Dari sebelum vakum itu ane uda legendary, terus awal awal mulai kemarin, ane hapusin beberapa postingan yang nda penting menurut ane, tbtb rank ane turun ke hero. Ada peraturan baru ya gan mengenai penurunan rankny?

My plan this year I want to get a new job soon, I want to hold my bitcoins to make my first 100,000 USD, I want to buy a new car to take all my family for a long walk without having to be afraid if it rains, I want to take a mortgage for a new house so Don't experience flooding anymore, I want to make Hajj savings for my parents starting this year, I also want to get married this year. hahaha, this is my first time writing my life resolution for this year. My suspicions have been answered, so far when transferring Btc or similar transactions, I have never even been confident with just one click ctrl + c and ctrl + v then I just send it. Before making a transaction I sometimes even check the link many times at least 3 times before I actually send it. It turns out that my intuition is very useful to protect me from cases like this.

Tapi kalau memang bitcoin ke depannya dijadikan alat transaksi yang legal tentu kita harus siap dengan pajak yang akan dipungut dari setiap transaksi pembayaran yang kita lakukan dengan menggunakan bitcoin. Lebih baik bitcoin jangan disahkan sebagai alat transaksi cukup sebgai assets untuk simpanan atau hanya sebatas trading saja karena akan banyak oknum atau pihak2 yang memanfaatkan jika bitcoin benar - benar menjadi alat transaksi legal untuk membuat situs investasi bodong, apalagi minat masyarakat kita sangat besar terhadap situs dan website investasi bodong saat ini.
Jika dilihat gan, kemungkinan disahkannya sangat kecil seperti pendapat gan @ShowOff 0,5% atau bahkan lebih kecil lagi. Jangankan mengubah undang-undang terkait larangan penggunaan selain Rupiah sebagai alat tukar, untuk meredenominasi Rupiah saja sangat banyak penolakan apalagi untuk merevisi undang-undang. Pemerintah bukan abai terhadap Btc, bahkan sudah dilegalkan sebagai komoditi saja sudah cukup baik. Akan sangat sulit menciptakan regulasi terkait penggunaan alat tukar yang sah selain Rupiah di Indonesia, belum lagi masalah-masalah yang akan ditimbulkan kedepannya. Indonesia negara yang cukup korup, akan sangat mungkin nantnya semakin banyak mafia dalam Btc seperti kasus pencucian uang dll. Untuk saat ini, sepertinya BTC juga sudah setara seperti emas dan masyarakat sudah bebas memilikinya sebagai investasi, apalagi yang kurang kan?  |

That mt.gox one scares me the most out of any of them. they WILL sell it soon, so this is why I think it is quite important to realize we will get a big crash because of that, maybe even soon who knows, because that will be sold to cover the debt and that is a big deal. When that happens, we need to be ready for it and need to buy it from them, otherwise they will dump it.
Talking about MT Gox it would make a lot of sense if in the future the Bitcoin price could drop because they were shortselling it to meet their interests. Remembering the dark past of those who have so far been in debt due to their own negligence. The price of Bitcoin which continues to rise to more than 25k USD can be one of their alternatives to pay off their debt by selling their entire BTC and such actions can collapse the price of BTC, and the ones who suffer the heaviest losses are single investors. Dari yang pernah saya baca pada salah satu artikel di situs www.pajak.go.id, ambil contoh Indodax/Bitcoin.co.id sedari 2016 * lalu sudah menambahkan PPN (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai) sebesar 10% untuk semua biaya transaksi jual-beli maupun withdraw yang dilakukan di situs Indodax tersebut. * Referensi: https://www.pajak.go.id/id/artikel/menangkap-momentum-popularitas-bitcoinItu PPN dihitungnya dari biaya transaksinya atau volumenya ya berarti? Soalnya kalau 10% dari volume kayaknya kok besar banget, berarti trade 100 juta bakal kena 10 juta. Ane yakin bakal banyak protes kalau ini benar sih, mengingat aset lain pajaknya kayaknya ga segede ini cmiiw.
Jika dilihat langsung dari situs Indodax saat ini, fee untuk withdraw sebesar 0,5% dari total penarikan tetapi minimal biaya nya 25k.  Mungkin yang dimaksud PPN sebesar 10% dihitung dari keseluruhan transaksi yang ada di situs Indodax lalu dibagikan rata ke semua pengguna, bukan ke perorangan. Karna pastilah banyak yang protes kalo beneran 10% dari transaksi perorangan. |
