1281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: help with stuck txid on: May 13, 2023, 05:02:35 PM
Gambling sites usually use high fees when you are withdrawing from them but it's interesting they only used 21 sat per vbyte. Mempool is going back to normal slowly but it will still require good amount of time to get this transaction confirmed. I think you have no other option but to wait.

hey i sended btc from 1 bet site to another sadly the first did sent with way to low fee now its stuck and i cant acclerate it or use viabtc cuz volume is over 0.5kb anybody who could help accleratae it ? thx in advance

I assume that gambling site has customer support, and the only option you have at the moment is to contact them and ask them nicely to increase the fee, because the transaction is marked with RBF. On the other hand, you can hope that you will be lucky with mempool because currently transactions are going through with about 30 sat/vB, and yours has 21 sat/vB.
I dealt with may casino customer support and unfortunately I found none of them have good knowledge about blockchain and how it works. The chances for this casino support will be slim too.

@OP, which one was the site you withdraw the balance?
1282  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Where is the private key on Electrum Android? on: May 13, 2023, 04:47:26 PM

I can confirm that on version 4.3.4, which I still use, there is an option to view the private key for each address individually, although I personally have never needed something like that. It is possible that this feature was removed, or that they hid it a little more in the new versions.
I did not see it on my Android too and it was removed from newest version of Electrum. It is available for desktop version and I think they remove it from Android like one of their security-wise concerns.
I don't use mobile version but on desktop as my hot wallet. However the 4.4.2 version seems complicating the features.

In previous versions you were able to set your preferences from one window using several tabs but it seems now they have less information to set from the preference window. When you try to send and receive bitcoin then there are separate options to set up you personal preferences only for the transaction you are about to do. It makes the job redundant to be honest.
1283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: May 13, 2023, 04:12:13 PM
Come on Newcastle. You cant drop points against Leeds, if you want to play UCL you cant made this kind of games.

Its LFC cursing again?.

For Leeds side a really big point, lets see how much worth at the end of the run/season.

Is there still any mathematical chance that Newcastle will be out of the top 4? To do this, they must be overtaken by two teams at once. Let's say the first is United. Liverpool claim the role of second, but they are 4 points behind. Three rounds before the end of the season it is difficult to hope for a miracle. There is also Brighton, but they have such a complicated calendar and so many games to win that it's definitely unrealistic.
May be couple draws will do the job. Considering the remaining three matches, 2 points from two matches and a win will get 5 points. All together that will make them total of 71 points. Liverpool to win all remaining matches will have them 9 more points and total of 71. I don't trust Utd but managing 6 points from the remaining matches is not going to be hard for them.

To be honest I don't see Liverpool has a chance.
1284  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Loan Defaulted [SiNeReiNZzz] on: May 13, 2023, 03:21:42 PM
Some guys asked him about it and wanted to know more but since I can't reply and he said it's a lie that's all I could find out.
I wonder why don't he say the same here LOL

Stake have their own forum. If you can create a topic about it may be you will be able to get your ban removed from the chat. It's such a shame that members deny a wrongdoing they did.
1285  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coinplay CONFISCATING 291mbtc of fair NBA winnings on: May 13, 2023, 03:03:58 PM
Consider the facts and then reconsider your stance.

Player:
- Gives detailed explanation of situation.  Provides evidence.
- Gives site permission to share any evidence.
- Offers to go to arbitration, gives permission to site to share all info with third party.
- Result of arbitration in their favor.

Casino:
- Does not provide any details or even a specific accusation.
- Agrees to arbitration, loses.
- Still doesn't pay.
- Ghosts forum.
- Only been around for 6 months.
- Obvious ties to the longest running scam casino on the forum that is well known for freerolling players by making vague accusations against winners, seizing their profit, returning only their deposit and then going silent.
It's not that I am not aware. Of course I am aware but why don't you consider the response from the license providers too? That does not seems the OP is innocent. Or you are saying licensor are protecting their clients and risking their reputation for 100s of other casinos they provided license.

Why would you defend the casino?  And yes, that is what you're doing.
Do you really think I am defending a specific casino? Since you asked [not sure why] then let me ask the same. Don't you think you are defending the OP blindly? Defending him just because he posted something which looks like legit to you but truth is you and I can not prove if that is indeed legit. Haven't we seen such accusations all the time against other casinos? Common accusations:

Casino x banned my account
Casino x confiscated my deposit
Casino x not responding to my PMs
Casino x is a scam
Casino x is 1xbit
Casino x do not pay my winning.

The entire scan accusation filled with such type of threads but it seems all your focus is one defending OP and seeing a specific casino should go down to the hole.
Why?

Milan, Napoli, Inter, are just impossible to predict, Inter probably played their best game of the season considering how bad results been in different weeks.
I used think Napoli was my bad luck but it seems both Milan and Real brings me bad luck too. Real vs City was hard to predict for me and I was lost in both Milan match too resulting nothing to get from the semi 1st leg. Hopefully in the 2nd leg I will have some lucks.

I'll follow Real again I think, I have been disappointed too many times by Spanish teams this whole past weeks aaa!!
I have not decided yet who to follow between City and Real but for sure Inter is my next horse for the other semi 2nd leg. Home team, 2 goals ahead. They will be stress-less and will play their natural game which is defending the score. Doing that will bring them some chances for counter attack and they may find few times their ball in the back of the opponents net.

I'll post back in a few days the final prize distribution figures, just so we know in all it's glory. $10,000 prize pool, amazing, huh?
That's huge! How much KTC is going to receive? He is going to be rich 🤣

If you're not having like 10+ outputs, you should at least be able to get it confirmed within the next few hours. At least it worked for all of us so far.

(It's in German, but you can just use Google translate)
It's clear on their website though

A streak of 11?  Shocked I don't think I've ever had that in sports betting, did have it a lot of times in gambling though.  Grin
It's a losing streak, I just wonder what if I would picked the opposite teams all the time. I could have a huge lead on the pool LOL
But this round so far not a bad one for me. 4 points so far out of 6 matches. You seems way ahead than others with 36 points, damn!

I have CSK in the live match now. and it seems 84% predicted CSK to win. May be i will have one more point this evening if I am lucky then two points LOL

And this other time when Real Madrid show to all they are the kings of europe and UCL its his competition.
Everything will be decided in Etihad that's what I was hearing yesterday. City did very well yesterday. With the draw they should be more than happy but for Real a win was very much needed. In Etihad winning against City is making an impossible to possible. But let's not forget the history too. City have never won a title while Real have the highest title winning record.

Thanks for the responses guys. I'm in touch with Betnomi to see what can be arranged. It's unlikely we consider any other replacement payment -- I hold all the BTC, paying you guys with another source of funds puts them at risk.
If I win something [expecting though] don't worry about my corns. You can wait as much time as you want. But I thing you are worrying too much. It's still too early and by this time mempool will be back to it's normal congestion.
1290  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Btc stuck for hours on: May 10, 2023, 01:59:33 PM
With 84  per vbyte OP had to wait for his luck which means it's a mess around in the mempool. I can not remember we had such congestion before not even in 2017/2018 when btc had it's highest pick. Not long ago there were tx which was only 1  per vbyte confirmed in the next block.
I even used 0.00014165 BTC (100.5 sat/byte) for the current transaction fee and it has been about 24 hours since it was confirmed.
The Bitcoin network congestion this time is very disturbing. this is because the network is full of NFTs and BRC20 tokens

I have no idea what are these NFTs and BTC20. Are we using bitcoin chain for those altcoin shits?

Mempool seems cooling down a bit. Last time I checked it was over 500 vMB but now I am seeing it's 120 vMB. May be we need one or two more weeks before we get rid of these mess.

1291  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betcrypto.cr |No KYC Casino & Sportsbook| 200% welcome bonus + 100% reload bonus on: May 08, 2023, 03:44:46 PM
Yes we pay all the fees also if they increase
I am just curious to get the answer. Right now for a single output from a single input, the fees is over $40 which means even if someone is requesting an withdrawal of $100 you are losing $140+. What is the minimum withdrawal limit you have in the system and how are you handling these small withdrawal requests. Clearly processing btc withdrawal are too expensive considering the current situation.

1292  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coinplay CONFISCATING 291mbtc of fair NBA winnings on: May 08, 2023, 03:24:18 PM
Returning players deposits and confiscating their winnings should always be a red flag - there are very few cases where doing so is the appropriate decision for a casino.  A players balance belongs to the player.  It doesn't matter how much they deposited.
A players balance does not belongs to the player always. When a player is earning the balance from manipulation, abusing terms, abusing bonus, fixing match, arbitraging that is not appreciated by any sportsbook then the balance is not his, even the deposit they made can be confiscated by the sportsbook according to their terms.

Please do not ever give a casino a pass because they returned a deposit and only kept player winnings.
I will suggest you not give a pass to a player too when you do not know if he was manipulating you, hiding information from you. You have no way to verify anything except trusting him. In fact you and me have no way to verify anything presented by the sportsbook too.

I like how Stunna handled a confirmed fraude case:
Quote from: Stunna in 2018
I'd like to stop this right here and make clear that this is not a matter of money but rather a matter of principle. I'm happy to donate at minimum the funds involved in this claim to a charity of the community's choosing.
That makes it clear they don't profit off it, and stops any accusations that they do it for the money.
I think we need to consider the level of experience a project representative have in the community. Stunna, Steve from sportsbet.iom Karl and some others know how the community works in terms of their marketing but these new casino / sportsbooks launching everyday all the time, do not have much idea about how to handle their PR on the forum. May be it's our failure but that does not mean they have intention to scam anyone especially when they are spending money on building a good reputation for their project.
1293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | Champions League Pool ⚽️ Discussion Thread on: May 08, 2023, 03:02:14 PM
Also, just to alert you, Bitcoin network is currently congested. Something I did not foresee. Currently, because there are many inputs and there will be 10-11 outputs in the prize payment, estimated fees as of today for next-block confirmation is 23 mbtc -- that's around $650 in fees!
Goodness me, that's unbelievable amount of fees to pay. We still have time for the season to end which means you don't need to worry about the fees right now. Before the time, i hope the congestion will become normal as 1 or 2 per vbyte will be enough to get the next block.

Hey guys, just a friendly reminder to add your BTC addresses into this spreadsheet (add it as a comment as shown in image below). Only KTChampions has added his address. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vrzw33PXrTcGv3wHLbMPnCbL8iauGsfeUzWfGmw7FmQ/edit#gid=0
As far as I remember I already gave the btc address but it's not showing on the spreadsheet. You must missed it. Here it is again,

You should expect an option which is "Cancel (double-spend)"
OP's transaction hasn't been flagged as RBF and that's why that option is not available.

To OP:
Your tranaction hasn't been flagged as RBF and there is no way to bump the fee or cancel it (cancel=replace the transaction with a new one sending the fund to your own address.)

You can submit your transaction to ViaBTC free accelerator. With doing so, your transaction will be likely confirmed in the next block mined by ViaBTC. They have around 9% of the total hash rate and mine a block around every 2 hours on average.
Then OP have two options.
One: Either use the accelerator
Two: Wait for mempool to drop the transaction after around 7 days but looking at the fees set, I am sure it will be confirmed earlier than 7 days. May be in the next one or two days.

Seems the transaction is already in the blockchain...
Quite a few confirmations by now!

1295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What kind of rewards/bonuses do you prefer? on: May 08, 2023, 07:42:50 AM
Hi we are changing the reward system and we would like to have some feedback before launch the new system

What kind of rewards/bonuses do you like ?

Welcome bonuses , cashback , freespins etc ?

or what kind of rewards would you like to see in an online casino ?

Thanks
Free bet. May be monthly 1 or 2 mBTC free bet with 1x wagering requirement. I find free bets are more attractive for me than any other promotion.

For me welcome bonus is good too but if you give 30x, 15x , 10x or even 5x wagering requirement then it's a waste of time. I can accept highest 2x to wager before the bonus to become cash balance. But 1x is always preferable.
1296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Back and Lay in sportbook on: May 08, 2023, 07:38:22 AM
I'm not an expert when it comes to different terms in sportsbook and gambling. I usually place bets on X to win, X to score etc in cricket and soccer both. I have never seen the terms "back" and "lay" in any Casino. Maybe I didn't notice them. I joined a casino today and found both terms and I'm confused what should I do. It says back (1.03) and Lay (1.04). What does these terms mean? Any easy explanation?
A quick google would have answered your question. When you place a "back" bet, you are betting that the team is going to win. The kind of betting you do in most of the sportsbook where you bet in a team that you think will win and if they win, you receive your payout. "Lay" is exactly the opposite When you place a "lay" bet, you bet that this team isn't going to win. You become the bookmaker here. If the team does win, you will payout x1.04 to the players (that backed for that team).
I have been in the gambling for over 15 years and to be honest I never seen such market yet LOL.

@Little Mouse, it would be kind to do a screenshot and post it please? I am interested to see the format of the market.

I am assuming it's a single team-wise market like in a football match for home team there will be to leg.

Team X
Back, Lay?

How about a draw outcome?
1297  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How's your gambling experience right now? on: May 08, 2023, 07:30:18 AM
The transaction fee on Bitcoin is increasing day by day. It cost now 14$ for a low-priority transaction to 17$ for high priority transaction. I was planning to make a deposit today on my casino account until I notice the high fee on my electrum sent tab. The fee is almost 5% of my total bankroll that I was supposed to deposit. I decided to rest for now since I will be down immediately by 5% for a transaction that I don't know when will gonna be confirmed.
Mempool became so congested recently that sending bitcoin is a nightmare now. If one is thinking to deposit $50 or $100 then it's not worth it. Even if you are planning to deposit $500 then still it too costly for you. It's not a permanent problem by the way. Soon mempool will be cleared and then everything will be as normal as it was. I think it's better to give a break if your bankroll is small.

It's good for miners though LOL

Below average result from seven matches so far on superbru, it's for almost everyone but who is FmbetBru? With four exact scores he has so far 16 points where the 2nd highest is 8 LOL

Seems like LFC tactic/strategy to curse Manchester United and Newcastle its working really well.

Talking seriously, really bad timing and bad performance for Manchester United, they have a really good and healthy gap against the other teams, but now.... they have to wake really fast if they dont want to lose the Champions League spot.
I was hopeful for Arsenal to win but West Ham winning against Utd was a gift for us. The job is not done yet. We need to make sure that we do not lose any of the remaining matches and then wish for Utd and Castle to slip in one or more matches. Still it's a hard chance.
1299  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: mining bitcoin can be ceased? on: May 08, 2023, 07:12:28 AM
what would occur if all the computers in the world that mine Bitcoin suddenly stopped doing so?

how would this affect the value and future of Bitcoin as a digital asset and decentralized currency?   in other words, what would happen to Bitcoin if mining completely stopped or ceased?
I don't think it's going to happen but if that happen then the value of the bitcoin will find a threshold for people who will still mine and profit from it. Imagine there no competition on mining. Everyone is looking at you to get their transaction picked and confirmed. You will have all these coins? Isn't it too good to be truth?

But assume such thing just happened. Industrial mining died. Hash-power dropped dramatically, mining difficulty is just like it was at the beginning. More individuals will be able to mine bitcoin. That's in theory though.

I guess every one of us was hoping Rajasthan Royals will win the match against Mumbai Indians.
Don't add me with everyone. I am different 😉
From the last round I think I made a record of not picking up a winning team for the whole round. It's not easy to do as it's not easy to pick the winners too 🤣

I was continuing my losing streak but yesterday CSK won and gave me a break.
11 losing streak so far, has anyone else done it before?
