Ah sorry, I thought this was one of those "special" ones that had 10... so nevermind!

1264  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: How did this address come into being 1BitcoinEaterAddressDontSendf59kuE? on: January 14, 2013, 04:51:50 AM
Because there is no known private key to that address.  You can have any address you want if you don't care about retrieving the funds.

Just like your head.  Of course, you're incapable of reading "Discussion thread" tacked on the end there, but let's not quibble about details, shall we?  I needed a link to the discussion thread to put in the update.  I can't very well do that without having the thread now can I?  Once again, you show what an incredible idiot you are.

Inaba,

According to a couple of your posts in the BFL forums, there was going to be some kind of announcement from BFL, either today or tomorrow which should add some clarity to the current situation. Is this still true?

Thanks!

Yep, I've been working on it this afternoon.  It's almost done and will be posted soon.  I've tried to answer all the questions that have been asked so far and I don't think I've missed anything.
1267  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BFL_Josh/Inaba/Josh Zerlan caught in lie about his identity on: January 13, 2013, 07:41:42 PM
Wow... someone managed to pack 4 posts of fail into 1/2 a post.  I think that might qualify as Epic.

1268  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be at CES2013 (Official Thread) on: January 13, 2013, 07:19:38 PM
Micon, you won't bet more than 10 BTC against BFL.  You were offered a 250, 500 and even a 1000 BTC bet by someone earlier, though I can't recall who.  Why did you not take them up on that?  If you're so sure you're correct, it would be easy money for you.  You're a gambler and a self admitted "Pro poker player" (This is laughable, but whatever) - so gambling a mere 1000 BTC is not an issue for you morally.  It's a sure thing, given your statements... so why not do it?  Or is it because you're just full of shit?

I will dig up the name of whomever was willing to bet you 1000 BTC if you'll take the bet.  So, Mr. Pro Poker Player, put up or shut up.

PS - That could have been a picture you took yourself with your the phone you're so proud of owning if you had not acted like an idiot at our booth.  Like I said, we had nothing to hide even though you so desperately wanted us to.

So what's it going to be?  Are you going to pony up and put up 1000 BTC to show you are not full of shit or are you going to hem and haw and come up with excuses why you won't bet on a sure thing, according to you?

You'll get your hard date as soon as you provide evidence of a working product.  So there's your answer.  Provide a working product today and I will give you a hard date, today.

So following that logic, I can expect shipping hard date on the 20th?

Absolutely. I might even give it to you before that, too.  Cause I'm just a nice guy like that.

See, the difference is I'm not crying and whining to moderators to get BitSyncom out of here.  I certainly welcome him trolling in our thread.  If I were to come over to the Avalon thread and start asking questions, he would bitch and moan and complain to the moderators.  I'm just pointing out the hypocritical nature of Avalon, not saying I want him to leave by any means.

No comment, quoted for historical purpose.

Still waiting on that evidence of a working product, Yifu.

You'll get your evidence as indicated by a very public countdown timer.

The question real is "When am I going to get the hard date Josh?"

Not sure what or why you're quoting for "historical purpose" but rock on brother.  Not like I ever try to remove my previous posts or change my statements.  Are you seriously denying the fact that you wouldn't pitch a little hissy fit if I came to your thread and started asking hard questions?

I do love how he's taken to trolling BFL though.  I wonder what that portends for their 19th shipping date with nothing to show but some paperwork.

Still waiting on that evidence of a working product, Yifu.

Somebody else quote the above. I'm still recovering from the toes episode.

Just don't think about it, man.

I'm cool, bro!

Ok, I am waiting. Oh, don't change the subject. Don't worry about how we operate.

Oh, so you want to worry about how WE operate, but if I ask the hard questions of YOU, it's a problem, right?

Or do you mean I should come into your thread and start asking you important questions like ... why are you not showing ANYTHING other than documentation, 5 days before you're scheduled to start shipping in bulk?

I mean, hell... we've had our PCB, cases, power supplies, nuts, bolts, boxes, etc... months before we are scheduled to ship.  I'm not even saying you aren't on schedule, maybe you are.  I don't care.  You are here, in the BFL thread trolling and you won't even demo a working product 5 days before you are shipping.  Seems like a crazy way go about things, but whatever man.  Like I said, if you're delayed, your project is dead and I believe you know this.  I hope you aren't rushing things just to be first and shipping a brick in a box that fails to perform or breaks in a month.

BFL. Echo chamber is strong, can talk shit about competition whilst not release a clear shipping date ever.

Sure, we could release a hard date... but let me see if i get this straight:

You are releasing your product in 6 days.  Yet you are going to fly to get the chips tomorrow (Monday), leaving you 5 days to mount, assemble, test, pack and ship your product? Really?  You haven't even demonstrated a working product yet, why is that?

Seems to me, if you had a working test product, you'd have shown it by now, but maybe not.  Seems silly, though... if you wanted to be the first, you would show your working prototype, that would qualify you as first at this point.  What possible reason could you have for not showing a working unit 6 days before you are scheduled to ship?

You're wasting your time posting that sort of nonsense, it won't buy you anything. The idiot that was correcting my "grammer" was doing a much better job.

Epic. Thoroughly owned and you slink away!  Game, set, match.  Haha.. "Wasting time" completely deconstructing your lies, providing comprehensive proof and you call it wasting time.  You wonder why I don't bother to argue with you.  I give you facts, you cry.  I get tired of hearing the same whine come out of you after every conversation.

In BTC, I'm the authority. Who are you?

Can you please provide your credentials?  Fake math, false accusations, lies and false information are not credentials, honey.  Bad erotic scifi is not a credential.  Company whore is not a credential.  What credentials do you have?  You are nothing but a two bit whore who can't hold down a job without sucking your bosses cock.  That's a slave, not an authority.  Although I can see how an uneducated schmuck like yourself would confuse the two, since you've never actually had any positions of actual authority.

Everytime you come on here you make your company look bad because of your attitude.   I'm surprised your boss hasn't fired you for talking to people the way you do but I guess that must be a qualification to work at bfl.

It's not as if feeling threatened by a woman's presence is a unique thing to the bitcoin community.

PSSSST... MPOE-PR isn't a chick.  He just wants to be treated like one.  Just wanted to let you know before you get yourself into a situation you wern't prepared for. Smiley

Transisto, email me the details of the problem specifically and I will get it worked out.

Nice taking things out of context again PuertoLibre, you really are a skilled liar.  The 4 - 6 weeks comment was for ALL preorders to be shipped and done.  And I didn't even say it!  It's like, literally in the text you screen captured and you can't even read it. Idiot.
1278  Bitcoin / Hardware / [Archive] BFL trolling museum on: January 13, 2013, 03:55:02 AM
A month to ship 300 units?  Why would it take them that long?

I bet all 300 will be shipped within a week.

Dunno thought I read that somewhere.  I don't have anything but speculation to back that up... our good friend PuertoLibre knows all about speculation, I'm sure he can answer it.  Even if they ship their first batch in it's entirety, it's less than 20 TH/s.  Yeah, not great, but hardly a catastrophic event.
