12721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You can now load your coins.ph wallet at any 7/11 store in the Philippines on: June 17, 2016, 09:59:23 AM
Well, I'm taking advantage of coins.ph move in 7/11 convenience stores. Not only it has helped me do online shopping, it also helped me in recharging my steam wallet funds and make it a business (seeing that Steam has finally integrated bitcoin into their system PLUS it's much cheaper than any other steam wallet retailers out there). Spending a dollar for a 3-dollar profit is one of the most proudest things I've ever done in my life. Thanks to coins.ph and 7/11's partnership. Also I think that the general population of the Philippines are getting to know bitcoin little by little, which I think is a good thing for us all.
12722  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: June 17, 2016, 09:47:49 AM
The Chinese own over 50% of the current mining power in the bitcoin network. Also, a lot of trading volume comes from the Chinese markets, meaning that the Chinese traders do have some significant impact in terms of price movements and whatnot. But all of these doesn't mean that the Chinese are controlling bitcoin. Their impact on bitcoin price-wise and volume-wise might be significant, but that doesn't mean that they are the sole players leading the bitcoin markets.
12723  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did Bitcoin Spread ? on: June 17, 2016, 09:28:34 AM
It spread into different tech forums and other cryptography-related hubs right before this bitcoin forum was created. For a year or two, the topic bitcoin is only circulating around tech geeks who are enthusiastic about a cashless payment scheme. Afterwards, when price increased, it became a matter of speculation among geeks and laymen alike. Word of mouth continues to spread on different people, until everybody and your mother knows about it.
12724  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: June 17, 2016, 08:58:21 AM
Probably the end of buying time for me since I stopped buying at $400. I don't have that much btc compared to others but what I earned is sufficient for me to invest on a small business which I am planning on for a couple of months now. I bought bitcoins simply because I believe that it will help me get a head start in my life, and so it did now.

Is it true that curry will not be playing on game 7?
Just saw on my fb ,,sports central confirmed curry is suspended on game 7.wtf!!

Probably not going to be suspended on game 7 if he paid for a fine (which I think he would to just to play for game 7). I mean, similar incidents happened prior to Curry throwing his mouthpiece on the stands. Enes Kanter, Aaron Brooks and Andres Nocioni all paid a fine of $25000 to play for their next games, and I think this too would be the case for Curry since he didn't aim his mouthpiece at any officials in the game. If he did, he could probably earn a 1-game suspension.
12726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016 NBA Finals on: June 17, 2016, 08:05:33 AM
Warriors played very bad into this match and let Cavaliers to win easily, i am also into huge shock because i lost my bet on ML, now both teams to play to 7th match on Warriors's home court but i will avoid to place bet on ML of any team on that match will go with points for sure.

It's very obvious that Cavs will win game 6 easy, because of $$$.

Kidding aside, Warriors played so bad during that game with Steph getting foul after foul. Much more to Cavs team play this game is that everyone is working their asses off, unlike in game 5 where Kyrie and James were the only ones who made their team win.

Game 7 = Cavs. Easy money.
12727  Economy / Speculation / Re: 400$ was the top on: June 17, 2016, 08:03:10 AM
I remembered that $400 was the top for a long time and the price was for some reason not passing it. Also was the price stable for a long time so many people kept saying that the Bitcoin is dead.

When the bitcoin price was around $450, I was quite happy. I thought it was in a consolidation phase.

If the price of Bitcoin stays around the $750 level, it could also be good for the price rise in the later part of the year.
We are already over that value and that is really nice for the people who are holding it because maybe they can earn some profit soon if they are selling it on the right moment.
And yeah it cant takes a long time until the value will be higher.

I looked again, and we're under $750 at the moment. Some nice profits to be made actually, if you bought in when bitcoin's price was stagnating at around $200-$300 ranges. Luckily I'm the one who bought in during that moment, and now I'm sitting pretty with over a thousand dollars profit. Cheesy
12728  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price rising and rising. Is it time to sell before another price down? on: June 17, 2016, 07:49:27 AM
Probably the dumbest thing to do is sell now. We're just 4> weeks before the halving and the prices around now are going crazy as expected. Why would you sell your assets in a loss price when you can (probably) sell it to a (supposedly) new ATH?
12729  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sudden drop in price: Have we missed any latest news? on: June 17, 2016, 07:44:47 AM

yeah but the new bottom will be higher than $430, so i don't mind any crash, as long as we can establish each time a new higher bottom...
Yes as long as the floor price is still within $700 were fine. I know sometimes the price of Bitcoins really us scratch my head like what happened there, now its $715 preev that's more than $50 drop from $770 9 hours hours ago, but if you look at it the climb of Bitcoin from $533 on June 1 to $770 earlier today which is $237 difference is really interesting.

That's just happened. We are now at $732 again. Things seem to be a little bit crazy when everyone's awake, and goes silently creeping downhill when almost everybody is asleep. I think it's good that there has been a small correction that just happened to test how would everybody react.
12730  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sudden drop in price: Have we missed any latest news? on: June 17, 2016, 07:06:41 AM
Common thing with crazy price swings. We've been in a similar situation a few weeks back with around $590-$620 ranges. Probably some people taking off profits and buying in again, or some nasty whales shaking off some weak hands on their radar.
12731  Other / Off-topic / Re: Steady Way To earn Bitcoin Online... on: June 17, 2016, 04:35:53 AM
The only steady way to earn bitcoin I know is trading. I won't include signature campaigns since those aren't always there. Anyways, I say trading because the markets aren't sleeping, and if you know a lot about trading you can earn a living just from there.
12732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GSW vs CAVS on: June 17, 2016, 03:57:00 AM
So Cavs win game 6. I knew that they will push a Game 7! What an explosive performance from James and Irving again! Game 7 would be a hard bet since we already know what both teams are capable of.
12733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016 NBA Finals on: June 16, 2016, 08:57:24 PM
Hard to decide on who will win game 6. I'm pretty sure that Cavs won't let this slip past their hands but on the other hand, Green is back on the floor, which means he's willing to go head-to-head with James. And also, this is Warriors' home court which is pretty scary.

I'll do it. All in for Cavs. Wish me luck guys, and hope that there would be a game 7.

That was some pretty sick win, Joca! Was following your thread for days now and I can't decide whether to put my money on the line like others or not. 12735  Economy / Gambling / Re: CSCrypto - CSGO Bitcoin Match Betting on: June 16, 2016, 06:43:37 PM
i suggesting add CS:GO Item for betting and add feature for buying or selling items . Grin

I also want this to be done, too, just like what D2L implemented on their site: active item betting, trading and marketplace. If ever, users will have the freedom to choose which currency (item) would they use to bet. Nice site too. No annoying ads and whatnot. Smiley
12736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: June 16, 2016, 01:33:21 PM
Safe? That would give you small returns which is not worth it at all. There are no safe ways to gamble. Some people are just plainly lucky or some just found a strategy to win on certain games.
12737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: DOTA2 PREDICTIONS ***FREE*** +16.33 UNITS @milos_zikic LIVE TIPS! on: June 16, 2016, 01:25:31 PM
Not very much familiar about both teams but I guess this is easy money and nothing to be lost on here if in case the bet goes the other way. I'll take this bet of yours. Best of luck! And I hope that you'd be active on the upcoming ESL event. Smiley
12738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: June 16, 2016, 01:02:55 PM
To make some profits from gambling, I suggest that you just go into sports betting and not play dice and other luck-dependent games. Follow a tipster who has a nice record in sportsbetting and you'll see that profits would keep on rolling for you.
12739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: June 16, 2016, 07:13:16 AM
How many threads similar to this have been posted? Huh

Back to the topic, nowadays I only play for fun and not for profit, knowing that I am really not lucky in those kind of games. However, in a month or two, I might start gambling for profit again (the Internationals on dota 2 which I am very fond of).
12740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I never made any profits in dice game.. whats is your opinion on: June 15, 2016, 09:10:48 AM
Same here. Never had any luck with dice but on other games. I think for a thousand rolls I make, I only win a tenth of it, which places me at a loss. Idk but I find dice really hard to win at.
