Check your browsing history for the exact address. Surely it wasn't the official Electrum site since there is no 4.0 version. Any site claiming to have it offers a fake or infected wallet.
Maybe you verified it, maybe not but you didn't verify the signature of ThomasV because like I said before, there is no Electrum 4.0 version.

After you find the correct address where you downloaded the wallet from you can always add that address to your Windows Host File to prevent your computer from being able to open that site in the future. Read through the following if your are interested.

I am not familiar with CentOS but you shouldn't use older versions and any version older than 3.3. can no longer connect to Electrum servers due to previous incidents with phishing messages.
The message is also posted on the official download page on Electrum.

I thought that De Gea's contract expires at the end of this season. I heard rumours a few months ago that Juventus would be interested and would go for De Gea because he is free. Szczesny would be sold in that case and the money from that sale would be reinvested in another player.

De Gea is also interesting because he is from Spain and Juve is looking for more marketing and bigger share of the Spanish market. 

I agree with what OP is saying. I have seen several members receive merits on a regular basis but hardly give any out themselves. This is a very selfish strategy since merits are meant to circulate. Recently I have started checking the merits of users I intend to merit. If they don't have a habit to send merits to other members I don't want to merit them either. Maybe my strategy is not the best and I should just merit the posts I like but if members are not willing to partake in the system they way it was intended to be used I am sticking with my strategy.

You can always see in the group which member added you. Always report them to Telegram. If they PM you, report it as spam.

If you receive a PM from someone and you are not sure if they are legit or belong to a group you are part of, click on their username and check if you have any groups in common. If you don't it is a scammer! Those scammers don't subscribe to groups because they use similar usernames as the group admins and would be banned soon after subscribing. They just browse around different groups contacting members who are new and asking for help.

I agree with most points except #5. It is true that you could have an advantage with the same campaign manager if a previous campaign has ended and you are applying for another one managed by the same manager. But if you are applying for a different campaign while your current campaign is still active the manager might not be so keen on shifting the members from one campaign to the other. I read some posts in the past by different members who talked about this.
Another thing I read somewhere is that maybe there is a sort of gentleman's agreement between the managers and that they will not take each others members. Meaning if you are already in a campaign managed by a top manager another top manager wont consider your application for his campaign. I think I read something along those lines somewhere but I am not sure. 

Based on your posts it is going to be hard for you to receive merits unless you change some things. Your posts are mostly one liners. You aren't improving the discussion in any way. I haven't seen any suggestions, help, a post where you offer genuine advice or show any knowledge about bitcoin.

Many scammers are trying to take advantage of the Stellar airdrop that is being given over blockchain.com. You get $25 worth of XLM but you have to go through a KYC process on blockchain.com. That is the only legit Stellar airdrop.
If Stellar or some of their partners are giving away 315 XLM there would be a massive marketing campaign to get as much attention as possible.
If there is no mention about it on Stellar's social media sites or telegram - it is a scam!

I don't think 2019 will be any different than 2018 or previous years. Trezor and Ledger have been proven to be the two best choices and why experiment with relatively new and unproven products.

Just read a thread the other day where a user from this forum got a free Ledger Nano S after reporting problems with the screen on his old device. His warranty had already expired and Ledger still sent him a free replacement.

I would suggest to stick with the trusted models.

Je, još malo da se potrudim i bit će valjda nešto i od toga. Onda kada budem imao vremena mislio sam se prijaviti kao merit source za lokalni forum jer mislim da nam fali. Od kako Regulusa nema, dosta manje se piše, da li je to baš slučajno ili se manjak postova podudara sa njegovim banom, ne znam.
Uglavnom, šteta što od njegovog povratka izgleda neće biti ništa.

Shameful behaviour by Cagliari fans last night as they used racist slurs against Moise Kean and Matuidi during the Cagliari - Juventus match. Too bad Kean was able to score only one goal and that Matuidi couldn't contribute with one as well. 

Those who like to play weekly bet slips and did so before bitcoin started raising could now have possible earned 20-30% more than what they were initially expecting. That is one way that the bullish trend could have affected gamblers. Sadly it didn't do much for me.

Kada se bavimo sigurnošću konkurentnih uređaja, uvijek slijedimo načela odgovornog otkrivanja. Obavještavamo pogođenu stranu o bilo kakvoj ranjivosti kod njihovih proizvoda koju naš laboratorij za provjeru sigurnosnih propusta otkrije, te im damo vremena da propust isprave. Važno je pratiti protokole odgovornog otkrivanja prije nego što se obrati javnosti s bilo kakvim informacijama kako bi se osiguralo da hakeri ne mogu iskoristiti navedenu ranjivost prije nego što se problem riješi.

Prije četiri mjeseca kontaktirali smo Trezor kako bismo ih obavjestili o pet ranjivosti koje je otkrio naša laboratorij za provjeru sigurnosnih propusta. Analiza je obuhvatila oba hardver novčanika od Trezora (Trezor One, Trezor T), fokusirajući se na Trezor One. Također se primjenjuje i na kopije Trezor novčanika. Otkrili smo ove ranjivosti proizvođaču, omogućujući im da poduzmu odgovarajuće mjere za zaštitu svojih korisnika. Sada, kada je istekao rok za odgovorno rotkrivanje, uključujući i dva produžetka tog roka, htjeli smo s vama podijeliti sve detalje radi potpune transparentnosti.


Sigurnosna Analiza Trezora

1. Ranjivost: Autentičnost uređaja


Autentičnost uređaja najvažnija je osobina koja osigurava da je uređaj orginalan.

Naša analiza je pokazala da se autentičnost Trezor uređaja može kopirati. Uspjeli smo proizvesti lažne uređaje koji su tačni klonovi originalnih (iste komponente, ista hardverska arhitektura, isti izgled i dojam). Također smo uspjeli otvoriti kutiju uređaja, ugraditi backdoor u uređaj i ponovo zatvoriti kutiju (čak i sa "naljepnicom koja štiti od neovlaštenog pristupa" koja ima za cilj pružiti zaštitu od takvih napada).

U ovom slučaju, napadač ima potpunu kontrolu nad kodom koji se koristi na hakiranom uređaju.


Prema našim saznanjima, ova je ranjivost još uvijek prisutna.


2. Ranjivost: Zaštita sigurnosnim PIN-om


PIN omogučuje pristup uređaju, a time i sredstvima koja se nalaze na njemu. Trenutna implementacija korisniku omogućuje 15 pokušaja sa eksponencijalnim vremenom čekanja.

Naša sigurnosna analiza je otkrila da je na pronađenom ili ukradenom uređaju moguće pogoditi PIN pomoću tzv. Side Channel Napada. Side Channel Napad se sastoji od utipkavanja nasumičnog PIN-a, a zatim mjerenje potrošnje energije uređaja kada on upoređuje prikazani PIN sa stvarnim PIN-om. Ovo mjerenje omogućuje napadaču da dođe do pravog PIN-a u samo nekoliko pokušaja (manje od 5 pokušaja u našem slučaju). Otkrili smo da PIN ne štiti sredstva od napadača koji ima fizički pristup uređaju.

Rezultat: Prijavljeno Trezoru 2018-11-20. Trezor je ovu ranjivost zakrpio tokom ažuriranja firmware-a 1.8.0


3. i 4. Ranjivost: Sigurnost podataka na uređaju (odnosi se na Trezor One i Trezor T)

Sigurnost podataka na samom uređaju je od najveće važnosti jer sadrži sve privatne informacije koje omogućuju pristup korisničkim sredstvima: privatni ključ, seed. Hardver novčanik mora djelovati kao sigurnosna enklava za te podatke.

Naša je analiza otkrila da napadač koji ima fizički pristup uređaju može izvući sve podatke pohranjene unutar flash memorije (i na taj način isprazniti sve račune sa uređaja). Naša analiza se odnosi i na Trezor One i Trezor T.

Rezultat: Prijavljeno Trezoru. Po našem mišljenju, ova se ranjivost ne može zakrpiti, već se može samo izbjeći preradom dizajna Trezor One/Trezor T, te zamjenom jedne od njihovih ključnih komponenti i ugradnjom Secure Element čipa, za razliku od čipa za opću namjenu koji se trenutno koristi. Ova se ranjivost ne može zakrpiti - zbog toga smo odlučili da ne otkrivamo njene tehničke detalje. Ranjivost bi također moglo biti ublažena od strane korisnika koji koriste jaku lozinku na svom uređaju.


5. Ranjivost: Analiza kriptografskog koda


Naša sigurnosna analiza je otkrila da napadač sa fizičkim pristupom uređaju može doći do privatnog kljuća pomoću Side Channel napada kada ključ koristi Scalar Multiplication/ Skalarna Multiplikacija?! Skalarna Multiplikacija je jedna od osnovnih funkcija kriptografije kod kriptovaluta. Konkretno, ovo je osnovna funkcija za potpisivanje transakcija. Dokazali smo da je pomoću digitalnog osciloskopa i nekoliko mjerenja moguće doći do ključa transakcije pomoću Side Channel analize.

Rezultat: Ova ranjivost je prijavljena Trezoru. Ova se ranjivost može zakrpiti, ali također ne utiče direktno na Trezorov sigurnosni model budući da se ova radnja ne može pokrenuti bez prethodnog znanja PIN-a od uređaja. Međutim, tvrdilo se da je uređaj zastičen od side channel napada, što se nažalost pokazalo netačnim.
