Yes cumulative (but note that bonus doesn't count toward tier rewards) only pure exchanges so if your exchange is cumulative of at least 10 BTC total you'd be eligible for tier 1 reward doesn't matter if you get in on the first day and some on the last day to get to that point (just use the same account).

You should create a wallet at https://login.lisk.io and create your personal one and withdraw from Poloniex and after we start you can login and use it and not relay on Poloniex. Yes you can join even if you won first one.

LISK accepted in our TEC is capped at 22 million, meaning if that goal is met we won't accept anymore LISK so the only way to get in after that would be with bitcoins or alts (via ShapeShift).

No problem - I think 120% bonus on LISK on first day is enough to get involved if you find our project perspective and interesting .

ARK doesn't want to become just another "trading" coin, but wants to develop ACTUAL usable working use cases (services) of our own (not relaying and waiting that someone else will do it) which would generate revenue streams and give ARK the opportunity to grow even further and wander in different niches.

Look at Tesla (Elon Musk) for instance he didn't just stop at making cars, look where he is now that isn't because of cars that is because he was daring, had a vision and wandered in different niches (SpaceX, PowerWall, SolarCity, PayPal,  ...) - these are all additional revenue streams and provide business diversification even if SpaceX for instance would fail (hope it doesn't since its awesome project ) he still has other businesses and revenue streams.

What a major of current alts fail in is to get out of the box and get out of comfortable zone - we want to be different. First and foremost develop stable, secure, fast core and on top of that build businesses (services) of our own that will not just benefit ARK users, but whole cryptoworld.

On your other question - yes you can send them from exchanges (each ARK-TEC participant will have unique deposit addresses), but you must know exchanges have daily limits, their wallet nodes get stuck, ... so you should adapt accordingly.

Thank you for your support! We cannot speculate on markets nor we want to, but what we can tell you is that the LISK that will be exchanged in our TEC will be a long-term hold, meaning that a lot less on the market.

Testnet will be released in the course of TEC so you'll have time to test, adapt and feel it out - thanks for your interest!

You are not trolling at all, valid questions.

Only Max can answer you on his feelings towards ARK. We are supporting LISK, else we wouldn't be accepting it in our TEC and I personally think LISK still has a tremendous potential to grow, but its up to its team to take it to the next level development-wise. LISK is still a fairly young tech and it takes some time to develop it properly and get a more wider recognition outside the crypto sphere.

Its up to everyone who will participate in ARK-TEC to do his own research and see what we are trying accomplish - we are not competing with LISK since we are going a different route and target different markets.
