / Re: What percentage of people on Earth will own Bitcoin by 2020 on: June 30, 2016, 02:38:56 AM
I dont think there will be allot of people using bitcoins in 2020 i think the percentage of the amount users from bitcoins will be at least
between the 50 and 60 procent that is relevant if you say it will be 80 i dont think the 20 procent will use bitcoins.
We cannot still make a major adoption by year 2020, that is too early considering that we have heard a good news that would absuptly change the direction of bitcoins towards the future, that year would still be a game for the whales manipulating the price.
12548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: June 30, 2016, 02:35:16 AM
block your internet  Grin Grin

I think block your internet is not the answer for stay away from gambling, it will make you bored and will come back into gambling. Find a new hobby is a good plan though.
Or maybe find some real life activities, like playing cricket, playing soccer and if you have no interest in these then try to watch movies and avoid gambling. Being involved in physical activities in better than uselessly blocking internet and then regretting.
I agree, physical activities will give you a healthy lifestyle and you can easily forget your problem as you will be meeting new friend to socialize with, with them you can learn other insights that would interest your to live a healthy lifestyle.
12549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: June 30, 2016, 02:20:23 AM
If you get addicted to it then certainly you will loose the amount.  I hope that more people will know that gambling is good for short term only.

But I think if you know how to control your money or if you just bet in a small amount in every game I think that is much  better result than for betting in larger amount, you will just lose a lot of money in betting big amount. Don't take risk in gambling specially if you just have enough money for your family because sometimes you will not notice that you will also using a budget for your family in just that game.
Small or Big bets is not the real deal in gambling, it is the amount that you can afford to lose. The reality always says that if you want to win big you need to bet big because betting with small amount will not take your anywhere and you are just wasting your time and energy in gambling.
12550  Economy / Speculation / Re: how much gonna be 1 BTC in a year? on: June 30, 2016, 02:16:46 AM
In the last months the BTC price is increasing, how much u guys think the price gonna be in one year?

you created this thread on april, so on april in 2017 i think that price will be up to 1000$, not more for sure but probably not less too, atleast i think like that actually

because people will be interested in bitcoins then, more than now for sure, and also this year's bitcoin halving will increase this popularity, so bitcoin price will be around 1000$
Big possibility for that to happen and we can even hit that amount by the end of the year if this trend of increase will continue to happen nearing the halving, with people adopting because of the popularity of bitcoin they will dictate the price to go up because of their demand while the wise people are just holding their BTC.

I'm hoping also that before the end of the year the price of bitcoin is going to be at $1,000 and it would be a great day if that happens.
I am the first one to sell my bitcoins if that happens. It is what I've been waiting for. I will wait until it happens.
So when you have the time you need to invest more and focus more your investment that in other sides, and if you are a gambler, just sacrifice for a some days not to gamble and save your money for a bigger chance of winning which is the coming halving.
12551  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: June 30, 2016, 01:58:11 AM
I dont think it is just that simple to buy a house with your bitcoins becasue i dont think there are allot of companys will accepts your bitcoins if you want
to pay your house trough the bitcoin method. They need to know where the money came from it is not that simple to buy a house.
It is not necessarily that you will buy a house using bitcoins because you can easily convert your bitcoins with fiat, the point here is can we buy a house with our investment in bitcoin.
12552  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: June 30, 2016, 01:52:25 AM

In every case there is risk but when you overcome that risk then only you can earn something. If you had saved some money and you are using that money but you have nothing to add to that saving then the saving ultimately finished. So, investing and saving would be better.

Exactly. A circulation is a continous process so if you are spending away some money, you have to bring it back to keep up with your savings.

That's why an investment or any source is a must thing to do to make a proper management of our money whether for saving or spending purposes.

This just falls upon the persons self control really..

If they lack in that area, then they shouldnt even bother with it unless someone does it for them. Since they will be tempted to pull out if it increased a bigger balance.

No you are wrong. It not always like that. If a person is really serious on how will the process goes, they must think of the way to cover all the holes that making them think that's "it's not like" "it's not like" etc.

Problems and trials are part of saving and investing money. If you will just always think of that without any proper solution then you will never succeed in both.
If a person has no control on how to save money then that is a serious problem, he will only be discipline if he seeks a help from an expert who would really taught him how and why he should do savings. If he will not learn how to save then surely he cannot be a good investor.
12553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: June 30, 2016, 01:39:25 AM
i think i never leave the dice then how can i come back when i am already here. and engage in gambling. i am such a strong decision taker and committed person that when decided to stop gambling then i will never come back in the world of gambling.
Well, what he meant to ask was, once you have lost a big amount of money ( we all have lost that ) why you come back the next day to gambling ? Simply because you are addicted or you miss the fun you had ?
It is not only because of addiction because a person can be addicted to play when losing/winning, the main reason is greed, we want to take back our loses and when we were able to do it we want to win more, so that attitude lead us to coming back again in gambling.

12555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: June 30, 2016, 01:26:38 AM
Investing in casino is a type of gambling but with higher chance to win as all said house always win and by investing you get will be in house side so you will always win but in long term not like gambling by yourself if you got luck you will get a high profit by investing every week you will get a little profit and for me it is beter like that no need to have that stress of losing or beting all in one bet you will only wait to get profit
Indeed it is gambling too invest your money to a casino especially if you set it to high risk but invest are far better than have to play against casino which full of risk.

Just don't forget investment need higher capital rather than just gamble.
More capital means more profit in investing an online casino but the risk is also higher, as an investor we should know how to calculate the risk in investing an online casino, if we find the result in favor to us then we should go.
12556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling get you into Bitcoin or did Bitcoin get you into gambling? on: June 30, 2016, 01:19:32 AM
I get into bitcoin first and learned that we can also gamble with our bitcoins. From where i started to try out some trusted gambling sites and started to make a habit out of it.
Just once per week though.
As least you are just betting once a week, but be careful with gambling because many people have wreck their life with irresponsible gambling. Anyway, that is really fun to discover bitcoin because we can explore the world of gambling at ease.
12557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: June 30, 2016, 01:16:25 AM
I didn't realise Lebron James is also free agent. Kevin Durant is the hottest in the market right now but will Lebron James stay in Cleveland Cavaliers? It looks like mission completed but if he decides to leave where to go then? Miami again? That would be funny. Smiley
Definitely he will stay, it was just a business move in his part to increase his salary. My concern now is durant, on what team he will be playing as I know whichever team he will choose would be a threat in the coming season.
12558  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: June 30, 2016, 01:14:28 AM
I think if you are rich you will be more prone to gambling. Seeing yourself with nothing to do and no more excitement in your life will make you do it without thinking because you got a lot of money.

I think I would still gamble, no matter how much money I get or how rich I am, because gambling I have been doing since years and feel very relaxed after doing so. Anyways, yeah I will still gamble if I was rich.
Your idea is good because as a rich person you should have the freedom to do the things you love. But always remember when you become rich you will lose more than a poor person and it will be hard to accept when you become poor from rich because of gambling.
12559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: June 30, 2016, 01:09:55 AM
Yes if you have money to spend. You must invest in bitcoin casinos. It is always beneficial for you. But you must be sure that
casino has well reputation.
of course, that is the basic in investing, make sure you are investing in a profitable business and trustworthy. Bitcoin is increasing in terms of price and since online casinos are profitable, you are like investing receiving a huge amount of interest.
It likely won't be a huge amount of interest, primarily because of the fact that even though there is the potential for a lot of interest to be paid out to the investor, the company will likely want to keep a fixed rate of something like 2% so that they are able to keep a majority of the funds for themselves. We see this in real companies and their dividends, and so such a thing happening with a Bitcoin casino wouldn't surprise me.

Not all companies do have a 2% interest fortheir investors,

Every company have their own explanation regarding the interest that their investors will receive.

One more thing if some of the companies as what you had just said had 2% interest, Then I think It is still profitable for a big amount of money that are going to be invested on those companies.

2% interest interest how often ? If its daily i wouldn't believe it. If weekly then maybe and if yearly that's crap. So which is it ? I'm also looking into it mid I like how it sounds. Haha where is your sales pitch I'm listening.  Cheesy
If investing in online casinos will give you at least 10% per month, then that is already a good return of investment that putting your money at risk on ponzi sites that gives 5% interest on a daily basis.
12560  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: June 30, 2016, 01:07:06 AM
If there where allot of people who says i am using bitcoin for the rest of my life i would say ok bitcoin is doing good people are happy about it we need
to use the bitcoin. But there are always people grabbing back to the gold so people stay true to gold bitcoin will disappoint you.
I agree, one thing that makes an asset  valuable is the view of people and investors about its value and price, but bitcoin is increasing its fans.
I think bitcoin quite valuable and worthy to serve as short-term investment or long-term, although giving a big risk. but  investment in bitcoin quite profitable

Bitcoin is very flexible in whatever type of investment you are going to use, long term or short term bitcoin suites it. But with gold investment in gold is only for long term only, I guess.
Because in gold the longer the time is passing by the higher income is possible.
Gold is a safer investment that bitcoin but it would only guarantee you a little profit while bitcoin although risky would make your rich in a short span on time if you know how to maximize your earning in the community.
