12901  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did I lose my Bitcoin? on: March 03, 2018, 05:56:24 PM
Next time I suggest that you use your Legacy Address from Ledger Nano, you can have both wallets.

Check the balance here
https://blockchain.info/address/*****

Replace  **** for your address

THe best option is to recover funds in ledger nano or another wallet using the private keys, as AdolfinWolf said.
12902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain technology and bitcoin effects on developing countries? on: March 03, 2018, 05:47:40 PM
I was just curious to know how will adapting to blockchain technology and bitcoin effect  developing countries like India.

I think bitcoin is doing more for developing countries than for developed countries. Because people from developed countries already have a good and stable currency. We don't have one here.

In Latin America we have a big problem with inflation. Our governments think that printing money out of thin air is a good idea to fund social programs.

In 80s Brazil had about 1000% inflation per year.
Right now Venezuela has 4000%. http://money.cnn.com/2017/11/22/news/economy/venezuela-currency-crash/index.html
I have friends there who says it's about 10.000% a year.. anyway, that's much more than bitcoin gains, but as losses.

When a country has inflation like this, there is food shortage, basic personal hygiene items shortage (like toothbrushes, toilet paper).
Everyone just becomes poor. Money is worthless.

That's all basically because an irresponsible government is printing money at will at the benefit of few.

Bitcoin is already protecting people from the government in Venezuela. As electricity is very cheap there, common people are mining bitcoins for living. The ones who are doing this are not the poorest people there, they are like "middle class", but they would be miserable in US standards.

30 dollars is a huge amount of money there.

Anyway, bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are helping people in undeveloped countries to be a little bit better. To have a little bit more liberty, and a bit more protected from irresponsible government decisions.

You may think Bitcoin has a big volatility, but Venezuelan Bolivar has much higher volatility (but it's just going down!!)

Try to imagine your life with 100% inflation per month. Well, we all know how is to live like this in Latin america.
12903  Local / Brasil / Re: Taxa para saque! Absurdo!!! on: March 03, 2018, 01:25:35 PM

Resumindo, custo Brasil
12904  Local / Brasil / Re: Como funciona a my ether wallet? on: March 03, 2018, 01:23:58 PM

12905  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin a Bubble? on: March 03, 2018, 02:35:38 AM
Bitcoin survived many death attempts already.
It has grown wildly, bouncing back even stronger after each attempt.

It will not die.
12906  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Which is the best wallet for iOS that supports SegWit? on: March 03, 2018, 02:24:35 AM
Android has a good wallet that supports segwit. Samourai Wallet.

If you have an old android tablet or something like that...
12907  Local / Brasil / Re: Taxa para saque! Absurdo!!! on: March 03, 2018, 12:35:07 AM
Tudo no Brasil é caro e ruim.

https://walltime.info/taxas.txt

Zero taxas de depositos.
Zero taxa retirada de Bitcoin

Retirada em Real 1.23%
Ordem 0.2% a 0.4%.

12908  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is technical analysis vital? on: March 02, 2018, 11:24:22 PM
If you believe in the fundamentals, technical analysis would help you to find a better time to buy to maximize your gains.

But many people don't think it works.

Personally, I have had a few success trades. TA try to predicts human behavior statistically, not the future.
12909  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Which is the best wallet for iOS that supports SegWit? on: March 02, 2018, 11:03:32 PM
Ledger Nano.

As you can pay for an iOS, i strongly recommend buying a safe hardware wallet for your coins.
This is the best wallet for iOS.

If you do not want the best, there are few options.
https://medium.com/@rogermagno/segwit-wallets-02-07-2018-76d836bccbc9

None of them are very good.... I would keep my coins in a more trusted legacy wallet like blockchain.info until buying a ledgernano.

12911  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is smart contract for coins on: March 02, 2018, 10:25:59 AM
Smartcontract is just a contract that is programmed in the blockchain. I will try to explain in a simple way

When certain conditions are met, the contract pay each other accordingly.

Many TOkens sale (ICO) are managed by smartcontract. You deposit Eth on the contract address, and the contract deposit the coins automatically back to your address as soon as you pay.

DAICO are a evolution of ICO, where smartcontracts provide more safety to investors.
When you transfer fund to the DAICO smartcontract, they can only be withdrawn when conditions (like evolution of the roadmap) are met. If they are not, smartcontract automatically transfer your eth back to your wallet.

There is a great potential. Many times in a real life contract one part says " I know that I own you XXX thousand dolars. But i will not pay, but we can make a deal and i will pay half of it" . This situation can not happen in a smartcontract

I'm an original ICO participant, but I changed my wallet address when I got a ledger. How do I update you guys with the new address for airdrops?

You can't.
Just look back a few pages there is a link about the airdrop. You must move your coins back to that wallet to get the airdrop.
12913  Economy / Economics / Re: Study says being rich is determined by chance rather than intelligence or talent on: March 02, 2018, 01:51:49 AM
I say begin rich is determined by your ability (intelligence) to learn how to identify and seize your opportunities.

I heard about bitcoin in 2010. I had the chance to buy, I was a few googles clicks away from getting rich.  We all were. But I wasn't intelligent enough to see it. Or to give it a try.

This is why in personal finances we must be exposed to a diversity of risks.
12914  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'm 15 how can I start ? on: March 01, 2018, 11:06:54 PM
Hey guys . I'm 15 and I want to try to earn in the Crypto. I want to earn about 100 dollars per month. Say it is possible at 15, without having the money to invest. Prompt please with what and how it is necessary to begin? Yesterday I learned about such projects as bounty. tell me if you can earn about $ 100 in a bounty? Thank you very much in advance)
 Roll Eyes
p.s sorry for mistakes English is not my basic language Smiley

Hello,

When I was 13, a bit younger than you, internet was being born.
I spent a lot of time in IRC, Altavista, Netscape Navigator...

But I did something very interesting, I started to learn about HTML and Javascript, self-taught.
At 14 I was making money from it. Well not much, I was imature and really was not interested solely in the money, and i had to do idiot websites for boring companies, and then I gave up at this job..

But I never forgot how to code. Later on I decide to move to a different area in University. I always thought "What if I had become a professional developer"?

Well, at the age of 34 I am starting to learn how blockchain works, and how make dApps for Ethereum blockchain.
I am still in the begging, and I don't have how much time as I used to have... but I would never be able even to start at this age if I haven't learn javascript when I was a kid.

So I will give you my suggestion: Ignore all bounties.  Just get a signature (you need just 30 activity for that) and you will earn 10-50 USD a week (paid in bitcoin).
The rest of the time: learn how to bitcoin works. Spend all the time you have to learn, but with patience. If you like, learn how to code.

Blockchain is the future, and your generation will have plenty of jobs and opportunities in blockchain technology.

Just received this email:

Dear INS Ecosystem Supporter,

In February the INS team has been focused on developing new partnerships to guarantee the successful launch of our Direct-to-Consumer Ecosystem. This months progress is extremely important for the future development of our project.

Working on New Partnerships

The INS business continues to be well received by the manufacturers and fulfillment providers. The INS team has had productive meetings with a multitude of major FMCG companies, where we explained our direct-to-consumer ecosystem in detail, answered questions and effectively taking the first step to sign them on to our platform.
This month’s highlight was the trip of Peter Fedchenkov and Dmitry Zhulin to London, where they had meetings with:

    Kraft Heinz’s Head of Online.
Kraft Heinz Company is the world’s 5th biggest food & beverage company in the world with $26.5bn annual turnover.

Vice President of Clorox and their General Manager in Europe
The Clorox Company is an American manufacturer of consumer and professional products with $6bn sales. 8,100 employees worldwide and #453 on Fortune 500 list.

Furthermore they were given the opportunity to present our platform extensively 50 min. presentation at the British Brands Group annual meeting.
That was attended by the representatives of the world’s leading grocery brands like Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser, Mars, Henkel and many others.
Full video of Peter Fedchenkov’s speech is available on YouTube.

The team continues its work with leading manufacturers from the UK, Europe, US and Australia as well as smaller challenger and millennial brands.

New Listing

INS team continued its work on INS Token liquidity. In February INS Token was listed on Coinrail, it’s the first Korea-based exchange that listed our token. And we continue our work on new listings.

 Company Update

This month we’ve updated Company’s positioning on our website: it became more business-oriented and informative, it’s not an ICO website any longer. Please be welcome to check it at: https://ins.world/

Team Update

We’re also working hard on recruiting talented professionals to our team. We are happy to present our new Chief Operating Officer - Asan Kurmanguzhin, one more Harvard Business School MBA in our team.

Asan is an executive with global operational experience at different general management positions. Previously, Asan was Global Head of Driver Operations at Gett, leading ride e-hailing company. Before that, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.

“I am glad to join INS and its incredible founding team. We have great things to do and hopefully my operational experience scaling unicorn start-ups would be helpful to get INS off to a great start in 2018”

                     - Asan Kurmanguzhin, INS Ecosystem Chief Operating Officer

February Airdrop for token sale participants was distributed. Please, check your wallet via etherscan.io Token Transfers tab.

What’s Next?

We are establishing unique partnerships in the space of fulfillment and will update our community on that in March, that will be cruisual for INS project development. 12916  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your Bitcoin "Normal" price??? on: March 01, 2018, 10:08:12 PM
For me, there is no concept of a normal bitcoin price. I will not sell my strategic reserve of coins for less than 25-30K dollars. But this is only the minimum limit. I believe that the price of bitcoin will grow much higher. Perhaps the normal price is the price after which you are not ready to postpone the purchase of your dreams.

Yeah, I agree with you.

I think bitcoin will soon be 25-30k dollars.
But, I am not buying now.

I am felling comfortable  with how much money I invested in bitcoin. If I put more, i will be over invested and I will be watching bitcoin price all the time, and I may do something idiot like  a panic sell.
12917  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Your best investment in 2017 was..... on: March 01, 2018, 09:56:11 PM
I have some alt coins.

But my more profitable investment in 2017 was bitcoin. From July to december the bull run was incrediable and beat all the others investments I had
12918  Local / Brasil / Re: Exchanges brasileiras com altas taxas sobrevivem? on: March 01, 2018, 08:24:12 PM

12919  Local / Brasil / Re: Exchanges brasileiras com altas taxas sobrevivem? on: March 01, 2018, 07:53:48 PM

Porem, ainda temos a melhorar:
-As taxas são altissímas comparadas com Exchanges maiores como Bitstamp, Kraken....
-Existem exchanges que te dão limites de saque de 5 ou 10 mil reais diário.
-Taxa de depósito, realmente não tem lógica. (recomendo puro e simples boicote a essas exchanges.

Olhando o coinmarket, olhe nosso volume:
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/#markets
Foxbit - 0,06%

12920  Economy / Economics / Re: Bill Gates says crypto-currencies cause deaths on: March 01, 2018, 03:59:13 PM
Well, thinking this way Dollar is killing much more people.

How many terrorists buy weapons with dollar?
How many drug dealers sell drugs for dollar? I bet they have first traded drugs for dollar, and later decided to trade dollar for bitcoin.

Cash is way more anonymous than bitcoin. Lets stop using cash because it is "killing people"?

Sometimes i think these articles are just fake news, or bill gates has another intentions.
