12561  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a SURVEY SITE that will pay you BITCOINS? anyone? on: August 15, 2016, 06:18:49 AM
They should open a new section on this forum for "paid surveys" at the rate at which people are asking us to do it for free on here. I just do not know how efficient something like this will be, because people will be doing it to get the money not for the content provided. ^hmmmmm^
12562  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex Offers $3.5 Million Bounty for Stolen Bitcoin on: August 15, 2016, 05:44:39 AM
A company in so much trouble, should not splash money around to offer $3 500 000 bounties, but rather use that money to hire security experts to plug the holes in their security or to upgrade their systems to scrutinize their own employees. This looks like a inside job, not someone hacking from the outside. ^hmmmm^
12563  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Any tips for a newbie? on: August 12, 2016, 07:17:17 AM
Oh i see. At first I thought faucets are a very easy way to earn bitcoins. Thank you very much sir!

Don't worry, that's the most common mistake with the newbies. I'm guilty of it too.

The mistake comes in when you use these faucets in the wrong way, not by simply using these faucets. I have friends who make passive income of up to $5 per hour from faucet referral systems. They spend more time building and maintaining their referral growth and then they sit back and watch the money come in week after week.

Join faucets with referral features and then grow this network to maximize your income from these faucets. ^smile^
12564  Economy / Services / Re: Pokemon Go Catching Service | 100% Trust & Safe Payment Method: BTC,PP,WMZ on: August 12, 2016, 07:01:49 AM
Theres a lot of pokemon cheat that can be found on the internet, and im using one of them and it worked. Day 1 i already achieved level 12,with  gyarados, vaporeon ,snorlax and arcanine pokemon..

What is the deal with this? What joy do you get from cheating in the game? Brag rights? I always hated people who wants to cheat, since our Lan gaming days. We put many hours in playing the game without cheats and then you get that idiot who comes in a play with cheats. I know Counter Strike had some cheats and people got head shots from crazy distances.

The whole point of these games are the experience and the thrill you receive, when you worked hard to achieve the different levels, not by cheating and doing nothing to get these rewards. ^hmmmm^
12565  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: PRE-MADE UBUNTU SERVER VMWARE IMAGES WITH BITCOIND PRE-INSTALLED! on: August 12, 2016, 06:53:24 AM
I saw some thread somewhere today, where Linux are being targeted by hackers to turn people's computers into mining machines. This is obviously some Alt coin, because the Bitcoin difficulty will render zero profit from this, even if they had a whole army of these machines.

People will also second guess images like this, because there are too many places to hide malicious code. ^hmmmm^
12566  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A slap to the FBI. Online drug sales triple after Silk Road closure on: August 12, 2016, 06:44:23 AM
Here's the sad truth for Ulbrich and all people convicted of nonviolent drug crimes. The US has no retroactive clemency, amnesty laws automatically releasing prisoners when the law changes. Presidential or gubernatorial commutations are a PR no-no and almost never done. Even if all drugs af any kind were instantly made legal the previously convicted would remain in the custody of the profit monger the Corrections Corporation of America.

If you break the law that was implemented at the time, you should pay the price. The drug trade has more far reaching consequences than simply being illegal products. There are associated crimes directly attributed to these products that needs to be controlled to protect the community.

People steal to buy drugs, people drive under the influence of drugs and kill other people in the process. Drugs should never be legalized. Alcohol is legal, and look at all the problems we are being faced because of that. Just last week one of my friends died because of alcohol related problems. ^hmmmm^
12567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Blockchain.info Commercial Ad on: August 12, 2016, 06:33:46 AM
I prefer if they put the ".info". It would be easier for the people to get there than by typing "blockchain" on google. Some people might not even get it and just quit looking after a minute or 2. It is better for regular people to make it straight forward as possible.

We have also seen some spoof sites with the same name or something close, which is used to trick people into going to a hackers page. Blockchain.io or Blockchian.info etc. So yes, I would also prefer them showing the whole name. Still a good Ad, and something positive for the community to use as a training tools. ^smile^
12568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Africans Can Utilize Bitcoin... on: August 12, 2016, 05:57:56 AM
Well remittance services are very expensive, and a lot of Africans are working in foreign countries and they have to pay  premium fees to Western Union and MoneyGram to get that money converted. Bitcoin can be send with virtually no fees, and it can be exchanged and paid into your bank account without any problems.

People from rural villages can access their money from smart phones and even use it for trade and as a alternative payment option, if the local banking services < ATM's > are far away. Most areas in Africa have Cellphone reception these days and a lot are done to get free internet access to these areas. ^smile^
12569  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitGo, Coinbase Vaut or Paper Wallet for secure long term storage on: August 12, 2016, 05:48:43 AM
Fuck paper wallets. Get a Trezor and no worries. Just store your 24 word seed securely.

There have been people who has hacked Trezor wallets with special tools, so it's not as secure as you might think. Yes, the person who wants to hack the Trezor has to have physical access to the device, but it's still possible. A paper wallet, created correctly is basically hack proof at this moment and it will cost you nothing.

The Trezor will cost you $99, so it's up to you. ^smile^
12570  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Remember when Bitcoin was new and..... on: August 11, 2016, 07:24:02 AM
I remember the days when a CPU/GPU would still earn you some Satoshi's if you over clocked it to it's max. ^lol^ The faucets gave out enough bitcoins to buy nothing at all, so nothing changed since then. I still have some of those Satoshi's gathering dust in a Bitcoin address created just for faucets. ^smile^

In 2070 those Satoshi's will be worth a fortune, but I will not be around to have the pleasure to use them, my kids might be.
12571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting people to use Bitcoin- ideas on: August 11, 2016, 06:17:54 AM
Linking social media accounts are for Ripple people, not Bitcoin. We are seeing too many people flaunting their Bitcoin ownership on the internet, and they are making it easy for hackers and governments to target them. Bitcoin is like cash, pseudo-anonymous and it should stay that way.

What will happen, if a government who previously supported the Bitcoin idea, now turn against it and start prosecuting people who owns it. The first thing they will do to track down these people, is to turn to social media. ^hmmm^
12572  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do coins get lost at a bigger rate than they are created? on: August 11, 2016, 06:10:36 AM
The number of coins lost, will fluctuate over time. Some people might lose a shit load of coins at once in a fire or a harddrive will crash or people might just lose their paper wallets. < wrong storage methods > So thumb sucking numbers will be a poor method to calculate the amount of coins lost daily.

Most people will be too shy or embarrassed to report their lost coins on public forums or some of them are just shills, who are spreading false reports. ^hmmmmm^
12573  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A slap to the FBI. Online drug sales triple after Silk Road closure on: August 11, 2016, 05:52:23 AM
Silkroad only opened the door and lead the way to show criminals how to trade drugs online. The customers prefer not to deal on shady street corners where they get mugged and robbed and even killed. They want to sit in the safety of their homes high on coke, press a button and then the drugs gets delivered to them.

We life in a world of convenience, where people become more lazy every day. ^hmmmmm^
12574  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Comment here the signature campaign that pissed you. on: August 10, 2016, 08:45:30 AM
I think the signature campaigns that pissed me off the most, were the ones with payment issues. You get some of these campaigns where you post for 30 days and then you find out that it was a scam and you never get paid a single cent. Some of them pay for a month or two and then they stop paying, before they go bankrupt. They basically get free advertising for a month or two, depending on how long they can draw this out. I have to say, the more reputable companies automate the payment process and you have zero issues with them.

Some of the campaign managers are also very considerate and helpful and do a great job paying it's members on time every month. ^smile^
12575  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Tesla x Bitcoin Concept Car: Fund It, Build It, Drive It! on: August 10, 2016, 08:33:13 AM
I think this funding will get much more support here, if you promise to incorporate some Bitcoin features in the car. A possible suggestion could be for people to have a built-in Bitcoin wallet to pay for electricity at charge stations and to automate this feature in the car.

You can make use of micro payments for this purpose, to pay for short charges. Other payment options have higher fees and will not be a viable option for the customers. I can get a $50 cent charge with virtually no fees with Bitcoin and this will work very well in urban areas, where you quickly stop for a drive thru coffee and a quick charge whilst you wait.

All this can be paid from the built in hardware wallet {Trezor} in the on board computer of the car. People just love convenience and would like a wallet built into their car. They can transfer money to it from their phone or even from work.

Later this wallet can be used to pay for parking fees and you can do this remotely from your smart phone. Hope to see a Bitcoin and Tesla partnership soon. Royalties for the ideas can be discussed in private. ^smile^
Those are great suggestions. Bitcoin could be accepted if someone wanted to rent the vehicle and pay for it that way. California is a bitcoin friendly State; cooperating promotions with California vendors that accept bitcoin could be an incentive to rent the vehicle and shop with those vendors when visiting/renting. Charging is free and there could be other features implemented into the project that support bitcoiners.

Thank you very much. I would love a automated wallet built into my car, because our local shopping centers have a parking system, where you receive a paper stub at entry with a magnetic strip at the back, and then you have to stand in a queue at a automated machine to pay for the parking fees. The challenges is as follows :

1. The card always gets lost and then you have to pay the maximum amount to get out of the parking area for a new card.
2. You waste time standing in the queue to pay for the parking.
3. It is coin operated, so the reader sometimes malfunction and you have to look for another machine at another entrance.

The wallet in the car, can automate this whole process and make my life easier. The shopping Malls can help to fund this idea, because they will not have to pay fees for the counting of the money or the fees associated with the collecting and the banking of the money from these old machines. ^smile^

They can even create a express lane for the people who has Bitcoin wallets and keep the old system for the people without Bitcoin.
12576  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: A revolution has begun on: August 10, 2016, 08:16:42 AM
Monetize your forum and 50%+ of the members of this forum will move over to your forum. ^smile^ The majority or should I rather say, a very high percentage of the users on this forum are here for the signature campaigns and the money they can earn here. If they take this away from Bitcointalk.org this place will be very boring. I started out on this forum, because I wanted to learn more about this wonderful technology and most of my family and friends were not into it, so I had nobody to talk to and ask questions.

Bitcointalk.org is now my local hangout with friends with similar interest, the signature campaign is just a added bonus to make things even more fun to be here. ^smile^
12577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does the rekcahxfb giveaway say about our community on: August 10, 2016, 07:59:48 AM
I see this from another angle, if I wanted to hide some of this money and I wanted to make it more difficult for the authorities to track, then I would do something like this. Let's say this hacker do not want to trust these mixer services and he wants to distribute it in a way that it makes it very difficult for the authorities to track, then you do it this way. You make several fake accounts on Reddit, and distribute the majority of this money to these fake accounts.

In the end, when this money gets tracked back to you, you can always use this "free giveaway" as a excuse to explain the money that you received. ^hmmmmm^ If you are clever enough to hack these coins, then you are also clever enough to hack email accounts or even Reddit accounts.
12578  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and space colony on: August 10, 2016, 07:50:00 AM
The pioneer space colony will have no need for money, when they arrive there. The first thing they need to do, is to find a way to survive in that hostile environment. Who in his right mind, wants to swap earth for a place where no plants will grow in the wild? If they survive there, they will trade goods produced and do research and exploration for the time they are there. ^hmmmm^

This was my first thought as well.. There will only be a very limited number of people going to these colonies even in the coming 50-100 years. The people that go there are paid to build the colony and their food and housing will be provided.

Currency will become a thing when the colony is established, when people can't do everything they need and want anymore. When you don't have time to make bread, but you can grow vegetables, you can trade them and in the end you need currencies to trade for rarer stuff and stuff that spoils easily.

I guess as there is communication with those places, even a bank transfer would be viable through sattellite.

Not just that, these space colonies will be assisted from earth with continuous supply drops, until they can be self sufficient in their caves under the Mars surface. The amount of radiation in Mars's atmosphere will force them to live underground in hollow magma tunnels that already exist there. I just know for sure that I will never swap earth with it's natural sunlight and clean air for these underground tunnels. I think some of the people living in huge cities with high pollution might consider this option, but not me. ^hmmmmm^

Good luck Martians. ^smile^
12579  Economy / Services / Re: Win bitcoins with CryptoChan.org on: August 10, 2016, 07:41:23 AM
Why should we trust a service with no reputation on this forum and a account with lower ranking status? We have had several Lottery style competitions on this forum, and most of them were rigged. I have not seen one of these that can be totally proven to be provably fair. Even some of the systems linked to the Blockchain was manipulated by some of the miners at some stage. Good luck with your lottery, but I doubt that this will take off in here.

No lottery system, where the draw is not transparent, would survive this forum. ^hmmmmm^
12580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I've invested some money in eobot but it seems like i'm losing my money on: August 10, 2016, 07:31:41 AM
Take the rest of your money, and go to a shop and buy the sweets you like the most. Eat the candy and enjoy the experience. Now you had the best value for your money. It's as simple as that, because I can say from experience that you would be giving your money away to these cloud mining sites and they will go out, spend your money on the things they like. Is this investment advice? Nope - Is this a life lesson - Yes, because we are wasting money on cloud mining, where we should waste it on things we love. ^hmmmm^
