Some very good tips, though I am not sure whether keeping private keys offline makes sense for everyone. Also I think a paragraph about phishing should have been included, as you all know there are many kinds of creative phishing attempts Ledger works like that. Storing private keys offline. There are also risks surrounded by that. Meaning losing the keys means losing all the crypto coins. No way to revert it. |

I like that 4NEW is going to implement Proof-Of-Work And Proof-Of-Stake Mining, they are doing this because they want to take precautionary steps to reduce the economic and environmental effects of Proof-of-Work mining.

I took a glance through the white paper, the project already looks promising  , do they plan on establishing a bounty campaign? I dunt think they have plans for that cause I don't see any information posted about bounties. Maybe the dev or main website cash tell us more though I haven't seen any info about bounties also. I think it will be a good idea to find out directly from their telegram group for bounty related issues I think they went for airdrop earlier. Never seen anything about bounty. More are more ICOs are moving ahead without social bounties or any other bounties. May be this is good or bad? We don't know yet. Let's wait and see. |

The price will dump unfortunately Hendobox, but this happens to pretty much every project nowadays so this shouldn't be a worry for 4NEW they just need to keep working on marketing and ensuring that they stay relevant and people want to continue buying KWATT tokens. I am also not sure about the price dump in case of KWATT. Because not much bounty toilets were given as well as not much bonuses were given even for investors. This kind of attempt will prevent dumping in listing. |

Dear All If softcap is not reached, your ETH is automatically returned to you; so no worries there  That's definitely how it usual is. Cause inability to reach softcap means insufficient fund which in turns causes inability to continue working on the project. But we shouldn't really be bothered about that cause we will surely hit the softcap mark and beyond I advise the team to search for investors as a backup plan to the pre-sale. I really think the incentive to contribute to github is a great step forward in the open source community, I hope to this implemented. Anyway we still have chance to get 60% bonus on our purchase. Your best choice now is to wait for the bounty hunters to dump so you can buy cheaper than the ICO price. Actually if we believe in the potential of this project, you will not say you miss it because even with a higher price you can still make money when the price pump in the future. You may go wrong here. Not much bounty tokens paid on this case. So probably, dumping will not come easily. If you are expecting such thing, you will be in disappointment later. The idea is good, but I as an investor confused at least Capa $50 million Studied whitepaper and did not understand why this amount.
The hardcap of $50m was devised so if they received maximum funding they could allocate $27,255,000 to protocol and software development $7,245,000 to legal costs, $6,810,000 to marketing, $5,160,000 to tax costs, $2,030,000 to operational overheads and $1,500,000 to office expenses. It is broken down on their Token Sale Proceed Allocation chart on the home page. In the end hardcaps are all about "nice to haves" having 28m for development is great but i'm pretty sure they can get by if need be with less, nor do i imagine legal costs will run them that high. In the end the hardcap is made with buffers to keep things running smooth. For that matter i'd imagine their softcap, pretty much covered everything and also had some buffer to protect them from unforseen issues. The difference is maybe they dont have 20 devs or whatever they had planned maybe they stick to a smaller number with fewer salaries, time will tell. In the end all that matters is hitting softcap and financial viability. ICO is still on? I am not seeing any sign for ICO closure in the website. However it would be nice if they hit 26 mil in the last minute if it not yet closed. Looking forward for the next steps and announcements from team now. |

I think it will be cool if the minimum purchase can be reduced to 100$ in btc for many people to buy. At least they will be able to top it when they have more funds
Errrrm to be honest I think $100 is a bit low for a minimum investment at this stage of the ICO, they are offering a 60% bonus, this should only be available to larger investors. I think they will reduce the minimum investment when the ICO gets to a later stage and a lower bonus %. For Ethereum it is 0.5 ETH at least to do a investment. I looked it up yesterday, when i was home from work. I don't mind if the minimum investment is going to be lower, because i don't have problems with it. I can agree with this the 60% bonus should only be for large investors because it is a very big amount i would say to give the others 30% bonus and if the investment is higher then 5 eth for them it should be 60%. Why are you complaining about the minimum investment of 0,5 ETH. IT is the first stage with a massive bonus of 60%. After stage 4 the minimum investment will be much lower. 0.5 ETH is nothing these days. Especially after this fall last few days. Team is giving nice opportunity with such heavy bonus. One should not miss this. People will go for it even if they keep 1 ETH as minimum investment. |

That's a brilliant one shows a lot of confidence in what they are set to deliver but I doubt the soft cap will not be reached, the project is quite attractive and productive and has a future application too so my bet is on this It's nice that they're offering a refund in case the soft cap isn't met but they should be more confident in themselves, soft cap is the bare minimum that Developeo (DEXX) should be reaching, that shouldn't even be up for discussion. That is true. A project like Developeo should reach the softcap effortlessly. Even if it should not be achieved, you have no risk by the refund. Sotcap will be reached easily. No doubt about it. Time is the factor. We dont know when the push will come. If it happens, It will not take much time. Lets wait and see. |

Great progress now with the tokens sale for a few days. What wil happen if they don't reach their hardcap ? I am not saying that it is not going to hit the softcap, but I am just curious.
I think the reason why projects have softcap before hardhard is so that once the softcap is reached, no matter how the sales goes from there on, they already have an adequate amount of capital that they can use as start up. I can agree with this if they reach the softcap it is just like the project could be started with that amount but it would be better and faster if they reached their hardcap. Oke thanks for the explanations. With reaching the hardcap i think that the project will be given a big boost when it is on the exchanges. Many investors will want this coin. it's a really long way to the hardcap. for the first, I hope they reach the softcap fast. There is still 60% bonus and soon it is 40% and then 30%, which is still a good value. After that it will probably be more difficult and it is still far to softcap. I don't understand why there is a huge gap for softcap while the private is successfully closed earlier. There should be reason behind that for sure which I am not understanding. |

It happens from time to time. Right before an ICO is finished you can observe a huge increase in new money coming in. It seems, some people tend to wait until it's almost to late to make their decision. The downside to this is limited bonus just before the ICO finishes, however; you are right - alot of investors aren't sure hence why it's a last minute rush. I think you're better off finding an exciting project with real life solving problems and backing it from the beginning, pre-ico . you get the most for your money usually with an added bonus (pre-ico) The lower bonuses are the reason why I don't understand this last-minute rush. But maybe they are willing to pass on the pre-ICO bonuses and rather want to see if the project gets enough money to go on. Probably, some investors might have noticed the project recently or they are making use of crash in crypto coins price in the recent past. Looking for 26+ mil now. Good luck team. |

Relax, I am sure that they will be listed on big exchanges, but that can't be done instantly. It takes time. What exchanges are you expecting it to be released ? I think it will go on hitbtc because almost all new ico's go on there i am not a fan of hitbtc but maybe it can hit one of the top exchanges also. Is hitbtc a centralized or decentralized exchange? I will prefer it be listed on Kucoin, poloniex or bittrex (fit centralized exchange) and forkdelta or etherdelta for decentralized. But I still dod not seen any announcement yet about exchanges. Or I missed it. Don't know about forkdata but etheredelta is too much difficult and slow to use, not secure also. What you think about binance, bittrex? Exchange listing and information related to that would be available when needed. One should not worry about it. They have already collected 40+ mil. So definitely they will list KWATT in big and bigger exchanges. |
