Ducknote.

12663  Economy / Speculation / Re: Aren't we in a state of denial? on: January 28, 2016, 08:35:49 AM
no, i believe that was in the downtrend from 400-600 when we were at 1200, now we are between depression and hope, there is even a word to describe it?

So you don't think the recent pump to 500+ is the peak?  If no, then wouldn't that also mean that we're in a state of denial?
12664  Economy / Speculation / Re: Aren't we in a state of denial? on: January 28, 2016, 07:53:32 AM
Ofcourse there are market cycles and you have to figure out where in a cycle we are.

People have been saying we are in the denial phase for a long time, but I actually still think we are entering a new phase after a 2 year long phase from euphoria to depression. In my opinion we have passed the hope and releif phase again with the recent surge to 500 and are now back in the optimism phase. It got a bit dented with the news from Hearn though, but that doesn't derail too far from this grah.

I have almost the same thinking, that's why I'm asking if this isn't denial or something.
12665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what 10 Altcoins would you buy now and store for 10 Years ? on: January 28, 2016, 07:48:13 AM
But if you really need an answer, put all your 100 on Dirac and then wait for 10 years.  Solid plan.
12666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what 10 Altcoins would you buy now and store for 10 Years on: January 28, 2016, 07:46:17 AM
None.  Buying and holding alts is the riskiest thing a speculator can do, and is a road the the bagholders club.  Why do you think we got people perpetually whining on these boards.  They probably got thousands of dollars trapped or lost blindly buying and holding BBQcoin or something...
yeh your reply really helps mate, obviously you dont think too far ahead, or maybe $100 is too much for you to risk,
you would only need 1 or 2 to be successful, and if cryptos are the future, then 10 years is nothing

why do you think it say $10 ?

its a gamble yes, but a measly one, so who would care

For a hundred bucks I suggest betting everything on black.

Emphasis on the red dot.  I would also like to hear some of your comments on this.  Thanks.

12671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: January 27, 2016, 03:37:31 PM
It's hard to make a mistake trading high volume coins at Polo.  Anyone who knows how to buy low then sell high could make some profit.

Don't mean to knock ya, but that comment sounds like "Famous Last Words."

[ Yes, my scars are showing. Smiley ]

Well there's more to it than buy low, sell high.  What I mean is trading just got easier lately with all the pumps.

^ Yup.  This is the real deal indeed.

I forgot to include this coin on my "next mega pump" list.  Wink

I have been waiting years for this coin! Although, their disclaimer for the alpha is kind of scary... I guess we should wait for the beta?

No seriously.  The tech their team is trying to develop will make Dash and Monero look second rate.

You might want to check your facts. Many smart people (and ZeroCash team members) are watching what Monero is doing with RingCT right now:

So?  And even if they did, they'd make XMR and Dash look second rate and amateur, right from development to marketing.  And I don't mean that with any malice or hold something personal to DASH or Monero (holding some XMR right now actually).  It's just I see Zcash and think it's way more professional right from the start.

12677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin will give maximum return in 2016? on: January 27, 2016, 03:04:43 AM
It can give you its maximum possible return if you got in at it's early stages of breaking out and could sell at peak or near it's peak.

12680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2016: Revenge of the Alts on: January 27, 2016, 01:14:22 AM
all the alts you thought were dead are coming back with a vengeance.

even the ghosts of feathercoin and novacoin will come back.

hide your kids and hide your wife.

Could be...  The only way to profit is for the insiders, whales or whoever to pump these coins.
