Sorry for not watching the video.  Yes, that video must some kind of bullsh*t  The only prediction that makes sense is the one made by a billionaire investor Novogratz. Perhaps, in 2019 bitcoin might grow to reach $100,000 - that will be very smart prediction i guess. Novogratz knows what he says and now if you'll try to watch news out there, some so called financial experts and traditional financial advisers will say that bitcoin is something that is not reliable or not totally worth it to invest. But as these FUDs are keep on coming through the entire bitcoin economy it doesn't matter whether they say it or not once the predictions started to hype, no one can stop it. |

So I have a pending transaction that is still receiving and yet to confirm. A few questions..
When I'm looking at my transaction details it says- Miner Fee- 0.000202. Since I'm the one receiving, is that my receiving fee?

If that is the receiving fee, then is the sending fee totally separate?
There's no such as receiving fee, all the transaction fees are called miners fee or whatever you'll call them between those two fees I've said but it's not receiving fee. TX fee is always the burden of the sender so the person who sent you those bits you have the fee was shouldered by him. And if you'll send to someone, you will experience it too as this has been a requirement to make your transaction confirmed. |

If we told them how bitcoin can help the community financialy, and convince them that there are plenty of bitcoin users out there, maybe they can manage to accept BTC as a mode of payment.
Some businessman doesn't care about the community, they started to build their business thinking about themselves so if you'll tell them that they will mostly benefit on accepting bitcoin, they will be interested with it. Just tell them that when they started to accept bitcoin, they have currency and having an investment altogether. They are businessman and they are looking for the things that they can make money all the time. |

Personally I am waiting to spend money to buy some more bitcoin. This last days the price is too volatile; yesterday the price was at 16k$, today it is at 14k$...
As you wait for the price of bitcoin to get lower and you're willing to spend money for buying bitcoin, this is the right time for you to buy some more. This is what volatility is, after the quick pump there will be a dump but I consider this as correction and it's very normal to make the economy healthy. What are you going to do with your Bitcoins and Dollars now?
I'll hold my bitcoins and if the price goes up again I'll sell but for now it seems that the market is down so I'll just going to keep on holding. And with my dollar, I'll use it to by more bitcoin. I am a little mad at myself for not selling at 17k$ because I was too tired and just fell into the bed.
I feel you but you don't have to mention that as the price reached $17,000 it will comeback to that price soon. |

Luckily I made an entry when it was lower than $1,000 but too bad that I had sold most of it when it was lower than $5,000 but it doesn't matter anymore I still have some.
It's the nature of people to think like that. If we lose money it's not good. If we gain money it's not good either because we then be disappointed that we didn't keep more coins instead of selling them early on. I used to feel like that as well early on, but at the end of the day, we should be happy that we kept holding through till where we are today. People nowadays enter the market at +$10,000 levels, which should make you as sub $1000 buyer pretty happy and confident. But then again, we're still early on I believe, so those that continue to hold through might at some point be the new elite. True, the fact that when we are selling before with the current price which is the ATH at that moment, we are happy about that gain. But when we see the price starts to raise up and we are remembering those past transactions of selling that we made, we are feeling so sorry about it. But still my new belief on this thing is that profit will always be profit no matter have low or high I made. |

Bitcoin still healthy and has a good large of investors and transactions. I don't think that there is something that will explode or if you mean that bitcoin is a bubble since you are talking about explosion / pop, no. But your choice is good one, saving $200 for ETH monthly is also a wise idea but if I were into both coins I'll prefer to focus more with bitcoin and still give some smaller portion of capital with ETH. |

This recent boost in Bitcoin is a pretty big deal, but I'm kind of worried because it happened so fast. A lot of people were saying 20k by the end of 2018, but it almost hit it this year just a couple days ago. It is weird thinking that just 3 weeks ago bitcoin was at $7000ish. This massive boom recently makes me worry that the market is being manipulated. Hopefully it is just demand and not manipulation. I just want bitcoin to remain healthy.
Been reading some people here that keeps on saying that they are worried with the quick price movement of bitcoin. There's nothing to worry about it, you just need to go with the flow. $20,000 can happen any time from now on but most of us says that it can be seen on 2018. I don't find there's a manipulation but if there are group of whales that are altogether sells their bitcoin at the same time there might be or still there's none. |

There's nothing you should do when bitcoin is decreasing, in what particular thing you are implying with that decrease? The price? The demand? or what? But I assume it's about the price, when the price is getting lower, it's a good time to buy so I guess that's what you should do. whether the investors will lose?  No, investors will not lose when bitcoin's price is increasing, it is giving everyone to have more buying power. |

Do you think big companies could choose another one for payment unit instead of BTC?
They can choose other options for payment if they want to. Since the fees are too high now that's even more of their consideration. They will not care if bitcoin has high or low price but they are sticking to what's cheaper and faster but it seems that bitcoin still has a great number of transactions though there are too many people who are complaining with the fees. I can't complain anymore, fees are increasing as the value of it does. |

Stay away from bitconnect, it's a total ponzi scheme. Still many are thinking that this is a good investment but they don't know that this has been become one of the biggest ponzi scheme in the entire crypto world. Where does the idea of high volatility being an unnecessary evil come from?
I don't know where did this idea of volatility became unnecessary evil came from. Maybe it became from those big investors or professional financing experts since they are all relying to centralized government. Are there good arguments or evidence which support the concept of high volatility being a negative circumstance?
The chances of high value of something (bitcoin) going down to it's bottom pit. In a sense, volatility simply means the price of something moves a lot, its not that bad if the vast majority of motion is in an upward direction?
It's not a bad thing if the direction is only going up and those people who are calling it bad or warning people about it are the ones that never rode that increase. |

You can even wait for a while before everything settles. eth has good future, many projects are based on it It has a good future and if you are serious with Ethereum, look on it's smart contracts and there are even more projects that are ready for it's innovation. While bitcoin has been down for a while but it pumped again immediately most of the alts now including ETH are in good stand so just keep on buying the same thing bitcoin and ETH if you really want to have a good future like these coins. |

Don't look with any other coin just go with the main cryptocurrency and that is bitcoin. You will know that the time is right if the btc price is keep increasing about a week, well you can say that right now is a good time to sell but i would suggest that you should keep waiting until it reach $14000 or $15000.
And you will also know it when you are already good with it's current price. Selling is also needed when you are in need of cash or you want something to buy as it will all depend on your needs and base on what you are expecting. If that expectation was reached before your eyes then you have to sell or if it is giving you another expectation, you just have to keep on holding and buy as well. actually it is hard to know and tell whether the current price of bitcoin now is good or not, in short it is really confusing because bitcoins value is highly volatile and wont seem to be stable every single day. selling is also needed only if you want it immediately like for example if theres an emergency and you dont have enough cash on your pocket , also if theres an important ocassion like birthday but if you dont actually need money then you should prefer to hold and leave it there sitting and growing on your bitcoin wallet. also i suggest is to cash out only small amounts that you can afford to spend due to the fact that it is still better to hold than to sell because bitcoins value is still pumping from time to time. It's not that hard to tell if the price of bitcoin is a good one for selling. You have your own standards and satisfaction whether you'll sell or not and for example. I'm only expecting that the price will be good at $10,000 until at the end of the year. But we've been through $11k,$12k,$13k,$14k,$15k and even $16k so in any rate that I mentioned can be my good time to sell and I know it because I have set a rate on what will be my taste shall be good to sell. |
