Can you pls give me a link where it explained? It can be useful to discuss it with ICONOMI. my question is are you thinking in the direction of insuring Blockchain projects in future or forming partnership with them, but I just don't know how it will play out if ICO fund got hacked the way Slockit DAO fund was hacked, I think this is another market niche you guys can explore.
There are many risks for thinking about. Insurance of some risk requires a development of strong and clear insurance model. And of course, we plan to increase Inchain insurance offer in the future. But if you already have some suggestions about insurance of ICOs - welcome) But if you already have some suggestions about insurance of ICOs What is to insure in ICO if the project has strong escrow? If it doesn't - it is not worth investing in.. What risk can be insured in this case? that's my point exactly. Insuring ICO makes no sense to me. ICO project should have its own escrow, and that should be enough. You can't insure success of project.. |

ETH network is quite stable now: Hi, here's Ethereum Wallet + Mist Beta update. It bundles the Geth version 1.4.17 "PoolAid". Our colleagues at the Go-ethereum worked hard to give us this version.
This update is highly recommended and fixes most of "stuck syncing…", or "high memory usage".

Geth 1.4.17 is a hotfix release to address two DoS attack vectors abused on the mainnet:
This release limits the number of transactions per-user and globally so as to limit maximum memory consumption and egress network traffic. They have also made the gas limit to avoid mass attack to the network. So ICONOMI staff must know this situation, and they also know the gas limit will remain for months. Their blog post about the delay is no sense, they have choose ETH network but they did not read the mist update for days.(or not??) What happend if eth blockchain do not return to optimal funcional.
its restored already for a full day get the latest release Why in your opinion only ETH have such attacks? For me looks like poor design. PS: Fix with fork rising fees 20x will kill some business. Do you have, or plan to partner with other insurance company or financial entity?
How much of deposit contract is enough insurance? Currently the banks make bets with each other to cover insurance losses.
How do you plan to handle that? Insurance policies need deep pockets

Hi! We already communicated with one world insurance company about our concept and it is interesting to them, but main their question was how it will be regulated because real Incurance is very regulated. We will continue to attract more insurance companies to Inchain concept. I think it can be useful to all. Because Inchain issues insurance bonds and sells them there is a risk transfer process from insured to investors. In this case, insurance fund contains enough of assets to ba able to pay insurance payments if insurance case issues. 1. Did you have external expert/company auditing the platform from security point of view? Have any penetration tests been made?
2. Who is the company CSO?
3. Will ICN tokens be held in an offline storage, just like the funds? That is for people who choose to keep their tokens on the platform. Will it be multisig as well?
4. Do you plan on any type of funds insurance?
I think clarifying the above questions will make non technical and non crypto investors much more confidant. It will also help attract new investors

Keep in mind that traditional insurance entities are backed up by huge financial monsters (banks and other huge insurance companies). I just don't see it working anytime soon for crypto. Just think how much money they will have to have if polo gets hacked.. And that is just one excahnge |

If it is on polo, it is likely, if only on bittrex, completely impossible, I agree, those lambo trolls say this, they want to dump at 1 usd to get lambo. No way It should go to 10 for me to get a lambo :/ anywhere above 7$ and I am quitting my day job. Wouldn't waste money on lambo, though.. Prefer yacht |

Is there explanation for difference between OPTION 1. Keep your ICN tokens in the ICONOMI ICO wallet.
OPTION 2. Provide your own ETH address. ? If I keep these in ICO wallet, will I be able to move the tokens (to exchanges or local wallets, etc ?) If I decide for option 2 - does that mean that I'll have ETH coins and no ICN tokens? Thanks Sounds that you are not familiar with eth based tokens. I'd suggest you to go for option 1 and keep your tokens on the platform If you choose for option 1 - please make sure you have long (min 12 characters, I'd go for even longer) password that has nothing to do with your registered email password. Enable 2FA and you should be good to go |

ICO price is 0.12 usd, 30 is a dream we can see during sleeping. Also - your price chart doen't make sence to me. Funds will be operational already this year, and the final stage of the platform beginning next year. According to your graph price will remain pretty much the same for few months after platform is operational, and then BOOM - 200x in less than a month. It will be more of a linear line goes up with few dips when ppl will sell hard ( around 1-2$,5$, 10$) It is not another speculation-based niche coin and what you show fits more for that and not for an active fund management platform |

why don't you share a screenshot of the FINAL amount of ICN tokens, and not estimation? Also, how much IOUs you have? Can you show a proof that it is less or equal to the final amount of ICN tokens you have purchased? |

Out of 3508 ICO investors, 50% of all available ICN worth $6.20M total is held by 68 people
Out of 3508 ICO investors, 75% of all available ICN worth $9.30M total is held by 582 people
Out of 3508 ICO investors, 2926 are splitting only 10% of all available ICN worth $1.25M among themselves.Another fun fact. Roughly speaking, 500 of the 3508 investors put in more than 5 BTC and 3000 put in less than 5 BTC. Wasn't 5 BTC the cutoff for the "free delivery" ICONOMI Visa Debit card? Where do we enter our shipping address for those? Maybe this will get a little time cause they need contact some factory to get a contract for this. And all FIAT investors just have your billing address if they post the true address If 50% of ICO is in 68 people hand, i don't think price will be dropped down. You should do your own due diligence - asking and then looking into what someone else is suggesting is not a smart way to start In general, I would recommend focusing on platforms and not features coins. Look for the dev team, and the idea behind it - will it be relevant in 1-2 years? Is it a service/idea exisitng from non-crypto world, or a new niche-like idea? you know, things like that |

You should consider Inchain. It should be a very good insurance project. But remember always do your own research.
Oh I almost forgot there will be also Wings ICO.
as for inchain: I think inchain idea is 2-3 years ahead. It is still too early for that, and a lot of variables need to be answered first. Most important - how much of deposit contract is enough insurance? Currently the banks make bets with each other to cover insurance losses. I wouldn't invest there before they partner with some major insurance company. Also not sure about the dev team, haven't checked it thoroughly - and that is where you should start for every ICO |

Call it how you want penalty,bonus it doesn't matter 15m of ICN are for free it costed 0$ in real cash. Someone can dump them for 10% of ICO value and he is still with profit from that. While $ investor selling below 22000 sat will take loss. We will see when trading will start how it will work. it doesn't really matter if you are mid or long on Iconomi |
