I do not think there will be any other ban. Banning ICO is like running away from the reality. The best next option is to find a way to control them by regulating ICO activities.Japan and Singapore are evaluating how to regulate them .As we all know ICOs are high risk investment the government of a county need to protect its citizen's investment.Digital currency have come to stay so regulations in ICO is bound to happen sooner than we expect.

Read thread on ICO as questions are raised and answered will tell if its a scam.Look at the size of its community and activity on social media .This will give you an insight into the project.Look at the token distribution of the team members . If it is high it means that they are a greedy and need to be careful. Also look at the ICO's marketing team.They need to be relevant and in the market for an investor to make profit.

Bitcoin and Ethereum  were created for different purposes. Bitcoin was created to be a means of transaction payment, to store value payment and to regulate fiat currency while Ether was developed as a platform for  smart contract application .The two digital currencies were not meant to compete with each other so both have their different  values. Among all digital currency,  I will  always go for the one that has the highest value which is BTC for now.

People create their own coins for profit and fame.All businesses aims at profit and you get fame if your coin is accepted and in demand by the crypto currency network.

The future seems bright for NEO which is tagged “Chinese Ethereum” and can be used for long time investment.The team is focused and will be around for a very long time. Investors are in love with it .NEO is up by over 350 % this month.

ICO will be regulated in the near future because we need people that will regulate the activites of ICO promoters and also report scam in other for them to be dealt with accordingly.Scammers should not be allowed to go scout free,they are fraudsters.Regulations will bring sanity and credibility to cryto currency . We need people to protect the investor because of  the high risk involve in digital currency .People are scared to bring in their funds.With a regulatory body mainstream society will have more confidence in crypto currency and will venture into it.

I will be silent about my BTC and only declare my fiat currency. If there are kids involved I will live up to my responsibility by providing for them.

Bitcoins are not stored in the the wallet but on blockchain network which can be a web ,hardware or paper wallet.Wallet is just a reference to block chain.You can transfer bitcoins from one wallet to any other wallet. What I understand by exchange is when you buy or sell bitcoins using fiat currency or altcoins.

Transactions can neither be cancelled nor reversed in digital currency transfers dues to the fact that transactions are irreversible. You can contact support for any help but sincerely there is no possible action to be done for retrieval once sent. Experience is the best teacher they say. So now you have to double check and make sure that the wallet addresses are correct before transfer.

Since scammers have invaded Slack platform then there is an issue. Credibility of information is then not certain and all the phishing attacks which is most annoying. ICO can do without slack for that reason. There are other alternative means of communications on social media platform .Telegram channel works so well. Twitter and face book can be use as well to relay valid and much needed information to customers and prospects.

Understand  the ICO's business model by checking their white paper and roadmap .Check them on GitHub and also their competitors.Some ICOs are not intended to be scams but ended being scams for various reasons.

eBTC  is doing well and why I think it will works is because it has some advantages over BTC .It is cheaper and will have the ability to work with smart contract which is the asset of Ethereum. I like the idea of a bitcoin on Ethereum ecosytem. Just hope is not a pump and dump crypto currency trading.You can never tell with new coins.Only time will tell.

The right time to buy altcoins should not depend on the price of Bitcoin .It is the right time to buy  when you have your strategies in place. Remember not all coins are good investment .You look for coins trading below value  and review their price history.Purchase as much as you can afford and wait for the time when the value will go up. You have to be patient and sell when price is high.

It's a good thing people are  sharing their thought and experiences.I have really learnt a lot.I will take time to read every post on this thread as it  will be very beneficial to me.So annoying that people are using their talent negatively to hack and steal.So, so painful .I empathize with those that have lost through hacking. It seems I have lot of work to do.

I first read about Bitcoin when I was surfing the internet but I was like this is scam. I never gave it another thought until when a friend talked about it and explained the reality of Bitcoin to me about 8 months back. I was still skeptical. Another friend told me she made money from bitcoin at that time, she was forced to invest by her cousin who she could not say no to and now she is better for it. That got my interest and now am in it.

 Ethereum is a good long time investment people are coming to terms with crypto currencies.The time to buy in my option should be when it is around $150 max. $200 .Its next to Bitcoin and I don't see any altcoin coming to top it in the nearest future.

This will not be beneficial to all parties as some will gain more that the others. The monetary policies will be uniform that means interest rates will be the same and countries that are in recession will suffer more economic hardship that those that are booming.
