United Arab Emirates and Papua New Guinea started 2nd match where United Arab Emirates opted to bowl first. Papua New Guinea already score 34 runs in 3 overs without losing any wicket. This is really a good start for them. Between these two teams, we usually refers to United Arab Emirates who will be front. I think they will have some advantage by winning the toss. But if Papua New Guinea can set a big target then the result of the match can be change even though the United Arab Emirates has enough power to chase it down. If Papua New Guinea won the toss and decided to bowl in the same way, then there could have been some doubt about the result of the match. After all in today's match Papua New Guinea will try to give good gifts.
PNG is still going well. They played 10 overs and they didn't give any wicket to United Arab Emirates. And the Current run rate is also good at 6.00. It was just unbelievable. The target was just 91 and even then the United Arab Emirates made a mess of it. They were losing wickets at regular intervals. From a score of 35/1, they just collapsed to 65/7. By then 27 more runs were needed with just 3 wickets in hand. And this was when Aayan Afzal Khan and Junaid Siddique added some valuable runs for the 8th wicket partnership. In the end, Namibian captain ran out of overs from his two best bowlers (Ruben Trumpelmann and Tangeni Lungameni) and it presented the UAE batsmen with an opportunity to reach the target.
Basically if we look at the cricket match we can see it is the game of 10 balls. If a team give 10 wickets on 10 balls that the match is over. In this match the situation is infront of us. And this match was like a Drama but interesting too. Only 91 runs was the target and the opponent team gave 9 wickets and than won the match. On the first hand I think Namibia now lost the match.
