13281  Economy / Economics / Re: How many BTC will make you a fiat millionaire in 5 years? on: December 19, 2015, 07:39:42 PM
Voted 500 up, probably because I can't see enough reasons why bitcoin would appreciate in value that fast. 5 years is ages in the crypto world, but a small time-frame in the global economy. Unless massive adaption of the coin takes place, till then I can see such a massive appreciation in price.
13282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't let bitcoin overtake your soul on: December 19, 2015, 07:16:26 PM
A sad story, but you can't blame bitcoin for what happened to you. You've already lost a significant sum in your first take into your 'method' and yet you have the guts to get a loan and repeat that same method and somehow game the system so that you'll get your money back. That's idiocy at its finest, man. I feel sorry, but somehow I don't seeing that it's your fault in the first place.
13283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: December 19, 2015, 07:01:55 PM
When bitcoin become worthless, then people will starting leave bitcoin for sure, But I am pretty sure this will not happen cause bitcoin will be the future of money..

Except this will never happen, because the Bitcoin market is too large for something like this to happen. A market this large simply CANNOT go to $0.

the market is u forgiving. anything can happen honestly

Agreed, if bitcoin's price from 0 to a thousand dollars is possible, such a journey downwards is also possible though highly improbable at this point in time. Maybe after some kind of catastrophe or some vulnerability in bitcoin is found and is already exploited, chances are this could lead to the massive decline in price with the possibility of bitcoin becoming worthless, again.
13284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you trust your Bitcoins to a Bitcoin Bank with annual 10% interest rate? on: December 19, 2015, 06:50:17 PM
Why would I entrust my money to some kind of third-party 'investors' who promise to use my money for them to invest and return it +10% interest when I could probably do greater profit myself? Completely nuts, sounds like a ponzi and not feasible in the long run unless they're generating such profit without risks (which is not going to happen.)
13285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: December 19, 2015, 06:16:02 PM
I only play small amount and just for fun. just enough to keep me entertained.
Alright, that is a wise decision to wager with small amount. Do you mind if you tell me where you play that e-bingo?

Thanks. Smiley

I know one place where bitcoin bingo is available: bibingo.io though I'm not sure whether they are legit or not. They're operating for quite some time now and I can see that some of the games are fast-paced.

Disclaimer: I'm not in anyway affiliated with the site I mentioned.
13286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling, Money is not everything on: December 19, 2015, 06:11:54 PM
i definitely agree that money is not everything when gambling its important to have a high quality entertainment when doing that because gambling only for money will most probably make you loose all your bitcoins

High quality entertainment? Not for all, I think. Gambling should be a time-killer for those who can afford it and not see it as a money-making opportunity. It is a completely different thing: earning from gambling and having fun from gambling. Yes, money isn't everything on gambling. You will also learn that there are certain risks for some certain rewards.
13287  Economy / Gambling / Re: Any good dice site users could invest? on: December 19, 2015, 05:10:11 PM
Why, Primedice is one of the best and most trusted dice site in the bitcoin economy. Why don't you try investing in it and I'm pretty sure that they (the staff) would be pretty responsive on your queries. Also, it is one of the most popular sites so I think that should be enough to make your investment grow pretty quick (or lose pretty quick, too.)
13288  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is your gambling stategy? Are you risky, or do you prefer slow? on: December 19, 2015, 02:40:25 PM
I'm extremely risky because I believe gambling's no fun without the risk. I usually yolo first bet.

That feeling of excitement and nervousness rushing within your spine? That's what a yolo bet means lol. Cheesy Also doing this when I know I can forget the amount I wager on a dice site. It increases the enjoyment that I'm feeling every time I play on dice.
13289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: December 19, 2015, 02:31:57 PM
yeah true, before, I was good at sports gambling, I could make a profit of up to 100% per week,
but when I enroll in the competition, I always lose, because my goal is to prove I'm great in gambling

You should then create your own thread to share your bets without pressure or bet constraints as in those competitions. If the picks are good, you could be receiving tips or you could try selling your picks like Joca after establishing a good record.

Was always watching for such free picks and so far made quite a few profit from it. Actually if you are good in sports betting you could make a great income by just selling your picks and betting on those same picks. First try to gamble on sports betting on a parlay and I lost already, probably because I have no clue on what I was doing back then. Cheesy
13290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What wallets do you use and why? on: December 19, 2015, 01:45:19 PM
Electrum on my laptop and Andreas Schildbach's wallet on my phone. The latter comes in handy when you need to do a quick purchase through the qr code scanning. I've been using both wallets for over a year now and so far, no issues have I even encountered on them.
13291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: December 19, 2015, 01:42:38 PM
Nothing, nothing will happen to the world if in case bitcoin was banned (which is highly improbable to say the least.) Let's face it, bitcoin hasn't made a significant impact to the industry and global economy but rather changed some POV on how people look at money. It may be on the headlines for a while but after quite some time, it would somehow be forgotten and another tech will come along and further what bitcoin already started.
13292  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk official exchange on: December 19, 2015, 12:27:30 PM
Hmm, starting up an exchange requires a lot of money and time to make it feasible and productive in the long run. As for the management, I think that the forum staffs and moderators already have a lot of tasks and things to do just by moderating this forum. Asking for help from the members of this forum (especially those in the DT and the "most trusted ones") would seem to be an improbable feat as most of them were inactive and have also lots of things to do already.
13293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling any one got cheated by house? on: December 18, 2015, 06:12:05 PM
I don't think that gambling sites need to cheat their users in the first place, given that they are tend to win in the long run. There are however some shady gambling sites that aren't provably fair. Or sometimes, the devs could probably be rolling on their own and cheating the house itself to win big (in the case of magicaldice).
