Have you sent Freewallet a personal message here in forum as I've suggested before? He seems to be online everyday. Looks like they are so busy or have a slow support because I've seen so many complaints in their twitter page as well about not getting a response, refund issues, coins not being received, etc.

Being able to receive part of the salary in BTC is a good news for bitcoin holders/supporters who are working at GMO. Good promotion as well since it can catch the interest of other employees who don't own BTC. Because Japan as the first and only country which legalized bitcoin as legal payment, no wonder a big company such as GMO introduced a new payroll system using bitcoin. But, the question is it a must for every employee? Or their employees can choose not to accept it and will stick to yuan. However, salary in bitcoin is a big deal as the price can rise and fall within minutes and it may not work for some business or people who always want to convert bitcoin asap, especially at current mempool which takes hours to confirm a transaction. Fortunately, in Japan, people can easily spend bitcoin almost in every sector of life, even to pay electricity, so it won't be a problem, I guess.
I don't think that it's a must because the term use was "option". Also, there is a minimum and maximum amount to be paid in BTC, so I assume employees could decide on how much they want in BTC.

Transactions may be delayed up to a few hours.", few hours but yours is still sending until now for 4 days. I used to play a lot there because I also thought same like you, beating the house but at the end I lost all my bitcoin deposited there. It is quite addicting and you can easily loss all you have without even noticing. No you can't beat their house edge. I lost quite a few bucks there too, but i'm recovering now haha . Amazing game, love that game Minesweeper is fun and really an addicting game. I've tried satoshimines before with a small amount, I was able to retain my balance and have the chance to play long there but in the end lose as well. Don't be carried away because you're recovering now, you're never sure until you cash out with profit.

As of now, based on https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ "The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 430 satoshis/byte". By checking your transactions, it is way too low as of the moment to be confirmed. ( You could try http://confirmtx.com/ to accelerate : Don't use if you're asked to pay for acceleration) Before, the transactions are getting confirmed not more than 24hrs even just paying the recommended fee but now it takes so much time

Is there a TXID given in the wallet that you used to send it? If yes, try checking it in the block explorer http://unblock.valorbit.com/ . If the transaction is confirmed but still showing 0 in the exchange, the problem is with them. Wait for their reply in your ticket or ask about the status of coinsmarkets val wallet here. You can send a PM to coinsmarkets account too.

Have you successfully completed your card order? If yes, I don't think that it would be the reason of your account being blocked. By any chance, did you have unsuccessful log in attempts in your account? Too many wrong attempts could lead to that result afaik.
It's a weird answer from the support if you already stated that you're not able to log in, but try to explain more about the issue since that's the only way to recover your account
No I did not get the debit card, I use my finger for access to the app and to my knowledge have never got it wrong. When you try logging in, what was the exact prompt given? Check their terms here if you have violated any of their rules, then try contacting the support again and give all the necessary information, including screenshots if you have any.

As far as I know, Eth and almost (if not all) ERC20 token wallets are in Maintenance status as of now in there. I think that's because of congested Eth network as other exchanges did the same. Avoiding this exchange is really up to you, I don't have any bad experience here so far but others have.

Isn't that strange? Sometimes you get an invalid log in else it accepts the log in, though directed to 502 error. Are you sure you've been logged in before the 502 error show? If not, try to reset your password and see if it works. PS. If you get an invalid log in, don't try too much attempt because it may lead to your account being temporarily disabled. While others are celebrating and expecting more, like you I'm thinking that the price is out of control this time. If the price could go as high as it is now in a short while, it could suddenly drop as well. What's unsure is how low it could be.
