What I ask of you:
Please don’t destroy KY’s rep over this. Once things are made right, please change all red trust to neutral. It’s not deserved and my word about the situation being awful should be good enough. I don’t believe he should have to broadcast his unfortunate situation to everyone either.
In regards to the Facts - There is one that is pertinent to this situation at the moment. Is there tracking information showing the auction items are en route. The other points are opinion and speculation, and delve more into the personal matters that we are not discussing. For the rest, I'm not pissed by any means, a little disappointed in the communication and uncertainty, and I feel that is justified. I held off on the Red trust as I do understand things get in the way, could be small could be big, hard to tell when you are just left out of the loop. So I reached out a few times and it became clear that Killyou did not feel an update was necessary. Perhaps they made poor choices in posting to a Ban Appeal thread as opposed to communication with people they have an agreement with. That bothered me and is why I felt it necessary to leave Negative Feedback. That doesn't mean it's staying forever, I clearly stated it will be changed once the terms of the auction are met. I also feel this would have been better again as a message from OP. I agree they didn't need to broadcast the personal situation but I would have appreciated something as simple as: "Hey everyone sorry but I have some personal stuff to deal with at the moment, It's going to be 6-8 weeks before I can address this. If you want a refund let me know" Options:
I will refund anyone tired of waiting and your purchased silver will go to LC.
Wait a little longer and understand life gets REALLY gets in the way sometimes. I'll happily wait for my auction items, it's not time sensitive. Hopefully whatever is going on with Killyou they come through it okay. Yes. I have tracking. The item went out today. MJ will verify tracking when he’s back. I’m not posting it because it’s nobody’s business what town it’s leaving from and what town it’s going to. I know both of them and can verify the to and from. Just dropping in to confirm I received the tracking details as well. Package is en route to minerjones from appearances. |

Being nice and using our prayers/hopes/dreams isn't working. I'm kinda disappointed in the lack of red trust givin to OP.
You'd rather support someone who starts an auction for his joke of a coin collection because hes been a funny/interesting guy in the past... someone who has been in contact with minerjones and arranged an alternate shipping method ( I assume it was to mail all to MJ and he divvy out the coins as per auction wins ) but hasn't happened. ( also could have told MJ about illness/family problems but failed to mention anything wrong )
Show some support to the few names that we don't see in collectibles as much, maybe this was the beginning of it all, to get them hooked into our physical coin collecting. Starts with some silver, ends with some Casascius/Kialaras/Lealanas.
The main thing that gets me is killyou72 was so fast to toss up a payment address, then empty that wallet. These guys paid him. Should they have used escrow? Yes. But that does not excuse the actions of killyou72. In this case I believe an escrow would already be sending funds back to the bidders/winners.

I just logged in and saw the same. It seems its always the same mod deleting relevant staff or comments people don't like. Maybe the Mod can explain to me why he needed to delete now this post from me. That was in 2014 .There was no rule or info about plagiarism at all.

If that is true then you should probably remove it, though I do find it suspect you only applied the exclusion recently and not directly after this event you mentioned. I never accused you of scamming. I said I though you may have had an outstanding debt, and that I was not that worried about it. I also explicitly said I would not be taking any actions regarding this either way.
I remembered you clearly, the vague part was the debt. How can you hold me to these standards when you aren't even accurately remembering what is said? Please don't make me find the quotes because I will if I have to.
I never at any point considered you a scammer. The way I saw it YOU MAY have owed me an unpaid debt, and I didn't see it as an issue. That's it. The rest is a creation of your own mind, and I am truly sorry you were so offended by these comments.
Before the new DT changes I had all but 3 names on my trust list, after the change I took a week to go through it and that's when I added you, I'm sure there's a timestamp of when I excluded you somewhere. Regarding the PM's, I did just look back at them and these are things you said to me: "As far as I remember you owed me a few mil IFC", "I believe you were selling it to users or something and came up short, and in order to preserve the coin reputation I covered it." I am not that worried about it but my brain has a long memory for that kind of thing and your name is on that mental list. Point is don't expect any free coin, you already got it." I did take offense to that and it did make me question your judgement if you were able to accuse me of something like that. You did say that you would not try and sandbag me about it but it doesn't change the fact that it made me feel bad. Recently I've started looking at things differently though and you make a few valid points (Hey, I even put you off ignore). I've already considered taking you off my exclusion list as I've done with some others already. If you read carefully you will see I didn't accuse you of anything. If your entire argument is based on this point perhaps this matters more than a bit. EDIT: We have had a little discussion and have come to understand our mutual perspectives better. Thanks for posting the pics, for me.
And LC, I still have the tenth, but I peeled it last year. I didn't think there would be much value in it as much as the btc that ended up on it.
But I still have the peeled coin.
I considered peeling this one, and may still, because you know if the premium is not much above the stored value, then it is not worth the risk/hassle of a transaction, now-a-days. And the peeled coins still go for a decent amount, eventually.
Totally understand peeling the super thenth, makes sense. Please don't peel this one though. Send me a PM before you peel if you don't find a buyer here. |
