Before bitcoin is more of currency, that's why we call it cryptocurrency right? It all started there but we are just good in using things for different purposes and bitcoin now is more considerable as an asset, as an investment and this makes everyone to invest more on it that adds the market cap. Ver really wants to push his support to bitcoin cash but against the bitcoin community he might affect the price but will never permanently pull it down.

I still hold my free coin (BCH) but I won't say that it is the king. Maybe it does have something to do with and I'm thinking about xapo, I'm currently using blockchain.info and you know what the lowest sats per byte that I paid is only 15 sats. They are working on it and seems that many miners are now back to mine bitcoin.
