I think for beginner trading will be more safe trading in altcoin which already have big marketcap and high volume and listed in top 20 ranking coinmarketcap and have good in fundamentals, these coins are: BTC, ETH, DASH, LTC, XMR, WAVES. Trading in these coins will be less risk than other coins because i believe these coins will be huge in the future. If we are patient and not greedy in taking profit, for target profit of 20% -30% per month is not a difficult thing.

The most important thing to analyzing ICO by knowing  detail the profile of its founder team, and the 2nd is to understand aim and what problem will be solved of the project. To understand it we can read in their whitepaper. And also look for other reviews on other forums,news site and youtube channel, like github, cointelegraph etc.

My trading style is swing trading, that is by buying coin and selling it later after 1 or 2 month. But before buying coin I learned first  that coin in good fundamentally and carefully to choose it, then i hold for few month. I choose swing trading because i do not have full time to analyse the market .The profit that we get can be very high up to 5-10 times if that coin good in fundamentally.

I think yes, because fundamentally of ETH is good, it can be seen from a solid team of founders and the project also has a great goal to develop blockchain technology.
