1281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Online casino always take risks? on: April 01, 2023, 09:58:11 AM
Do you think offline casino never take a risk? Cheesy so offline casino will always become successful and online casino seems most likely will not successful, this is what @OP thought here.

Any business will always take a risk, it just depends on small or big the risk. If the online casino is okay to accept regulation, they don't need to worry when their casino become bigger, they will get asked to follow the regulations. But if the casino's owner doesn't want to accept license or regulation, this could be a problem in the future if he keep want his casino become zero KYC casino.
1282  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Alert DuelBits Scam $1100 on: April 01, 2023, 09:41:09 AM
Now what's the problem? Duelbits have a KYC rule in their terms of service, if they request it to you, it's their right to do that. If you can't provide KYC to them and they're not accept to return back your deposit amount to your address, it's not a Duelbits' fault because they're don't have any obligation to accept your request!

You have two option, KYC in order to withdraw your $1,100 or don't KYC and leave your funds, there's nothing should be discussed anymore.
1283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most likely category of people to become Gambling addicts. on: April 01, 2023, 09:33:08 AM
Thanks for bringing this subject on this board, many gamblers think it will be fun to invite a close circle and make them register under their referral links on casino platforms. Mostly these gamblers don't even think about side effects or possible gambling addiction that can cost their lives in the worst cases. If your friend becomes addicted he will blame no one but you. Just keep that in mind and think twice before introducing gambling to new people.
No, people who want to invite you to gamble is just to you register under their referral link and they will earn a lot money especially if you're become an addict. It doesn't matter if you're his best friend, relative etc, when it's about money, anyone can turn become an evil. When they're already become an addict, they will blame you, but most of the times you can blame them back because you're not force them to gamble.
1284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you withdraw bitcoin this week? on: April 01, 2023, 08:02:11 AM
Why should I need to withdraw my coins this week? I'm not a trader or need a money in hurry, I'd rather to hold until the new bull run and sold some of them, then accumulate more Bitcoin during bear market, repeat. The 10-20% increment of Bitcoin price didn't make me satisfy to sold my coins.

I didn't want to recommend to you, but altcoins price is more volatile than Bitcoin, it's can increase or decrease more than 10-20% in a day.
1285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Study Bitcoin on: April 01, 2023, 07:10:41 AM
Bitcoin is decentralized currency and we can do anything without need to ask a permission from the third party, I think that's what most of people understand. It's true in the definition, but it's wrong when we talk about the practice. Many people hold their coins on a centralized exchange, they can't use their coins to spend it because no offline stores accept it, they need to convert to fiat where their money will be controlled by banks etc.

It's not about study Bitcoin, but also study to cashout without centralization.
1286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have anyone got more than 30,000 Dogecoin from Freedogeco.in on: March 29, 2023, 06:10:49 AM
I wonder who's the owner behind of freedogeco.in site because I don't find it, my assumptions it's owned by freebitco.in owner, but after I search they're own freedoge.co.in, not freedogeco.in, both of the sites have been shutdown too.

Hello all
I am the operator of FreeBitco.in and I have made http://FreeDoge.co.in which is a Dogecoin faucet with a gambling component, where you can win upto $200 in free dogecoins every hour and then play a HI-LO game with your won DOGE to win upto 100x.

Well I forget how much I earn from faucet, but I think it's less than you @OP. It was a good old days where we can easily make money due to other people's ignorance, but we can still make money now although it's need a capital.
1287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China is the largest bitcoin miner. on: March 29, 2023, 05:52:16 AM
I think it is great that China is the world’s largest producer of Bitcoin mining. This shows how powerful and influential China is in the cryptocurrency industry. With the amount of Bitcoin produced in China, it is clear that the country is a major player in the cryptocurrency market and is likely to remain so in the future.
Before creating a post, make sure you're already read the other replies too, have made few research and not only agree with any words written by @OP. As you can see the quoted part below, China already ban Bitcoin mining since 2021, there's no more mining activity you can find in China because it's illegal.

Bitmain headquarter company was in China, but it seems they're already move to United States because they're failed to launch IPO in China.

China sent shockwaves through the blockchain sector in 2021, when it announced extreme restrictions on Bitcoin (BTC) mining and crypto trading. It imposed the ban in phases, and by late-September 2021, the government put a stop to all crypto transactions. Within months, Bitcoin's hash rate plummeted, and Chinese crypto exchanges left the country, leaving many BTC supporters unsure of how the industry would recover after Beijing's ruling.
1288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Skill Based Slot Machines on: March 28, 2023, 09:12:17 AM
I still don't understand how can a bonus round is classified as skill based? I think it's still purely on luck, but you're getting more chance to win because you spend more money until you get the bonus round. Is there any casino which have bonus round? I never experienced that, what I know is free spin and bonus buy feature. A slot which have bonus round is still luck based for me.
1289  Economy / Gambling / Re: My list of good crypto casinos on: March 28, 2023, 09:02:14 AM
the most important thing is that casinos that are on this forum must at least have an ANN thread which is very useful, for example, for promotions, updates on casino developments, or other things about the development of the casino itself.
so the ANN is very important for the future of the casino that is here and having this ANN thread makes it easier for new customers to find the casino.
so those threads make it possible to make it easier for the casino in terms of getting more customers.
I will add one more important thing, if the casino have create an ANN thread in this forum, they're serious with their business and they need to deal with any replies towards them either it's about complaint, suggestion, etc that will convince gambler to try their site. If the casino doesn't have any ANN thread, there's no way we can discuss the casino, somebody can create a new thread about the casino but there's no representative joined the discussion, that's mean our discussion might be useless.
1290  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chasing looses Vs Finding closure: Any difference? on: March 28, 2023, 08:55:45 AM
There's no difference, most people finding closure when they're hit a big multipliers, casing looses is also similar where they're looking to hit a big multipliers that will help them to earn profit. It's better to setup a betting time e.g. a hour or two hours, after you've gamble for a hour or two hours, you need to stop to gamble regardless the result of your last bet. If you're not do this, you're not discipline about your gambling habit.
1291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Everything is cyclical and repetitive. Bitcoin is no exception on: March 28, 2023, 08:09:20 AM
Satoshi already predict the future of Bitcoin from a long time ago.

I'm sure that in 20 years there will either be very large transaction volume or no volume.

He was said that in 2010, we're only need to wait the next 7 years more in order to see Bitcoin is really have very large transaction volume or nothing. However he was said about volume, not the price. Maybe Satoshi thought Bitcoin could be a currency and adopted by many countries, because when Bitcoin is adopted become a legal tender, obviously it will encourage people to use it for daily life.
1292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why I might consider selling my Bitcoin. on: March 28, 2023, 07:54:03 AM
Unfavorable government policies: If the government of my country decides to ban the holding or use of bitcoin, I might be forced to dispose of them. I will not want to be hiding from law enforcement agencies or risk being arrested. I don't wish this to happen but if it does, I will have to take that hard and painful decision.
I agree with the rest except this one

There are many countries which have completely ban Bitcoin, but after Bitcoin is widely accepted many countries, they're consider to unban Bitcoin. When the government announce to completely ban Bitcoin, it would create a panic and I think the P2P platform on your country don't mind to sell Bitcoin at discount rate. I will not do this, I will choose to hold Bitcoin in private or move to other country.
1293  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: fellas be careful from this kind of scams! - READ on: March 27, 2023, 01:11:27 PM
You can smell whether it's scam or not by just looking at the thread created, a scam thread most likely have these signs:
1. Created by a newbie account or high ranked account with negative trust.
2. Self moderated thread or suddenly lock the topic.
3. Using unnecessary features e.g. poll, message icon, emojis etc.

If you see such kind thread, you need to be careful and act like an investigator who's ask a lot questions in order to know everything and make convince you if the @OP isn't a scammer.
1294  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: March 27, 2023, 12:52:53 PM
I'm not saying it's fighting money laundering, it's just that casinos are always vigilant in that case and we do know that online casinos are not the best destination, but who knows if someone is doing that in one of the casinos?
It is indeed very rare that someone gambles using money laundered from money laundering but casino vigilance is always at the forefront for the future of the casino itself.
If that happens, of course, casinos will be threatened with closing by certain countries because of accusations such as covering up evil acts of money laundering in their casinos.
From this case the casino imposed KYC on every customer who deposited large funds at one of the casinos to verify the source of customer funds.
The criminal who want to laundry his money isn't have any intention to gamble on the casino, but he just want to meet the minimum wagering amount in order to withdraw without get flagged by the system.

KYC isn't the best solution to fight money laundering, but it's add another barrier in order the criminal will be harder to escape and hide his identity. The only way the casino to fight money laundering is confiscate the funds and terminate the account without anyway to recover it, but most people will call the casino is scam.
1295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does your country tax your gambling winnings? on: March 27, 2023, 12:35:47 PM
I think any countries which have a taxation rule about gambling will be charged high because the government think it's easy to make money there since it doesn't need a lot effort, although they're not quite right because not all gambling games are lucky based, the other games e.g. poker, sports etc need to have a skill and analysis. There are also countries which ban gambling, they can gamble on the crypto casino because the country isn't blacklisted, but the country is blacklisting about gambling. So it doesn't make sense if they want to pay gambling tax since he might go to jail.
1296  Other / Meta / Re: Report plagiarism (copy/paste) here. Mods: please give temp or permban as needed on: March 27, 2023, 09:55:06 AM
I think that user called Susano copied it from somewhere else and then when his thread got blocked, a little later another user called New@User creates a new thread and quotes him.
According to BPIP Susano got banned at the same date where he posted this post, I thought he wouldn't get banned because he was write "Quote" on the post, moderators saying if a poor quotation is still accepted and wouldn't get a punishment. Maybe he got banned on the other post since the merit he got belong to deleted post.

But New@User high likely will end up in the same path like Susano because there's no sign if he was took from the other source.
1297  Other / Meta / Re: Plagiarism Vs Scam on: March 27, 2023, 09:37:01 AM
Based on several cases that I saw in that "report plagiarism" thread where members got banned and one even nuked (iirc you reported that nuked guy), I think that forum staff already decided how to deal with ChatGPT users and took the stance on that. Tricky part is to actually prove beyond reasonable doubt that someone used the bot and it will take some time before tools get reliable enough.
I think the moderators haven't decided how to deal with post generated by ChatGPT, but it's just because the content generated by ChatGPT has been exposed if some part was took from the other article. As been mentioned by @mprep here, so my assumptions if someone have created a post generated by ChatGPT and it's really looks like created by human, it's fine since no one able to investigate it.

If an AI is able to consistently create content that doesn't break any of the forum's rules (good quality, on-topic, not just a padded word salad, no plagiarism, etc, etc), I, for one, welcome our new machine overlords. Otherwise, content that violates the rules, AI or human produced, can already be dealt with with our current rules and policies in mind.
1298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The future of CBDC in gambling. on: March 26, 2023, 07:43:31 AM
I think the bright side if the casino want to accept CBDC is the casino wouldn't scam and if they scam, the government can easily trace him because the owner must have conduct KYC verification before accepting CBDC. So anyone who gamble on this casino doesn't need to worry if the casino will turn scam at anytime. But don't be surprised if you have earn a lot money through gambling, you can't withdraw all of your winnings because some portion is to pay tax.
1299  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are Casino Sites Cheating Us? on: March 26, 2023, 07:38:24 AM
They can manipulate their system and make us losers and if they can do that we have nothing to do. Gambling on casinos is very risky as if any admin sees a large amount then they can manipulate it though for the small amount they do not manipulate it. And it does not depend on all the casinos. I think blackjack will not do this type of manipulation for only 1k dollars.
You're just making an assumptions, how it's possible the casino can manipulate their system if they give a way to us how to verify each bet using cryptography and the bet is differ from one to another. If you tend to lose when you bet with high amount money and you tend to win when you bet with small amount money, it's just based on your luck and you're not gamble so long when you bet with small amount money.
1300  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about this? on: March 26, 2023, 07:26:44 AM
I will say, okay then what? Tongue

A pastor shouldn't gamble because it's forbidden, but does he will go to jail after shut down his ministry? nope, his followers will not happy with him but life goes on and he can migrate to other country if he can't accept society sanction.

It's what it's, the current society is more focus to make more money even though they need to scam their friends or doing anything illegal.
