I trust bitcoin over banks is simply because the profitability in bitcoin is very high and a lot of investors already gained lots of profit in investing in bitcoin. While in bank our money will just sleep there and will not earn as much as we earn in investing bitcoin and other crypto currencies.
I also trust bitcoin because from bitcoin, I can make a profit. although the profit is not bigger, I am happy to earn bitcoin. so far, besides earning more bitcoin, I can also earn from another coin so if I exchange my bitcoin, I can take big money. I don't have good experience with the banks because, in every month, I think I need to pay the monthly fee and if I compare the fee and the profit from the banks, it still bigger the fee so I think my money is reduced slowly. |

Why should you not invest in bitcoins, cryptocurrencies?
Is there any valid reason to stay away from cryptocurrencies?
I think it is good to have some discussion here for our kind information.
if that person cannot accept new technologies and only worried about being a scam then he doesn't have to invest in cryptocurrencies and other investing programs. the decisions to join or not in cryptocurrencies is different and we don't know what is their reason. but for me, why should I am not invested in bitcoin/cryptocurrencies if bitcoin/cryptocurrencies can help me to earn some money for everyday. |

What if all the rich people come together and buy most of the BITCOINS can this lead to the control of power again in the hands of few.
the businessman can be the owner of the bitcoin market and if they do this, they can control the price but I don't think that they can because the market does not depend on them. the market is work because buy and order and even they have the power to control, they still difficult to do this, because bitcoin user is not just them. many of bitcoin user don't want to be controlled by some people or some groups. |

you can join all airdrops if you want but you can not make a profit from all airdrops because there are too many airdrops and not all airdrop can get the highest price. but you can save those airdrops until the price increases so you can sell the airdrops to reach your profit. there will be more airdrops will launch in this year and next year and you can prepare to join all of them. |

For me maybe this is crash is normal. And also it always happened which is when bitcoin Fall soon it will recover or It will surpasS again Like what happened in the first week of November. Bitcoin suddenly fall then after 3 to 4 days bitcoin value surpass 10k. Maybe this scenario is a correction which is Maybe it gaining some strength to surge again
I think we should not consider it as a crash. it is just a correction. yes, yesterday is just a correction like what we see in the past and now the price is moving higher and I think it will reach higher soon. but yes, the price is dropped too deep and maybe it makes people get panic and selling their bitcoin but this is the opportunity for people which waiting the price is down so they can buy bitcoin with low price. now with the price increases, people can sell their bitcoin to make a nice profit. |

investing in bitcoin is always a good choice for us especially if bitcoin price is down like yesterday because after we bought, we only need to wait for the price increases back. but don't forget, today we can invest our money to altcoin too because altcoin has big potential to increase again after bitcoin get down and I am sure that altcoin price can move up again. No one is forcing him, i think he should rather join the race early to benefit from this opportunity rather than to say he's out. it is up to him, but for me, I will take the benefit while I can and I can use the opportunity to take the risk. it is the personal option to still trade or not and other people can not force getting out from the trade. I think we should know the risk first before we make a decision so we don't regret in the future. if you want to try with $1 then you need to move your balance into bittrex. on that site, you can find many coins which will give you some flash pump. with flash pump, you can make double your balance but be careful, the flash pump happen for random coins so you need to watch out for every coin. if you can invest more your money, for example, $100 then I think you can have much amount and you can buy several coins.

you have a good list and you need to wait until bitcoin price is stopping at a stable price so the altcoin will increase. but for another altcoin, I see the price is not getting affect from bitcoin price and some of the altcoins is trying to increase too. bitcoin cash still trying to back increase and neo is followed behind the bitcoin cash. golem and bancor are waiting a good moment to increase back so I think, you need to be patient for a while. |

I know most of you agree that China was behind the drop of price to $3500, then now its $10k..Did the Chinese gov just triple their money while we are watching as suckers?

I'm currently investigating how to stay under the radar with regards to the profits made from crypto.
So, let's say we made millions, how do you get some of the money back to fiat,but without making waves with the government.
Added, I stay in a corrupt country where large scale government corruption is the norm.

you can exchange your bitcoin amount into fiat but you don't have to exchange the biggest amount because it will make the government smell your money and will investigate where the money come from. you can do this at least once or twice in a month or for weekly so they don't suspect that you make corruption too like others. you can stay under the radar with this way and you can still enjoy the money you've got from bitcoin. |

Governments will not be able to shutdown bitcoins since there are so many people who already invest in this coins and it is not possible for them to remove this currency in this country because a lot of complain will come.
although the government cannot be able to shutdown bitcoin, they can ban bitcoin so people can not use bitcoin anymore. but people will search a new way to still connected with bitcoin and this will like to be a drama on the tv. with the price now that almost reach $10,000 I wonder what the government will react about this and I hope that finally, the government will give their permission to people to still used bitcoin and the government will approve bitcoin for us. |

I have 12 Bitcoins. I am not a whale. I started about 6 months ago with 0.01 Bitcoins and $1000. I turned it into 12 Bitcoins so far and am pretty proud to say the least.
My question is, what do I do now?
As far as I can see, I have 4 options;
1) Hold the Bitcoin
2) Invest in altcoins and leave a little in Bitcoin
3) Fund a project and start my own cryptocurrency that solves a problem that current currencies face (scalability, Tx fees etc.). With the funds, I would be able to assemble a team, start a marketing campaign, get listed on exchanges etc. I am also a programmer which helps.
4) Convert it to fiat (probably the dumbest idea)
Edit: I should also add, I dropped out of school and have all the time in the world so can fully commit to any idea. I will earn my living of cryptocurrencies.
A few people have asked how I made my money so, if you are interested, here is a short summary:
Initially, I put it all into Bitcoin during the massive FUD of the fork around June when Bitcoin dipped to $1,900. Then I put half my money into NEO before all of the hype at around $12 and cashed out at $40. Then I invested in a couple ICO's and turned a pretty good profit of off the hype. After that, I got back in on NEO as soon as China announced the regulations regarding ICO's and rode the wave back from around $20 to $40 (I can't quite remember). Then, I rode the hype of Ethereum Dark, eBitcoin and a few other airdrop scams (after bribing a few of the devs, I got massive discounts in comparison to market prices and drove the volume up on their respective markets to get them listed on coinmarketcap which catapulted their price). Finally, I got in on Wincoin before it got to coinmarketcap and turned a 20x profit.
option 1 is a good choice and you can try with option 2 which is invested in altcoins. you can invest again in ico like you did but always research before you buy the tokens. I see bitcoin price can increase more in short term so you can make another profit again. but I don't think that convert it to fiat is the dumbest idea because you still need the money to buy something in your real life. |

Good day everyone.I sold all my altcoins and btc for fiat and i have 2800$ at the moment.
My question is : Is it worth investing for 2-3 months in 2-3 altcoins or i better split my money and use like 1400$ for intraday trading top volume coins for small profits?
If investing i am thinking:Neo,OMG,Lisk but no idea what will happen right now to the price due to bitcoins rise.In case BTC crashes it will grab the alts down with it as it happened from 5k to 3k.
Would be glad to hear opinions.
of course, it is worth to invest for 2-3 months in 2-3 altcoins because we never know when the price will increase and if we have 2-3 potential altcoins then we can wait the price is increase back. if you have $2800 then you need to buy bitcoin for a half ($1400) and save it into your other wallet and you can use the other to buy neo, omg, lisk but I guess you need to wait until the price is down again so you can buy at cheap price. but if you want to buy right now, then its not a problem and you can wait until the price increases again. |

strat will increase soon after they find a good moment to move up so the price can jump like before. the project has the potential to increase and I think its good if we make strat as our long term investment besides another coin. many people still holding their coin and expecting that in next year, the price will increase.
