It's exactly what he said it was, a standard PSA. i just want to know if he is out or not, he can flood the market with 2009 coins ....

@SlipperySlope i cant give you the numbers only Raphael can ....
also we had a plan to suspend opening new positions if the price move above 5 USD so in case of a crack and snap "johnny come lately" don't open a position at the very top or very bottom also on the other hand the extreme IR asked by landers did remove the incentive for the late joining on a rally/dump

Again, that is why I say that the risk is BitFinex itself. From what I understand it is run by a guy in France as a side job. While I have every bit of faith in his intentions and applaud his initiative, if everything tanks, he will likely not be able to cover anything overly huge.
But yes, if I was someone who were holding on to dollars, a chunk of it would be in BitFinex getting a 100%+ return.
here is the formula so you can make numbers https://community.bitfinex.com/showwiki.php?title=Margin+Call

Thank you for this. I recall someone asking in another thread if there was any case in history where a runup like the one we're experiencing now didn't result in a major correction. Guess this answers his question, and it wasn't too long ago either
Not to say a correction is out of the question but a good read nonetheless
