13201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now its India's turn.Indian Supreme court asks government to regulate bitcoin on: November 21, 2017, 09:30:28 PM
They have to do it, India is one of the biggest country in the world and it's also like a sleeping giant. Regulations are expected to come since people who are scamming will use bitcoin or crypto currency for their bad intentions. And another thing is that bitcoin can be a good source of hidden wealth and profit, so they just want it to regulate and in the end bitcoin will be taxable.
13202  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Speed up Bitcoin Transactions with this Simple Tool! on: November 21, 2017, 09:24:05 PM
As others warned you here already it's better not to download from whomever here in forum. It's not recommend to download anything and besides transaction accelerators doesn't need any download because you can just simply use a web browser with it. I don't know if people who are offering acceleration for transactions for free are using free software but it's better to be safe, don't download.
13203  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will increase to $100,000 says expert on: November 21, 2017, 02:48:35 PM
Still a very high speculation, I won't see any reason for now that we'll be on that price soon. But if ever we'll be reaching half of it then I'll have the confidence that it's possible very soon. Don't get too far, get close always to the possible price and pump of bitcoin. Don't be excited with the quick increase of bitcoin, just go with the flow who knows one day we'll be there.
13204  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Ebay/Paypal's ridiculous fees on: November 21, 2017, 09:37:01 AM
wow is it true? the fee is greater than bitcoin fee right now, hahaha i think the bitcoin fee is highest, but paypal and ebay have a biggest fee, its around 14%? i dont know the ebay works because i never buy online in ebay, but if the service is good i think 14% fee is comparable
Bitcoin isn't high for now but before when it is on a war against bitcoin cash the price decreases but the fees are very high. But now it is good and cheap again just customize your fees as the recommended fee is quite high for low transactions up to $5.
13205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have inside info about a college b-ball game tomorrow... would YOU post it?! on: November 21, 2017, 08:15:35 AM
I was late in action on checking out the gambling discussion section. Quarrels do really affect the whole team and you have a nice insider out there and if that will  be the factors that your insider will give theres no match fixing. You have a nice shot for maxing with this game.
13206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About Bitconnect? on: November 21, 2017, 06:54:53 AM
Most of you here still doesn't know that bitconnect is a real ponzi scheme. They are using the "cryptocurrencies" and hiding their main intents for their scam. And you guys should be aware of this news about bitconnect https://thenextweb.com/hardfork/2017/11/13/bitcoin-bitconnect-uk-ponzi-investment/

Thanks for the replies fam. Made up my mind. Appreciate all your advices.

That's great, you can still choose for some other reliable and well known alt coins.
13207  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin versus other offline currencies on: November 21, 2017, 06:49:13 AM
As a NEWBIE, how would you explain bitcoin as against other offline currencies?
Which one has more market value and why do you think so ?

Comparing bitcoin against "offline currencies" you mean to say cash? or a thing that has an economical value like jewelries, mostly with precious gold, silver, bronze, etc? If you are looking for what's the real market of bitcoin, try to check out coinmarketcap.com and for the market value of fiat money/cash, the government or your country will tell it how much it was valued. While with the precious things I mentioned try to explore this chart http://www.kitco.com/charts/
13208  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto is an Asset or Currency? on: November 21, 2017, 06:37:46 AM
Before bitcoin is more of currency, that's why we call it cryptocurrency right? It all started there but we are just good in using things for different purposes and bitcoin now is more considerable as an asset, as an investment and this makes everyone to invest more on it that adds the market cap. The way many thinks that bitcoin is good for buy,reserve/hold will give profit which is true and this makes it an asset.
13209  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: November 21, 2017, 06:29:48 AM
This strategy can be referred to as marketing because encouraging them to use btc means promoting its advantage to other payment means. By telling them the advantages i will tell them the step by step procedure making it easy for them to understand and eventually use them.

It's totally a marketing, marketing bitcoin as we are pushing and encouraging these local businesses to get into bitcoin. Once they are in, that will be another help to the whole bitcoin economy. They'll bring another profit and as well as additional market cap to bitcoin. And the phasing for this year is very quick, if tell someone that has a business about bitcoin it's either he heard it before or studying it now.
13210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What altcoin will make us rich? on: November 21, 2017, 06:06:22 AM
I think that makes us rich in altcoin depends on the price .. if the price is high we can have a high income

All of them that has the potential and has good road map that are doing all that they can to follow those plans are the ones that can make us rich. It doesn't matter on how many supply it did produced or how much it all started. As long the coin is supported by a strong developer that is focusing on the developments, upgrades, real innovation of that coin that will bring big sums of investors and profits.
13211  Economy / Speculation / Re: Today's (11/20) Sudden Drop on: November 21, 2017, 05:53:41 AM
No idea on what's the real reason of bitcoin's dip for today but this probably gave an effect and has some contribution for the tiny drop.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/roger-ver-declares-bitcoin-cash-to-be-true-bitcoin-market-forces-bring-more-attention
Ver really wants to push his support to bitcoin cash but against the bitcoin community he might affect the price but will never permanently pull it down.
13212  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bots CRASHED bitcoin price?? on: November 21, 2017, 05:39:20 AM
So bitcoin just crashed by $500! Look at the market graph between 23:30 and 23:45 EST for bitcoin and bitcoin cash on Bitfinex. They are exactly identical! NO WAY this was done by a human. Too many bots in operation???

It's up again now by +$200 back to $7,900. The price was recovering very quick and if the price starts to decrease again there are some people that are satisfied by selling it a while ago. I don't think that it was done by super human or bots, I don't know on how you ended up thing that this has been done by some sort of that thing. What's your conclusion on how did bots crashed bitcoin's price?
13213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cash is King on: November 21, 2017, 05:14:55 AM
I still hold my free coin (BCH) but I won't say that it is the king. The original is the king and bitcoin cash is helping bitcoin to pump after the price went high many profit takers came out and put back their fund to bitcoin. Again there is another article I've seen this morning that Roger Ver is declaring that bitcoin cash is the real bitcoin so that totally affected the price from $8,200 - $7,700.
13214  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Somebody can tell me on: November 21, 2017, 05:00:28 AM
A lot of thank all Roll Eyes

I was late to ask you what are the tokens you are holding? Because there are a lot of tokens that are associated to Ethereum and they are called ERC-20 tokens. And if that is supported by any exchange, you have to find it out by using search engines on where that token of yours are listed. After finding the right exchange for it, you just have to transfer / send those tokens to that exchange and put it on sell order.
13215  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin price touch to 15000$ Mark ? on: November 21, 2017, 04:08:53 AM
As we can see the current situation of the bitcoin price is hike day by day.
Would you like to comment that Is bitcoin price touch to 15000$ Mark ?

From $8,200 down to $7,799 real quick. This is a very good and healthy fluctuation of bitcoin's price, I don't know on when it will hit $15,000 but I have a belief that it will be there very soon. And for now we just have to keep on pushing the price to get up. And this is a good entry point for those people that are waiting for a dip, so we have seen an opening so after this will be a rise.
13216  Economy / Speculation / Re: Would Bitcoin price reach $10K by the end of 2017? on: November 20, 2017, 09:17:13 PM
Things are happening on bitcoin very quick and for just a short span of time it can pump to an increase of $1,000. By the mid of the year we did seen it pumped crazily and passed off through $2,000+ , $3,000 and now $8,000. Possible that we can reach $10,000 by the end of this year. Things are getting more exciting because of bitcoin, this is now the new generation of elite rich people.
13217  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Research: The use of Bitcoin among women on: November 20, 2017, 09:07:31 PM
Interesting, most of the women are not that techie and most of the bitcoin people are men. I have a friend on social media that are into bitcoin but they don't know what they do. My aunt that works on a cruise liner is also investing in bitcoin, they both know that bitcoin is more of an investment. They don't use it as currency and they don't understand the technology behind it, if you are still looking for women to talk to for your interview I'll try to convince them since they are busy with their schedules.
13218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UK threatens to shut down BitConnect on: November 20, 2017, 08:40:44 PM
so that the reason why the price of BCC is drop?
but i dont think that make bcc down
their rank in coinmarketcap still on top 25 right?
no worry then
It is now at rank 21 and I don't know why people are keep on supporting this ponzi. And there's nothing wrong if UK will decide to shutdown Bitconnect on their jurisdiction if they can see it no purpose of being there and they realized that it's just a merely ponzi. I don't care if this is a fake news or not but ponzi's shouldn't be supported in anyway. It's just a scam and it is giving people a wrong idea that crypto's are working that way.
13219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how can bitcoin survive with 26 USD transaction cost? on: November 20, 2017, 08:24:13 PM
What wallet are you using for sending transactions? Maybe it does have something to do with and I'm thinking about xapo, I'm currently using blockchain.info and you know what the lowest sats per byte that I paid is only 15 sats. They are working on it and seems that many miners are now back to mine bitcoin. When I have a $20 fee for a transaction what I did is I cancelled it and just wait for the dust to be settled, that time is during the war against bitcoin cash. I let it calmed so now I have less than $1 to pay for each of my transaction.

13220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 10k Bitcoin upcoming!? What are your plans for the Alts? on: November 20, 2017, 07:58:40 PM
Anyone feeling the way I am: Bitcoin is about to jump up to 10k!
I'm also feeling this way, we are near and going to that stage of our life as we will about to witness bitcoin's new ATH at $10,000 very soon.

We have broken 8k and the next stop seems to be 10k. This would mean a 25% increase in the price. If Alts follow the pattern from before (Bitcoin Gold and Segwit 2x forks) we can expect a drop of 30-40% in the Alts. I will probably sell my Alts and wait for the coming drop. Or does anyone think that Alts will rise along with Bitcoin? What are your plans for the Alts in the coming week/month?

ETH can rise along with bitcoin and with bitcoin cash it's the different way as it's the antagonist of bitcoin. I did sold most of my alt coins when we are still on the drama with bitcoin cash.
