Bitcoin has been at the centre of the cryptocurrency craze as its value has risen more than 12-fold in 2017 but it has fast rising rivals which have significantly outperformed it. What's your opinion about the future of bitcoin, where will it stand in the coming year.
in my opinion, bitcoin has a bright future as we know, many people now become addicted to bitcoin and they want to have much of bitcoin even if the price is too expensive for them. they know that bitcoin is one of the best investment that they can have and while the bitcoin price is not too expensive, they think that they should buy bitcoin right now and sell when the price increase high. What is your opinion on the future bitcoin, where will it be next year?

no one will know how far we can go in the cryptocurrency because there is no exact number we can go. I think that number will increase more and more in the future with so many new people getting involved in the cryptocurrency. maybe it will increase high in the future because we have a big chance to see cryptocurrency become famous and cryptocurrency to be used in all country. we are in the right way to see the number is increasing so I think we can follow the cryptocurrency journey while we can make money too. |

If the community rejects the decentralized system ripplce can be coin of the future.

I don't think that the community rejects the decentralized because so far, people like the decentralized system and they like to manage their own finances without other people interfere what they did. actually, I don't think that ripple is the currency of the future because there are many things that ripple needs to prepare and I think many people or groups that need to approve ripple to be one of the currency in online or offline. |

They have to add some features which makes Waves efficient as Ethereum, and then its better scalability will make the difference. But until then, we will lag behind...
I am sure that soon the waves dev and team will add some features that will make waves more efficient than before. If you have provided your emails and passwords to your heir or spouse they can access or otherwise they will end up in the blockchain with your private key forever That's why you need to share everything about your Bitcoin specially to your partner. Cause you can never tell what will happen. It better to be prepare than nothing, so that if ever bad happen at least theirs someone who can manage your Bitcoin. without telling other people that we have bitcoin, no matter how much the amount, that bitcoin cannot be used by anyone and will still bury with the wallet. but for myself, I will tell my family that I have bitcoin and I will give to them and tell the information to them about how to use bitcoin so they can continue what I did and they can have a better life in the future. gladly, some of my family know that I am involved in bitcoin and they support me and they have their own bitcoin so if something happens to me, I guess they will know what they supposed to do. |

bitcoin price is know over $11714.95 and growing, share your knowledge/memory of the first time you know of the value of bitcoin was. My first time knowing bitcoin it was valued at $200+.  Really now remember but i start and use it when price over 2,000$ and less than 4,000$. first time was before or after china ban and first bitcoin i get was 5$ of bitcoins. that is good for you because at that time, you can buy bitcoin at a cheap price. I cannot imagine how people feel if they bought bitcoin over $15k or even over $17k yesterday and the price suddenly dropped too far until $12k. I hope that still keep your bitcoin at $5 and you have much of bitcoin because the price is too cheap and everybody actually can spend $5 to buy a lot of bitcoin and unfortunately, they didn't buy at all and when the price increase, they are starting to buy. |

I hope for every people which knew bitcoin in under $1000 could buy bitcoin as much as they can so now, they can sell some part of their bitcoin to get their money back and they still have another bitcoin to continue their work. but for people which buying bitcoin in above $5000 or even in more than $10k, then I suggest to them to wait and don't sell their bitcoin if the price is not more than $15k so they can make a big profit. but if they decide to sell their bitcoin at the price now, I think they can do scalping trade to increase their money and their bitcoin too.

holding is good especially if we are holding bitcoin but altcoin can be a good idea to hold if we can buy at lower price. but sometimes we are too greedy when we see the price is increase fast and we are not selling because we want bigger profit. if we do this, then i think our chance will loss so we can not sell to make profit. but if we don't want to be worried for holding altcoin then i can suggest to you to sell it right away if the price is increase so you can get your money back plus your profit.
The value of bitcoin and other cryto currencies are unpredictable, you should always monitor its value from time to time. Some of it may increase and some of them will decrease. Absolutely correct, sometimes our greediness may lead to the loss of our chances to have a good profit. We we're trying to wait its value getting high, if you feel its value is quite enough its time to sell it as soon as possible. In order to overcome some of fears in holding be contented if you feel its a right time to sell to have a good profit. I believed that there is another chances to gain more profits from other crypto currencies which you try to hold. There is nothing we can deny about that all of us actually have a fear of losing their money once they get into any kind of business. This fear can only be overcome if you can manage to take control over your nerves and that too at the hard times especially. You need to make yourself understand this thing that there is nothing good than that of holding and if you will hold your bitcoins, you’ll be rich one day. Trading is the second name of risk and those who are risk taker then it means he has no fear of lose. So if you want to overcome the fear of hold then you need to improve your risk taking quality and other suggestion is that you need to learn from your mistakes not losing your confidence. but if you have skills in trading, you can prevent the risk so you can make a profit in trading. You can only know it's a bubble when it's over  IMO BTC won't crash like some people hope it would. But only if the community (LEADERS  ) find consense. You have BTC pairs on every exchange. What would people use a reference? Sure there are alternatives in the top ten. we have time to buy bitcoin before the price increase again and this time, I am not sure the price will stop at the highest price yesterday and my feeling, the price will make the new highest price. we have to see the correction price yesterday and although its crash too far, it seems the price now wants to get up again and I think soon the price will break more than $15k and then there is correction again before it increases higher.

As far as I know there's a trading company that have been hacked which affected a lot of bitcoin volume. Bitcoin is not yet dead, you knew it. It is unstable. Yet, there's still a huge possibility that it will be back next year kicking the market again.
I think such people will never succeed in their tricks, because the people still believe bitcoin the most and if there is decrease in the price in these days it is for the time being and after Christmas we will see raise in the price. Then nobody will sell their bitcoin. I think many people are selling their bitcoins for Christmas shopping and that’s why the price is falling down. Bitcoin death means it is finished but it is there in the market. the price will be increasing soon and yesterday people selling their bitcoin because they want to celebrate their profit that is happening in the new years. yesterday I make withdraw too because I really need this money to make some gathering with my friends and we talk much about bitcoin. we have a discussion about bitcoin and all of them including me is agreed that bitcoin is not dead, the price is only down and makes correction price so the price could increase higher than we could see. |

cryptopia is safe for me and I think for every people which trade on that site. although cryptopia is a small exchange, I think cryptopia is one of the safe and legit sites and you can trade with safety. but you need to activate the security to make your account more safety and you can avoid getting hack. personally, I don't any bad experience while I trade on that site and I still make a profit although it is not too big, I am happy to see that I can make another profit.

bitcoin and ethereum is good for long term. I think ethereum is more safer than bitcoin becuase the price quite stable and other altcoin like ripple, neo is also good for longterm.
I think bitcoin is safer than ethereum although bitcoin price is too volatile, at least if bitcoin price jump, then the price will increase so high. but ethereum could be our investment for a long term if we can get the lower price because if ethereum is increase, then the price will be high too. the other altcoin is good too and maybe you can analyze xvg, ripple, waves, xem if you like so you can have another option for a long term. |

I think altcoin will have the time to become popular in this year because we have new goals that every dev and teams want to reach and I am sure that they will make it through. I think every altcoin have the same opportunity to go increase but somehow only the strong coin with good support that will really increase and reach the highest price. Regarding on the line you have posted i do really have the same presumptions among those coins which it would really give a bang on this new year 2018. We cant be sure but regarding and seeing its recent progress does signifies that it do have the potential to rise up even more. This is a new year and there would really be 365 days to see on what would cryptoworld would show us this is why the most important thing is to ride up with the waves if we do really like to earn up some decent profits. With the rising price of bitcoin in 2017, bitcoin is becoming a new asset class and some countries are treating bitcoin and other crypto coins as asset for tax reporting purpose. So crypto currency is more of an asset than currency.
I think cryptocurrency is an asset too and we are not going to see cryptocurrency as currency in short of time. but if there is any good news from the government and they are supporting cryptocurrency, then I think we have the opportunity to see cryptocurrency as a new currency. but some of the government say that people should take their risk if they decide to involve in cryptocurrency and they should know how to prevent if the bad thing comes. |

And for all we know, it is not only newbies that are investing in Bitcoins. The largest investors in crypto are putting their money in Bitcoin as well. Why they are concentrating only Bitcoin means the price of the bitcoin went too high. suppose if ETH or BCH will also cross $10k then they will start talking about these coins. and except bitcoin users, other people know only Bitcoin name if you tell them altcoins they will ask what is altcoins. That means they think digital currency means only Bitcoin. because most of the people only know that bitcoin equal to the price without they know the other benefits from bitcoin. I think this will the same thing if eth or bch cross more than $10k. people will only know that coin is about the price and I think they need to learn more about cryptocurrency. but for me, I think it is enough if they thinking like that and we cannot force them to learn more about cryptocurrency and let them know that crypto is just only the matter of price. |
