1281  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 27, 2015, 10:39:14 PM
I personally use a half-half, i invested too and save money too. i invested in bitcoin, although invest in bitcoin is risk, but hey i'm bitcoin fans Grin and want to invest in commodities too.
a half i save for daily needs.

It is better to diversify our investments rather than depending on a single product, I would choose gold over bitcoins when it comes to an investment, as bitcoin is a new born baby and gold is traditional and also gold shares more market cap as compared to bitcoins, so I would invest partially in bitcoins and partially in the gold.
1282  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you guess about he future of bitcoin? on: August 27, 2015, 10:36:11 PM
I think BTC future is bright.  Wink It is most popular crypto in the world  Grin

The future of BTC would be mainly depend on the adoption level, if bitcoin hits the mainstream, the future would be bright, but if it doesn't than I would definitely bit worried about the future of bitcoins, as the future is unpredictable and we cannot over expect something from bitcoins, So if more and more people starts using bitcoins, then the future is safe, or else not.
1283  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: August 27, 2015, 10:31:48 PM
The best way to save is to spend less and save more...and do more busines ore something Smiley)

Spend less I get, but save more?

I thought the purpose is to spend money eventually, cause whats the point if youre 60 years old and barely touching the money when you know you can die from anything.

What can i see in this case is, the best to save money is invest in something really important, like OP said in 1st way, the advice is helpful.
just save money is means nothing, at least you will spend it, i'm sure.

Yeah and if you spend it then you can't say that you are saving, as saving requires a great level of discipline and Saving in something important and valuable would be a great thing which can give you best returns in the future, So no need to take higher risks but invest in something that would give you some safe returns for sure.
1284  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: August 27, 2015, 10:27:27 PM
Since the digital currency crashed in early 2014, consumers have been leery. So why is Israel’s bitcoin community growing, and why are venture capitalists investing in it like crazy?

Source?

Bitcoin is still a child who the adoption is not really much than fiat, so more adoption and become a mainstream, bitcoin will alive in the future.

Adoption is the key that is for sure, unless there is no adoption at higher level, bitcoin will keep on struggling and would be facing competition from fiat, So if the people are made aware and if they start adopting bitcoin as a currency than bitcoin can never be dead, and its value would keep on increasing over a period of time, but for that we need a mass adoption.
1285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would you tell kids about bitcoin? on: August 12, 2015, 07:51:27 PM
I would say to the children that bitcoin is one of the best coin in the internet  Grin

That's good, but the kids loves to watch videos I guess, So I think we should show them documentaries on youtube which would give them the exact idea about the bitcoins, that is true that they are still kids and would not know the technicality of bitcoins, but watching a video can make a difference, and for rest, we would contribute in explaining them what bitcoin is all about and how it is helpful.
1286  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: August 12, 2015, 07:24:40 PM
I like to transfer my money easily overseas without fees. I like to gamble anonimously. So basically, anonimosity is the best thing about bitcoin.

Yes and everyone is saying that it takes a long time for confirmations, But I would say still I love bitcoins as it takes only 15 to 20 minutes for confirmation, even if it is online transfer it is very fast and quick and I love it because now I don't have spend my money on some bullshit services called as WU who charges heavily and take 2 days to transfer my funds to my home country.
1287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: August 12, 2015, 07:16:44 PM
Confirmation time.

It takes couple of hours for me.

No one cares about confirmation times. Do you care that a credit card takes up to 180 days to confirm? no then do not complain about Bitcoin ..

Exactly, people are just talking about the confirmation time of bitcoins and they view it has a problem, that is the sadest thing, what difference it is going to make if you have to wait for 15 minutes, I don't think there is any problem, as your transactions are done on the same day even WU takes 24 to 48 hours to transfer your funds, so waiting for 15 minutes is not a big deal.
1288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many friends did you recommend bitcoin to? Did they accept it? on: August 12, 2015, 07:13:39 PM
That is very true, bitcoin is the best when it comes to online transfers, as it is very quick and with very minimal fees, this would definitely attract them, and might show some interest in using bitcoins.

Again recommending something to our friends and family is our job, acting and reacting is their job, so there are chances that even if you recommend them something good, they would hesitate in investing in which is something very new for them.
Yeah, but we also have to explain the risk of bitcoin beside its advantage. There were many people who regret it and blamed the person who recommend them to get into bitcoin, because they didnt know the risk of bitcoin before.

I taught a few friends how to acquire bitcoins, and gamble them.

Lol, same for me, but my friends lost all his 0.50 BTC  I hope now he not lose confidence in the bitcoin.
I think there is nothing to do with lost bitcoin in gambling, he will lose although used fiat tho.

Gambling is good for fun, but if it becomes addiction then you won't have anything left in your hands at the end of the day, as you cannot win everytime, and you cannot be sure that you would win everytime, the main problem with all of us is that we want to grow our bitcoins as quick as possible without making any efforts and that is the reason people go for gambling, but end up loosing.
1289  Other / Off-topic / Re: When and why did you start using Bitcoin? on: August 12, 2015, 07:09:36 PM
stater just a couple of months ago
i saw this post from another site saying its easy to earn bitcoins, not true because it depends

Same here, even I got into bitcoins few months back and the only reason is I am working abroad and I need to send money to my family every month, So with the help of bitcoins I can transfer money instantly to my home country with minimal fees and it is very quick and fast that it saves my lot of time and money, So I prefer bitcoins when it comes to online transfers.
1290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Should you stay or should you go? on: August 12, 2015, 07:04:52 PM
when i see the conditions now, i wanna stay. like you say it. its can That could happen at any time too.
for now we can use it and there is no problem, but anything can be happen.

What do you mean about the conditions ?
what when bitcoin prices fell to $ 10 per coin, will you go?
Lol, if priced went back to $10, I'd be buying a lot of bitcoins, and I'm sure it'll jump at least to 20 - 30 dollars again Cheesy

If that would be the scenario than I would invest all my money into bitcoins, as we know that atleast it would reach again to minimum 50$ mark, and would sell all my bitcoins and earn a huge profit and have a great retirement life, I think staying is the good option to have as we know that in future it would definitely reach to a new level and we would earn smart profits.
1291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin could bring about world peace? on: August 12, 2015, 07:00:51 PM
No bitcoin will not bring peace to the world. Money is one of the reason why many wars and battles start. Bitcoin is make to take place money. So it is like money.

but the difference is that bitcoin is a global currency so in theory it should unify the world and destroy the differences, also it can work as a good way for poor countries, if they adopt it as their main currency, because they can take advantage of its high price thanks to other country and be healthy again, i think it could bring a transitory peace if this happen
No one cant guarantee us if bitcoin change fiat, it can make this world be healthier. If bitcoin is adopted as main currency, the scamming, war, robbing, corruption, bribing, etc still happen, because bitcoin is a currency. People will do anything to get it, no matter what the effect he will give is for his surroundings.

Bitcoin can never replace fiat, as the government would not support bitcoins and they would really won't happen it possible that any crypto replaces their printed currency on which they have total control, and talking about the world peace, history says that where there is money involved in anything it has only entertained the fights, wars etc. so even bitcoins will do the same.
1292  Other / Off-topic / Re: DO YOU HAVE 1 BITCOIN? on: August 12, 2015, 06:53:56 PM
I have 6 right now, aren't I rich.

You are rich dude, i have 5 at a moment, and honestly speaking I have won it in gambling and I am really happy with it, but I would make sure that I won't gamble it now anymore and keep my bitcoins safe in cold storage as I know that I cannot win at every time, would love to play it safe by earning it from signature campaigns.
1293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: August 12, 2015, 06:41:03 PM
Well, you can just use sites like freebitco.in. I always use those and then there is moonbit.co.in. I have 24000 satoshi coming from moonbitcoin and about 7000 coming from freebitcoin. Altogether, along with mining, you could probably make some more money from faucets like this.

That is true, but it is very time consuming, and cannot afford to keep on waiting so long, it is better to join a signature campaign or go for trading or gambling to grow bitcoins in quick time, no doubt it is bit risky but can afford to take a risk if I am earning good amount of bitcoins in a single day, I would prefer gambling as it multiplies your bitcoin in a single day.  Grin
Oh thanks. I forgot about signature campaigns. I'm currently in one right now. As you can see from my signature. I currently make 150 bits for every CONSTRUCTIVE post that I make.

I recommend you to start earning bitcoins from signature campaign itself, as you are a beginner do not try to experiment with your bitcoins in gambling or trading or else you would loose all your hard earned coins, I can see that you have jr account, I suggest you to buy atleast senior member which gives better payouts. And join bit-x it will help you in growing your bitcoins.
1294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Describe BITCOIN with ONE word. on: August 12, 2015, 06:36:56 PM
Revolution

definitely, this word describe it best

Yeah Revolution and Necessity in the future, as we all know that bitcoin is gonna be revolutionary as a currency in the future, and we hope that becomes true, So describing bitcoin is bit difficult as there are many advantages associated with bitcoins, I would also like to say it as a global currency when we talk about the future.
1295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I've been scammed 5.5BTC. What will you do when your Bitcoin get scammed? on: August 12, 2015, 06:33:15 PM
A lot of people complaining. the problem is people giving their money to some random person they do not know.

That is true, last week I was looking to sell one of my senior member account, and the buyer asked me not to involve any escrow as escrow have their own charges, he said me that you give me user name and password and I will send bitcoins to your address, how can I trust him without knowing him, so whatever trade you do, involve escrow in it or else don't trade.

1297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin could bring about world peace? on: August 06, 2015, 07:28:03 PM
No, it will never be able to bring world peace.
Basically it is a currency and currency don't make world peaceful, the rich get richer and poor get poorer and that increases the differences between poor and rich people and there comes hatred between them and world peace get destroyed.

Yes, it would create an individual differences within the people, and surely it won't contribute anything towards world peace, I don't understand what is the relation or connection between bitcoins and world peace, and it would never contribute towards economy of the country as it is decentralised and no one has control over it.
1298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I've been scammed 5.5BTC. What will you do when your Bitcoin get scammed? on: August 06, 2015, 07:14:13 PM
I don't like to think about "what I will do when I get scammed" because I don't plan in getting scammed, thats why I avoid anything that looks like a scam, and for years this has worked, i've never gotten scammed. If I invested in a coin that didn't blow up and tanked it was my fault, i wasnt scammed.

That is the right thing to do, it is better we take precautions and avoid by getting scammed, As it is said that "Prevention is better than Cure", I am also using bitcoins since last 4 years and yet not get scammed, but we don't need to be overconfident about it, as scammers are much more talented than us that's what I believe.
1299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: August 06, 2015, 06:56:08 PM
my methods is very simple...
just make post's everytime everyday, and everywhere when i can to make it "make a post"
when we make many many post.. we can get positions up and the payment make high tooo...
like HEro or legendary like that.. still to try.. and join the good signature.
well yeah but to get a hero account it will take ages for a newbie account its like 2 years if not more, instead of waiting its easier to buy at least a full member and start earning

Exactly, it is better to buy full member and start posting constructive posts, and as he is saying that everyday and everytime he will post which is not possible or surely he will get banned from the moderator, I think he is newbie and that is the reason more excited, and if you want to earn more then simply buy hero or legendary accounts  Grin
