12581  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: June 29, 2016, 01:53:26 AM
In order for anyone to be successful when quitting his job for bitcoins, he should make sure first that he fully understand how to make money with bitcoins. Bitcoin community offers a lot of opportunity and big risk compared to the real life job, so if you are ambitious you should choose bitcoins.
yeah bitcoin provides many very good offer for your work. You can benefit and unlimited income. things you can not get if you work as an employee in real life. yeah like to make a business in real life, but you will find job more easily in bitcoin without any capital

The benefits only with working in bitcoin is the potential good income. But the other incentives, benefits that you can't get is that.  You can't have a sick, vacation and other kinds of leave.
But if you are employed with a good company and you are regular there you can get those kinds of benefits.
I think we can all have the benefits of incentives like sick and vacation leave, that depends on your satisfaction, if you have set a quata per month just like you real job and you already hit it with 15 days of less, so the remaining days of the month is your vacation leave.
12582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: June 28, 2016, 08:10:42 AM
Vcash because of its innovative features and experienced developers.
You are just promoting you altcoins but honestly, altcoins are sometimes need to be consider to have a good future to partner with bitcoins. I hope to see move successful altcoins in the future to give users a variety of services to choose from.

Well I guess on his own sight he sees his own coin as the best altcoin. But how could altcoins be promoted if those owners are the one's bringing down each other.  Huh
Bitcoins and Altcoins should work hand in hand and the improvement of other should also benefit the others, every coin has a unique functionalities and values and they can bridge with each other to promote each other, what is important is all coins are in the crypto world so any good news the community will be benefited as a whole.
12583  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: June 28, 2016, 07:29:11 AM
To be safe, get two Bitcoins.

lol i agree with this. in 20 years 2 bitcoin may be worth 2,000,000$ and to me a 2m retirement fund would last if you plan on retiring at 60 and living untill 75 or whatever. specially if you have another income coming in still from ssi or whatever it may be

safe side get 5

if it will peak to 2,000,000$ i`m fine with onl 0.5 btc Smiley
Not gonna happen, that is too unrealistic and you must be dreaming, if that price will be reach then I will be having a problem then, a problem how to spend my money because I have already invested 10BTC as of today.

I also think that its a dream if you are thinking this is gonna happen, its just so unrealistic it can just not happen.
The worth of the bitcoin has to be than so high!!
I think he was just joking with his statement or probably he is new to the community, it's good that we were able to correct him with the right information before he will plan to formally invest with bitcoins.
12584  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: June 28, 2016, 06:53:25 AM
spent on gambling and try my luck to get a great result, because now I difficult to get bitcoin, besides faucet.

You should not spend ny bitcoins right now because if you are smart you are just holding the bitcoin for a while because it has a nice worth increase coming up very soon.

You are right about that spending bitcoins is now not good at all because the price is gonna jump due to the havling that is gonna occur this year.

It is not really a good time to spend actively your bitcoins today. Because take the advantage of the upcoming halving. Because possible of price increase after the halving has high chance to happen.
That is possible but it does not mean that we do not need to spend our money, if we need something to buy in the internet then don't hesitate to invest, as long as you stick with your plan and only remember the amount your invest should be the amount you can afford to lose, although the price is expected to rise but there is no assurance it would happen.
12585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: June 28, 2016, 06:48:53 AM
Play at gambling sites with Faucets. Like Bitsler. But dont expect a lot of money. I only win .001 BTC just by using their Faucet a day. Not much but can keep me away from using my real BTC. Be careful tho as gambling is addictive.
Good for you man, at least your win 0.001 BTC, that is a small amount but that is start for you to love gambling. When you get used to it you will feel the need more and that is the time when you will be test on your ability to resist temptation.
12586  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: June 28, 2016, 04:02:58 AM
have a home is everybody's dream, so when the bitcoin price is high, I would buy a house.
Yeah but you need at least 10 BTC i guess to buy an average house. So you need to work hard and put a lot of effort on doing some bitcoin job to earn that amount. I would recommend to you to don't just rely on one source of bitcoin or income try other ways to make your earning  faster Roll Eyes.
10BTC is pretty enough and I can buy a good house with that amount, I don't need to buy a huge house like mansion because I believe bigger house entails bigger expenses, you cannot treat it as investment unless you receive an income using you house.
12587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: June 28, 2016, 03:54:24 AM
Having experience in gambling is enough, you don't need to treat it like virtue to make it again and again, knowing the concept itself and how does it works is good but too much spending time with it is bad.
yes everyone should know what their consequences will be obtained. they do not think that is the greatest risk of gambling addiction. if everyone wants to do things like he should have been strong to get any results later.

That is because gambling is really risky and I think that a player should accept the consequences that he might get in playing gambling he should be prepared for the worst thing to come if he ever play it! a gambler should know the risk involve in gambling!

That is why you actually have to know the reason why you are at a casino house. That will actually determine and help you get out of there safe.

You would probably will get out from there safe but your money or cash will not, because all will be gone in an instant at the casino that is the risk I'm talking about, casino really is one place you can be sure that your whole money will be gone for an instant.

Yeah casino is just like a storage of the gamblers money where the owner is the one who are benefiting the gamblers money.
It is a payback on the entertainment you can get while playing on your money.
Maybe experiencing running out of money is a good lesson for you to stay away from gambling.
Absolutely, so since we all know what is really happening we need to understand the risk, it is not advisable to gamble anymore due to the reality that we just lose, I suggest to invest in gambling as it will give more benefits to you than beating the house.
12588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: June 28, 2016, 03:44:05 AM
Hmm , if you talk about gambling problem  . I have first one word come in my mind.
"GREEDY" , mah . Every you win on gambling , you want to increase your winning to other play or match
And if you feel sick with your win , and you "all in". After that , you lose your bet. ^_^
My biggest problem on gambling is "greedy". -_-
True, you don't have to be greedy for you not to have a gambling problem. That is the main reason why people fail in gambling, even how good you are but if you don't know how to stop even if you already reach your goal you will still end up losing.
12589  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: June 28, 2016, 03:32:17 AM
Both are important in managing your finances. Personally, I think dividing your assets is the way to go. A certain percentage in investments, a certain percentage saved, and a certain percentage in cash

Yes that's true, both are important. Saving and investing are always together just like in real life.
They are just like married couples.
The wife can't work alone without the husband and as well the vice versa.
But the most important is savings, that is the  basic when you are having an income you need to save, you only invest from the amount of your savings and take not that investment is risky as gambling.
12590  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: June 28, 2016, 03:27:30 AM
My first advice would be to make an excel sheet with all your income and outcome
Note how much you spent and deduct it from your income. At the end of the moment see which cost were not needed.

Excel sheets are great for learning how much you actually make and spend weekly/monthly but do not rely on the extra income only set your base from guaranteed weekly/monthly income so you know that's what you're automatically getting then subtracting everything you do for that week/month even if it is not a guaranteed thing that you're going to do constantly.
i think sheets wouldnt help a lot too because if you make the income and payments table it will definitely not allow you to save, it will just show where you spend money

i think the best way to save your money is to just not do any gambling and protect your bitcoins in a cold storage and thats it, there are no other ways to do that i think

It's not for helping purposes. He stated that for monitoring. Like I said in my previous post above your post, it's just fine if person are comfortable with kind of method or strategy to monitor their expenses and savings.
The real success in savings starts with us, regardless of how many good method and excel sheets you have but with lack of implementation you cannot achieve your goal, that is the first phase in having a safe life in the future because you don't hold the future and emergencies may happen.
12591  Economy / Speculation / Re: 626 $ what!?!? Halving incoming.. on: June 28, 2016, 03:03:16 AM
Now it's going back up to $600 again. Why is flucuating so much in last few days from $20-50 difference.
But price of bitcoin is increasing now and I expect that it can increase to some price between 800$ and 900$.
We may see that price few days ahead of halving, and I think that would be the best price to sell some coins and grab the profits as we don't know what will be the price after halving.
I am thinking what will happen after halving if all people are sellers and then who wants to buy bitcoins?
I hope so, with the halving that is happening this year, it should give us a good benefits because for sure the price will increase. This year is a good year as a lot of good news are happening this year, we just nee to trust that we can reach $1,000 and to effect that into our self, investment is necessary.
12592  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the next halving really matter that much? on: June 28, 2016, 02:55:57 AM
Halving, prize for solving block will be cut on half, so after halving 12.5 btc will be prize for that. So you see this 4 years every block was 25, so we can expect much less bitcoins to come. And for 4 years we there will be new halving and another cutting.
If people who mine btc don`t have profit they will stop mining btc, simply. So economy say if you cut income price needs to jump, like minimum double  . In this period its important price to rise, and to make miners stay here and do their work, which is very important for btc. Without miners there is no network. I believe everything will be ok, and price will be enough high to satisfy their and our needs. So lets hope for the best!

You left out the other half of the equation: If people who mine btc don't make a profit, they will stop mining, and the difficulty will fall for everyone else who is still mining, and thereby make it more profitable to mine. The system should reach an equilibrium again. The halving by no means necessitates a doubling of price because there are more than two variables at play, and the other variables will also be affected.
Exactly, that is halving for me is an opportunity because it will not happen that the price will drop, as member of the community, we are divided with different interest in bitcoin, there are those miners, investors, traders, and those who are spenders using the system for their benefits, we should only make a good community if all the interest will be serve with benefits.
12593  Economy / Economics / Re: Actually the bitcoin market is very small on: June 28, 2016, 02:52:35 AM
I guess we will need to wait and see what will happen. Couple more halvings and situation will be more clear. If btc price rise enough we can expect much larger market cap.. logical. And bitcoin is going up, that is visible, altcoins follow. So iy reasonable to assume that btc market will grow, and from small rise to big. Its just a question of time.

"Couple more halvings" is about 12 years out. That's rather an eternity with how quickly things change in the crypto world. I should hope things become clearer far before another couple halvings.
One thing is certain, as time pass by we always see an improvement of the market. This is still continue to happen in the future and every halving is a great opportunity for improvement, the price will always tell how strong bitcoins it.
12594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: June 28, 2016, 02:34:50 AM
If I was rich I would still gamble without any doubts because the fact is that gambling is very enjoying and  I think doing it with some nice amounts is fun.
That is the beauty of being rich, you gamble freely because you have financial freedom that would give you so much entertainment because you do not worry much about your bet. As a gambler, we all dream to have that kind of feeling so we can enjoy more even if we lose our money in gambling.
12595  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: June 28, 2016, 02:00:58 AM
I think bitcoin can be an international currency, but for now, it's still hard for bitcoin because there are still many things that bitcoin need complete first, like having a physical unit like paper money for bitcoin.
yeah bitcoin need a lot of things to become a global currency. but at least we can get to it slowly
because bitcoin development showed a good thing each year
As long as we see an improvement on a daily basis for bitcoin then that is a good implication that it will bring us to a good future if we stick with bitcoin, I know people are really investing because of the potential for this coin to make a big statement in the future and that is to be a popular international currency.
12596  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: June 28, 2016, 01:56:02 AM
I think that the best investment strategy you can make is to hold onto your bitcoins until the halving. Price is still cheap now so you still have a chance to get into the market.

Don't be late to the party Smiley
But what will you do if in halving all people are sellers and how can you find buyers in that time? We may have inflation of sellers in that time.
That is not gonna happen because people are still expecting that the price will reach to the best price in the future, once they see the price increasing the more they will hold their bitcoins at wait for more increase.
of course there will always be buyers in the market of bitcoin mate. not all users of bitcoin will sell them at the current halving. so you do not worry about it but I still worried about some people who has a lot of bitcoin in their wallets and sell bitcoin simultaneously and instantly. certainly it will give a bad effect on the price

You will only see people selling their in times of emergency our any bad news happening to bitcoin, aside from that people love to hold bitcoins because they treat this as an investment and it is true that the future of bitcoin is looking nice.
12597  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: June 28, 2016, 01:51:43 AM
You can become rich by simply holding the bitcoin for a while, I think holding itself is already profitable if you are just holding enough.
No question that is the best way to get rich but you should also consider how much you should save and invest, make sure it is a decent amount for you to have a good return when your prediction will happen.
12598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: June 28, 2016, 01:46:24 AM
D. Rose going to the Knicks how do you guys think about that move, to be honest I think that it would be better if Carmelo would go to the Bulls. I have also heard that there is a chance that the Knicks are also going after Kevin Durant.

They cannot go for durant anymore or they have to remove one of their stars. Their cap cannot accomodate another superstar like durant. Besides they already have a good team with the three on their team. They only need to give a good supporting bench and they will be a champion contender in no time.

They can get Durant if they want, there's no problem about salary cap. The question is will Durant pick New York or stay in Oklahoma City? I hope he won't go another team in West if he doesn't stay in OKC.
if I heard it correctly gsw also interested with kd oh I wonder if how can nba teams defeat gsw if kd also added from their team a powerhouse shooter combination of a new big three kd,curry and clay wow what do you think about that guys?
That would be fun to watch, I think the warriors can afford KD, they will be hard to beat and I think they will have a good chance to win the championship again, as long as they are all healthy they can be the best in the NBA next season.
12599  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: June 28, 2016, 01:21:51 AM
I would never do this honestly because I think that if the bitcoin collapse you will lose a lot of money and also our job with it so that is just so bad in my eyes.
By doing full time bitcoins instead of your full time day job doesn't mean that will have to work for it for the rest of our life. For, me since working with bitcoin will give us a good opportunity as of the moment then we should stick to it and when we can accumulate a good amount of capital to start a legitimate business in real life where you can use your passion.
12600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling get you into Bitcoin or did Bitcoin get you into gambling? on: June 27, 2016, 11:28:34 AM
I am just curios how it started for you....

Did gambling get you into Bitcoin? Or did Bitcoin get you into gambling?

I got into gambling because of bitcoin.
I have tried some gambling games like poker before bitcoin. I have played them with my friends and with actual cards and things like that but I have never played them for money before bitcoin.
and ever since I have started using bitcoin I have also started gambling and I even started to learn a lot of new games and bet on many new games after it.
You can really enjoy gambling with the help of bitcoins because there are a lot of games in the community to choose from, you don't need to go to the actual casino just to play as even at the comfort of your own home it would be easy for you to play.
