We used something like "make a Bonus and get three times more" and made an explanation that if you deposit 1BTC you receive 2BTC as a bonus and 3 BTC in total and all this was called 300%, so it was not straightforward and we changed that.
BTW, Dogedogotal asked what will be his bonus amount and we explained this to him (and gave exact number) before assigning the Bonus.
All this makes me wonder why people with a win just say "thanks" and people who lost are trying to find dozens of reasons why game wasn't fair to them..

Anyway, no matter what reason, we don't like sad clients and will make radical improvements to our Bonus system to avoid this.

Their 300% is being treated as 200%.
Their 200% is being treated as 100%.
I see no 300% bonus anywhere. All i see is 200% and 100% It was announced by Duckdice some time ago, but the post has been edited. It was 300% first deposit and 200% deposit bonus for the next deposits. But as what Dogedigital said, it was treated in wrong way. Perhaps that's why OP edited his post about the bonus. And regarding the fairness of the rolls, there is a code available on our site (or you can make your own if you have required skills), with it you can verify every bet, no matter how many thousands of them you made.
And you will see that everything was 100% FAIR.

Yeah it is tricky and should be clearly explained and it is your fault to keep it hidden. The rules don't make it easy to withdraw the Bonus but we don't hide any bit of information, beside the rules we explain everything personally to every users and hopefully very soon will make reading the rules mandatory (something like set of rules in a popup and "accept" or "cancel" button). Beside, people do win with our Bonus and if you doesn't feel like unlocking your Bonus you can cancel it at anytime and make a withdrawal. |

Then you must wait for the Admin to apply the bonus, which wasn't explained properly at all (300% bonus really 200% bonus, deceiving requirements listed ['wagering' not really wagering at all), and you are not told that the earlier betting will not be counted. We do admit that rules were not totally clear, but we made changes to them and will make even more to avoid any misunderstanding. However, you send a PM and did not wait for an answer. In order to unlock the bonus (which locks up your balance), you must bet at a very high multiplier to have any shot at unlocking the bonus in a timely manner. this is how bonuses works, there is no game which will give you money for free. Bonus is a free part for you to play with, it not necessarily should be withdrawn straight away. You can try various strategies with it and give it a shot, in the worst case scenario you will just loose your bonus and in the best case scenario you will get additional money, isn't this the whole idea of gambling? |

You are providing a 200% first deposit bonus. So if someone deposit 1 btc, he will get 2 btc bonus resulting in 3 btc in balance
He will have to wager his bonus amount 45 times which is 90 btc. Since the house edge is 1% in your site.
User will lose 0.9 btc while wagering 90 btc. So the remaining balance of the user will be 2.1 btc resulting in 1.1 btc profit with just 1 btc investment
Terms were quite deceptive. Their 300% is being treated as 200%. Their 200% is being treated as 100%. 'Wagered' is not really wagered. It's a made up formula of chance * wagered. Bonus locks your account. We've eliminated all the ambiguous rules and made it straightforward, based on your comments. All the updates has been already made to bonus description. |

On DuckDice Bonus wagering contribution depends on a game chance and equals to 100% minus chance.
It means that at 10% wagering contribution is 90%,
at 50% is 50% and at 90% is 10%.
So it is rather tricky, otherwise we would become bankrupt pretty fast as many of you said.
