1301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] VICTORIA VR: A Revolution in Virtual Reality for Everyone on: March 24, 2021, 11:47:51 PM
VR is still considered expensive these days. You are not the first one to introduce this concept but no one is successful yet on this venture. How are you going to make this platform affordable to the masses? I don't think VR is for everyone, because only limited people can access this technology.
1302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why we should avoid low liquidity exchanges on: March 24, 2021, 10:59:54 PM
I have experienced the same thing when im trying out to sell some shitcoins that had gained some value for sometime and made out deposits on a less known exchange

and ending up on not to make any withdrawals due to high fees which it isnt really worth to do so.This isnt literally a scam but still these kind of factors will really
affect you to do so and make us for them to be called as a shady one.

I do never trust up those low liquidity platforms out there.

You can still lessen the withdrawal fees by converting it to other alts like LTC, XRP or DOGE. And then just send it to exchange with high liquidity. Usually, the problem with small exchanges is the liquidity of the coin that you want to exchange with. So before sending your coins to them, check the performance of its market as compared to others. Don't be attracted by its high value, because the movement of their coins make take long time and you don't want waiting in vain. It is better to really trade in high liquidity platforms like binance, because you don't have to wait to execute your order.
1303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Foxdcoin [FOXD] PoW GPU Mining | Assets | No Pre-Mine/ICO/Masternodes on: March 24, 2021, 09:50:15 PM
We are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new domain name  !!! https://foxdcoin.com

Website:      https://foxdcoin.com
Explorer:      https://explorer.foxdcoin.com
Explorer_2:   https://explorer2.foxdcoin.com/

It is good to see that you are still working on this project. Without premine nor ICO, it is hard for a project to survive. By the way, do you have major activities to accomplish this year? Aside from trading purposes, what else will be your main focus for the use case of this project? Because without strong use case, would be very hard for a coin to survive.
1304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Shyft Network - A Data Attestation Layer on: March 24, 2021, 09:05:47 PM
What exactly is the role of your partners here? Like Binance, Bitfinex and Huobi. Are they listing your project on their platform? Do you have final agreement with them, or just planned exchanges? You have long list of partners already. High chance that this project will push thru if you have so many partners on board already.
This one is gonna be a big waves, I really thought at the beginning it just bullshit, but not for this one.
I try to search at least one of them, I found out that their partnership has its own purpose, we can see at https://www.binance.com/en/blog/421499824684900436/Binance-Joins-Shyft-Network-to-Launch-Global-FATF-Travel-Rule-Solution

Thanks for that link though. But the team should be more active here on the forum. Even though they already got some big names here, they still need the support of the community. Because in the end, they will be the one using their platform for the services that they will offer. Looking forward also what financial institutions, healthcare providers, telecoms or government service providers will utilize their system. The more institutions that they can get, the better for the expansion of their services. And that means, it will drive the price in the market if more organizations will deploy their network.

1305  Economy / Economics / Re: Dorsey to donate his 1st Tweet benefits to charity on: March 23, 2021, 11:56:53 PM
Following on my previous post on the auction of a NFT, Dorsey has decided to donate all the money for income support across a number of cities.
Quote
Twitter boss Jack Dorsey has donated $15m (£11.2m) to fund universal basic income programmes in the US. The donation, his second in support of the initiative, will help cities send cheques to more than 1,500 families.

While I am not surprised (why would Dorsey try to make money in such a way for himself?), and I am sure it will help many families, I find contradictory that the managers of companies that scrap the las bit of the tax law and setup complex structures in fiscal heavens, then decide to "give back" in such a publicly notorious way. It is just and exercise of PR and it is lame.

That's quite a gesture from Dorsey himself. I was earlier wondering why he will make and pocket made from NFT of his first tweet. After seeing this, i can relate that he did what he did for a just course.

A cheap strategy to get the attention of the public. Why I say cheap? Because they are not spending any penny here to help others, because he will just use the funds raised to help others without spending his own money. But that's fine, as long as he is helping some communities or families via his initiatives. Just make more money in order to give it to others. Guess, there will be a lot of personalities that will follow his footsteps.

Are there users of their app from the forum? What I am worried about this kind of app, is they will know your shopping behavior and the likes and other vital data. Now, there is a possibility that they will sell that data to companies that need this kind of info. So how safe is your info with them? Just throwing random thoughts here.

when can tokens on the reflex network be traded on the exchange? and how do you plan to create a USD1 token to become a truly stable coin, because I see the price on tokpie is very low as expected and has a low trade

Does it mean that they can't stabilize their value at supposedly $1? So this kind of stable coin which is not pegged to real USD assets, shows that the algo can't help with them in attaining their target value of $1. Maybe, I am missing something, but it seems that they are having hard time here for this project to achieve their main objective of getting its price to $1. Let alone finding a good exchange for this stablecoin.
1308  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading your strategy on DEMO is a waste of time on: March 22, 2021, 11:29:43 PM
Everyone's reasons are different. Of course trying demo trading for beginners doesn't hurt, it's good to know how you do your trading strategy. But for newbie
traders who want to trade directly on the market, can try  with  a small capital first, maybe  it  can  be with $ 10. Of course with  $10 it  should  brave  to  lose
because there is no trade for beginners who directly earn. Earn from trading only for those who already trade a lot with a lot of experience.

Yes, everyone has their own story and own way of handling things. Some want to directly experience the market, but they need to remind themselves, that the money he will use may lose in the process. But if he doesn't want to take the risk of real money, he can always check the demo trading first. But he needs to remember, that even if he did the demo trading, he is still subject to losing in actual trade. The environment in actual trading is different especially if you are dealing with different coins.
1309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk name once again used to fool people by hackers! on: March 22, 2021, 10:56:06 PM
The important thing about this news is to know that no matter how easy it was for these people to "fall" into fraud, one must always be alert, trust and believe that this happens to others is the cause of fraud that is only waiting for carelessness. The dissemination of this type of news sometimes helps a lot to spread the prevention so as not to fall into such classic scams.

People will always try to join these type of free give-aways for the hope that they will get something out of it. You can't blame them as they are desperate to get a hold of money. However, with such carelessness, instead of getting something, they will be screwed by these scammers. People should orient themselves with this type of scam. Nothing good will come out of it.
1310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's with the NFT hype? on: March 22, 2021, 09:56:31 PM
Still don't get why some people place so much importance on nft, I saw a tweet from cz about a guy who claim he don't own a house nor a car yet throw around $69 million to buy an NFT art,   still trying to figure out point behind such inappropriate spending,  just sounds plain stupid to me.
They consider NFT as another type of investment that will cost them a lot of money too. The hype is real on those digital arts and we cannot stop it unless we start to see that the hype goes down.
Its effect is taking longer and eventually we will see people who are into it going to stop and go back to the traditional style of investing into crypto by buying bitcoin and other top alt coins.

And the worst thing that may happen here is that the NFT art that he bought will not be as valuable as he is expected it to be in the future. So for those who are thinking to buy NFT item, make sure that it has worth in your life, where no matter what, you know for sure, that it will peg a good market price in the future. Because once everybody is playing on this NFT scene, the original value may lose. Everyone should be smart by now in terms of hype. Don't be screwed by hype. Save yourself from bankruptcy.
1311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][IEO] MY IDENTITY COIN 🚀 IMMEDIATE LIQUIDITY🚀 NO LOCK-IN PERIOD on: March 21, 2021, 11:32:02 PM
I think they again failed to deliver. Earlier they moved their big announcement date to 15 of March and now they say next week.
How long one can keep fooling the community.
Luckily I didn't invest in this project
indeed the community is waiting for updates from the team. I hope there will be no more delays.
There should be no more delay or the team will bet on the its credibility among the investors who have put their money on the myid.

I do agree with someone above me if there should not be a self-claim when it is not yet happening. Talk less and do more. That should be the best words to explain if the team will be able to listing Myid into the good exchange site and just announces it after it gets confirmed.

It is better to have a lil bit delay of activities, rather than not happening at all. It is understandable that sometimes there are factors that you can't control of. So maybe, the team should just inform the community with sure accomplishments of tasks. People are impatient with things.  Wink
1312  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Crex24 dont funds my coins on: March 21, 2021, 10:23:27 PM
Hi, Same thing happened to me.  It's been more then 72 hours but I still didn't receive my coins (BNB). I contact the support and send them everything they asked for. I double checked everything and it's 100% accurate. Then they stop replying.
Unfortunately that's the last time you will see your money. Next time it would be good practice to look up and heed the warnings before thinking of using such shit trading platforms.

I don't know why are they doing this but right now I'm not feeling ok to trade with them.
It's because they are scamming you, so they don't care if you lose or not

With that amount of money, why trust crex when there is binance? I don't understand why some traders still trust exchanges with history of fraud. Now, what the OP can do is to be persistent on their customer support. Otherwise, he can be loud to inform this scam activity like posting in social media channel with proofs. This should be stop so they can't victimize anymore.
1313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ⭐️⭐️⭐️ [MYC] MYTEAMCOIN - A Digital Ecosystem for Sport Industry ⭐️⭐️⭐️ on: March 21, 2021, 09:33:45 PM
Just to change topic here. Is this project similar to what chiliz is doing?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4515876.0

Under this chiliz is the socios project - https://www.socios.com/, where they have a lot of sports leagues already in place. If you can check their site, they already got a lot of biggest clubs out there with their specific tokens. So do you think you can also get some of these sports elites to create their token on your platform?
1314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] 🔥PUBECOIN (PUBE)🔥 - Digitizing Humanity's Desire to Pay With Pubes on: March 21, 2021, 09:00:20 PM
I'm sorry, but aren't your project itself can be considered as "too good to be true" if we refer to your own statement that "the concept of using pubes as a currency was already known for mankind for centuries" which nicely sat next to the dialog bubble of "awesome! Glad to hear it's possible now"? Were you contradicting yourself?

I'd also like to know the source of statements (certainly it is academic based research, right?) that the concept of using pubes (which I am sure the pubes here are referring to human genitalia hair, from the innuendos thrown here and there across the opening post) were known for centuries as human's desire to be able to pay something with.

I was referring to the humorous desire of 'paying with pubes' instead of cash which is surprisingly present in every culture. The concept of our project is simple and definitely NOT too good to be true compared to other projects you probably invested yourself in the past, promising to create a 'cutting edge product' or the 'next generation something' yet they failed to deliver and the project itself dwindled to nothing. What we offer is not a state-of-the-art product but a simple concept, that with the right viral marketing strategies, will gain popularity and recognition through the mainstream users. Think about Dogecoin, how a meme/parody project suddenly spread like wildfire in social media.

Do you think you can imitate the path of doge? Not all projects can actually follow its footsteps. What do you think will be your major technique here to spread the usage of your coin? What is your advantage that will make people be comfortable using your coin as payment method?
1315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BITGESELL - Store of value (Burn rate is 90% of tx fees) #realstoreofvalue on: March 20, 2021, 11:34:15 PM

Theoretically, after a halving, over time, the price of a coin can rise in value. Should BGL be viewed as a store of value similar to Bitcoin, or is it created for what else?  Is there a link to a roadmap?

Only 21M total supply, one good exchange will send the price to mars. Investors should hold it as a store of value.

But aside from the potential listing to another exchange, what is the major target this year for BGL to accomplish? Because looking at the current exchange, they haven't improved much. Maybe they need to offer a specific service or product that can entice crypto users. And I think, a lot of crypto users don't even know that BGL exists. We will see if there will be a change in price before and after the halving date, a week from now.
1316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Has Bitcoin.com stopped presenting Bitcoin Cash as the real Bitcoin? on: March 20, 2021, 10:21:32 PM
BCH hasn't been noticeable during this bull run and for them to cope up with the bull run, if someone is really interested in bitcoin, they don't have to do the trick.

And just like any other company that rides the bull run which is favorable for bitcoin, they have to do it on their own for them to still be on the line. No one would want to buy BCH at these times that doesn't have seen significant pump unlike the other altcoins and bitcoin.

They're no longer the first-go to by the newbies. If a newbie wants to buy bitcoin, they're likely going to Binance or Coinbase instead of their website.

They realized that their dirty technique needs to be changed, because no matter what, people are looking first for bitcoin and not their bitcoin cash. It is about time to be honest. Because if in case people will give them bad review because of their deception, they will lose customers. And so the repercussion is still on them. People are not dumb anymore, they already learn their lessons because of so many scam sites. No matter what they do, they are just forked from bitcoin. And people are mostly after for bitcoin these days.
1317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DYNARIAN coin - DYN on: March 20, 2021, 04:43:44 PM
How can you contribute in the advancement of cryptocurrency era? Because let us say, this is just another alt. What do you think will be your major contribution to the crypto community that no other alt has offered yet? We already have thousands of alts, and yet only few of them matters. Do you think you can make your coin valuable with all the other competing alts out there?
1318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter hackers pleads guilty and agree to a 3 year in prison on: March 20, 2021, 04:45:40 AM
The punishment is fair in my opinion, if he returns the money that'd be even better. The effect of being imprisoned could already destroy his life aswell since it's gonna be hard for him to build his career.  hopefully it somehow scare off any hackers from doing any such criminal activities more specifically those from 1st world countries since they are more likely to get caught seeing a more strict and "real" law enforcement.

If he will not return the money, he will more than likely use those stolen funds after he gets out. Who knows, he already transferred it to a secure place where he will be the only one who can get access to.

The amount of BTC that he gained from this hack would be worth over half a million dollars so this is not such a terrible deal but I still don't think he should do any prison time at all. Nobody forced users to send him their bitcoins and it was Twitters fault that they didn't have adequate security.
So do you think websites offering ponzi scheme or project offering unrealistic gains is not scam also? Because it's only a words and promising, they didn't forcing anyone to send him Bitcoin too. You're wrong then.

Hacking someone twitter accounts is already violations, why the hell someone need to use someone account when you can use your personal account? As you know many peoples is trusting official account, that's why some user send their Bitcoin to them without worried... because they're believing.

Yes, these MLM or ponzi schemes also need to be punished. However, if there will be no individuals or groups that will push thru the case, they can just run away freely. This is why most ponzi schemes can get away because very few individuals can dedicate their resources of running after to these scammers.
1319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FLOW - blockchain for open worlds - by Dapper Labs on: March 19, 2021, 11:40:57 PM
FLOW now at $40

I don't think anything can stop it to blast through $100 in the coming months.
It was boncing back again to the $30 and i think that there will be another correction will come for flow consider The participants of token sale will able to send some of their tokens.
As far as i know the vesting period will be starting to be unlocked as it already surpassed the vesting period.

NFT market is so crazy right now dude

This project has a lot of potential to grow. They manage to be in the top 100 at very short period of time. The $50 is not hard to achieve in my opinion. This is one good project to consider. Once binance picked up this project, that will be a good boost on their value. But wonder, from the list of community, Binance logo is already on their list. So it will not be long, flow will be in binance exchange also.
1320  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto trading signal work or not? on: March 19, 2021, 11:04:01 PM
The Crypto signal will never work 100%.
Actually, if you are really going to join a certain crypto signals, ensure that it is really legit and not a scam. Nowadays, there are so many scams about this, depositing or paying for the services to get crypto signal ad then there is no signal or even the signal doesn't work.
This should be more and more careful when choosing the crypto signal.

honestly, I also join the crypto signal, for a group in my country and mostly members I also know them. I use their signal to compare with my own analysis (because I am not good enough for TA), so it becomes one of the consideration nd part of my analysis. And mostly their signal can work (but not always all are accruate). Soem of them are not accurate but still can be controlled well. They always make discalmer about this that there is no signal that is 100% accurate.

So if you find out the group that guarantee 100% work, you should be careful of it.

Or try joining those free crypto signal groups first. To see how they do things and to have an idea if that will work for you. Joining paid signal groups is not advisable by many people here. For one, they will just rekt your money for fees, and then, later on, you will realize that instead of earning profits, you will lose money. Better learn the ropes on your own. Trade small and see how you can improve your trading skills. Also, when it comes to cryptocurrencies, there is no defined strategy here. Especially if you encounter pump and dump coin. Your TA knowledge and trading skills will not matter on this type of coin. But the more you know about the coin, the better for you to get insights on what may possibly happen to their market.
