I am from india and there is no restriction in using bitcoins at all .well government has strictly said that bitcoins should not be used for any illegal activities and bitcoins is very volatile in nature and to be very careful while investing them in it .give the right amount of taxes when exceeding ur limit of exchanging with them .

But that does not usually happen at the beginning of the game. that could only happen if a person is already winning when you join a table. So if you are afraid to go against someone who have large amount of chips, choose a table who has started playing. the only thing I know about your concern is you can try Poloniex exchange, as far as I know they have service like yours where you can buy or sell you bitcoin, or you can also try locabitcoins. poloniex is a good solution for us to sell our bitcoin but poloniex can not selling bitcoin for paypal and it is not a market that allow us to do this. i think maybe OP need to find another solution and the best solution is you can use localbitcoin like other members said or maybe you want to make a deal with members on here but you need to find that person that have good reputation and very trusted sellers so you don't have to be worried about getting scam. the other solution is maybe you can asked your friends that have bitcoin and have money inside your friends paypal accounts to bought your bitcoin and he can send his money from his paypal to your paypal account but you need to be careful for this. |

This is an alarming news because this is will be one of the cause of bitcoin to fall from its peak because of high and more expensive fees if the developers or team behind bitcoin will not reduce then this threat will be stronger and somehow the time will come that we can't handle too much expensive fees and we don't have a choice but to migrate to another coin.
maybe in future if the conditions is not change, we can see that the fee is increase more high so there is need to be fix from the developer and the teams and the fees can be back to normal again. the fees for transaction is really makes us to thinking twice before we want to send our bitcoin and i think it is better to use normal fees or maybe little high than normal fees so we don't have to wait too long to be seen in the network and we can get confirmed in short time. |

Personally I'm now less prone to do a btc transaction since the fee market has exploded and blockstream/sidechains aren't really available currently. I was enjoying speding btc with sites like humblebundle, but currently is really a pain. It's just me or you are on the same boat?
yes i think that we are in the same boat and i realize its really a pain but i think for spending bitcoin, the fees its not take too much than before although there is an increase amount but its fine to send bitcoin with that amount. actually, the fees can help us to gets fast confirmed on the network but maybe its on my mind and i can be wrong for this. but so far, i still spending my bitcoin to pay something that i should too to fill what i need to buy for my offline real so i am doing this over and over for weeks and i don't think too much about the fees unless in future, the fees is increase more high than now. |

if that sites is new to you and you don't know anything about the site then my suggestion is better you don't use it because you don't know the site is legit or not and from what you read on here, i see that hexpay its not give guarantee and do not escrow payments, so you can stay away from the sites and you can find another person that want to sell amazon gift card. i think you can find it in another site if you only want to buy amazon gift card or maybe you can found it in here as i remember there is a person that selling amazon gift card, maybe you can contact the seller and make a deal with that person. |
