12621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NXT plus and negative on: February 11, 2016, 01:45:48 AM
I am a little shocked NXT does not get any love here.

I look at a lot of alts and BTC and was in BTC early - at .002c

not large but was in and watching.

NXT seems very advanced, proven not a scam, proven POS, assets, colored coins, messages, shuffling etc.

So WTF.

Even the founder was an incredible read and story.

So where is the love?

I'm surprised too.  It's just the way it is I guess...
12622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price soaring. Are you going to move some BTC into ETH? on: February 10, 2016, 10:06:43 PM
I can't believe that ETH keeps rising and rising. It is already above 0.01 BTC and could go up to 0.02 BTC in a few days. Everyone needs to be careful on ETH now, it could pop and go back to 0.006 again.

Yes, despite ETH not being used in major ways the price increase is somewhat illogical. Some whales banks could be behind it waiting for the right price for them to sell their coins.

I create one fucking topic about Jackpotcoin way back so i could bump it 1 time per month
with updates about wallets or speculating on ways to improve it or market price etc etc
and what happens ?

DELETED

AND..

That was AFTER it was already being used for 8 months.. with out issue.

How many other coins was i doing this with here ? NONE !

Now let's look around shall we..

Monero ? don't even get me started on that lying sack of shit scam crew LOL

@OP:
You have created countless spammy little advertising scam coin topics on ETH.
So my question is.. how in god's name are you getting away it ?
How fucking far are the mods cock buried down the back of your fucking shameless shill throat ?

This topic, yet ANOTHER ETH Shit coin topic is pointless garbage posting !
I had my own topic on ETH from 2014.. no surprise it's not bumped  Roll Eyes

Nope nobody wants to hear the scammy ass loooong history of this "app's ponzi token"
pushed by a sleazy fucker who used my name to Pump Doge Coin on some site before.
I also bet he's the same cunt who regged the name "sputnik" on Freenode. (some guy regged as kli0rf)
Which is worth pointing out "sputnik" has not been on Crypty's Freenode channel once !
Someone is STILL masquerading as me.. pumping ETH next ? ROFL

And everyone can take part in it.

well of course everyone can take part thats how the few will make their fortune off the 98% of the future bagholders  Shocked

Why don't people ride the trend instead of staying in the side lines?  I see a lot of people whining instead of taking advantage of an opportunity to earn some profit trading the trend.

not all of us are here for profits, i stay away from premine types whether or not profits can be made from them.

And yet some most are bagholding the wrong coin/s and call the ones they don't hold scams.

i think you miss the whole point of crypto, its not about making profit, whats the point of being an alternative to the greedy bankers if we ourselves become the greedy banker types (and thats happening alot in crypto).

i hold coins i support, if they don't fit a criteria i support, i don't hold them. i don't classify whether its right/wrong coin via its price in fiat, i've been in crypto many years now, i simply don't exchange crypto for fiat.

I get that.  But at the end of the day we're human.  But if you really wanna go that route, I suggest people take at a second look at Ethereum.  It could just be the thing to change the world for the better....
12628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price soaring. Are you going to move some BTC into ETH? on: February 09, 2016, 11:33:23 AM
Maybe moving some % of BTC into ETH is a good diversification strategy, while it's cheap?

At this point be safe.  Buy the dips.

Yeah it means nothing.  Please don't buy ETH.  Just stay in the sidelines and watch it rise to 50.
12633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Pump & Dump Scam on: February 09, 2016, 05:16:24 AM
Prometheus and his pump group are responsible for current Ethereum pump. Prometheus colluded with Ethereum members to obtain insider info about R3 news in December. Fake news posts and shill spam also stem from the group. They plan to dump soon.

True.  Target price of current pump is $50.00.  Get in now!

"You know it's time to sell when shoeshine boys give you stock tips"

Do you really think bitcointalk posters are the proverbial "shoe shine boy" or are we in fact the opposite.
Most people have never even heard of bitcoin let alone ethereum.  Even most bitcoin owners are probably only vaguely aware of it's existance.

No problems being a shoe shine boy here...  Cheesy

I'm loving the trend.  Fuck if I care what anyone calls me.

12637  Economy / Speculation / Re: Aren't we in a state of denial? (MARKET CYCLE UPDATED, VOTES RESET) on: February 07, 2016, 05:14:42 AM
As more and more time passes by I think we're all in denial.  The trend is now down.

When the Bitcoin Core decides to adopt higher block size, the price will rise dramatically. It will be at least $600.

I agree.  But what if that comes 4 - 5 years from now...?  So BTC price will stay at current level or lower?

True, and for the doubters, haven't you guys been here long enough, we've seen lows of down to $200 last year. It's a really complex cycle, a lot of factors blend in and it takes time.

What I'm concerned today is this statement:

"It's proven easier to get a bank to participate in payments standards than a bitcoin community company," by the W3C Web Payments. He further added that "these companies aren’t looking to interoperate, but instead want to dominate."

It's easy to assume that they'll kill BTC if given the chance right now.

That really didn't answer my question.  It's not about doubting..  And your answer makes me think that we are indeed in a state of denial as no one wants to face reality.  Go read the question again.

Isn't this a Bob Surplus pump and dump?
12640  Economy / Speculation / Re: New bear market? on: February 01, 2016, 01:20:38 AM
If this is indeed a bear market, then it definitely isn't new. This has been going on for the past few weeks. I am curious to find out where it will settle before recovering. My guess is somewhere in the range of $340-$350.

Correct, because the run up could have been a bull trap in the first place.
