13281  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1000$ rally tomorrow on: February 02, 2017, 09:01:45 AM
Bitcoin is slowly growing and now is 980 usd in western exchanges, almost 1000 usd in Chinese exchanges, bitcoin is bullish after last huge pump in a month ago. Now Chinese central bank already warned Chinese exchnages and now they charge trading fees, all bubbles burst, the cuurent high price reflects bitcoin real value. Hope to see a new ATH in 2017.

slowly but sure the price is growing and now the price is reach $985 but if i see in the high price in 24 hours, there is another high price like $989.98765432 and we need to reach this first and then we can break more price. so far it is looks good in the market and we can hope that there is no down time for the price. its just makes my heart is beat too fast when i see in the poloniex and see the order sell and order buy, i just thinking, is it really hard to break $1000? i can not wait to see this is happen.
13282  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: investment losses on: February 02, 2017, 08:57:06 AM
greeting all,
I would like to ask your opinion, if a person invests using bitcoin in online sites, such as gambling sites, for example
if the site was experiencing huge losses so that owners of gambling sites out of business in the website, and then he disappeared soon, no one can be in contact
in your opinion,,?
What should an investor to recover the amount of investment from online entrepreneurs who are not responsible for it?
whether this problem can be processed into the legal system while both parties do not have a real agreement and written, in fact they are in a different country,,,?
thank,
you  should calculate your risk before investing in  any online investment platform. There isaaaaa no any online regulatory body that can safeguards your investment from scammers. Escrow could have been an option but most of them have been bought up by those investment sites. So you should calculate your risk before your investment your hard earning to a scheme you don't have control over.

it is true and with analyze the risk, we can know how good the investments that we want and we can spend in small or medium money so if something bad happen, we can minimize the loss. but if the case is like the OP said, then the investor can not doing anything because by who we can ask the responsibility? we don't know nothing with the investment sites and we can not ask for refund. so once again, before we make investment, there is many thing that we should know and we should take the time to learn the investment.
13283  Economy / Economics / Re: why is it so hard to buy bitcoin on: February 02, 2017, 08:13:58 AM
I have not really bought any bitcoin in a while, i have been mostly trading this last year.  but i have been trying to buy today from localbitcoins and bittylicious and it has been a real challenge.  they want photos of me holding cards on localbitcoins and on bitty they need about 4 different forms of id, what is going on.

this is seriously restrictive to anyone wanting to get into bitcoin,  like its meant to be pseudonymous but if the gate ways into bitcoin dont allow that people will be put off.    Huh

For what I can say about your concerns, is the site that you are trying to buy bitcoin is very strict to their rules for every new client that want to try their services. Though its for the security of their customers. Why not try poloniex, or bittrex, there not that very strict as localbitcoins and bittylicious, although they required 1 forms of ID only.
can one buy bitcoin from poloniex I thought their are trading platform? Those rules put in place are good as it will restrict bitcoin not to fell into the hands of evil men like terrorists and other evil organization. If the op has those documents it is better he send as a support for bitcoin. I will also advice  wise investors to store more bitcoin now as it will increase in values immediately any country legalized it.

i think people buy bitcoin from many source that we know like localbitcoin, coinbase and else and then they send their bitcoin into market exchange like poloniex and after that they can doing trading. i think it is not hard to buy bitcoin as long as we have a good source and trusty to buy bitcoin and if we don't have one, then we need to search the best for us. mostly i bought bitcoin with my own friend so i don't need to worried about bad thing that could happen because i really trust my friend.
13284  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Paypal a scam? on: February 02, 2017, 08:10:26 AM
i do not think that paypal is scam because we know that paypal is a biggest service and paypal was very famous before bitcoin and now a lot of people are using bitcoin for online shopping because bitcoin is more available in everywhere than paypal for online shopping .
Im agree with you overall Bitcoin is better than paypal because the number one issue of paypal service is their fee its more higher than Bitcoin. And the second one Paypal is not easy to use unlike Bitcoin.

Absolutely, Paypal is not scam, but after Bitcoin became popular, it got easier to transact with no fear of getting my account freezed and high fees, and get wrongly disputed. Paypal is also tough to fund in few countries. But sometimes transacting via Paypal helps as it is much secure and faster.

with their reputation and recommended by many people, i don't think paypal will do this as they survive until now and reach the most members that use their service. most people select paypal because the security for the account is good and can give protection for the member. beside that, many country that allow paypal to do their business and paypal itself like a bridge between the buyer and the seller in e-commerce. so in this circumstances, i think paypal won't do it unless they want to get losses of their members.
13285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: February 01, 2017, 02:28:31 PM
I am on profit from sports betting every single month. What I do is usually betting with the same stake or bet higher on games I feel that are going to win and bet less on games I'm not that sure ( I prefer to win less than loose more )

Congratulations! I dont have so much luck, but I also make some profit on sports betting. Good strategy you have here, all my bets are same, I always bet with maximum 2 mbtc per bet slip, only difference is in odds. I like to make couple bet slips, with small and sure bets- small odds, bit more games with surprises- higher odd. From time to time when I win I return what I lost and I'm in little plus always.

Well if you're a fan of the type of sport you're betting on, i think it would be a lort easier to make predictions. I was able to win with my bets almost 80% of the time when i bet in nba games. These are both through online betting and betting against my friends.
This is the right strategy, most sports bettors that are successful have a particular sport or even a league they prefer and in which they are experts at, and that allows them to make very accurate prediction and make profits out of their hobby.
Experts gambler? there is no guarantee of it, I mean with you often make predictions or frequent sports betting would be easy to make money from gambling, it is not a smart way.

maybe we can be experts gambler in sports betting sites but i don't think that we can be experts gambler in other gambling games. we need more than analysis to be experts gamblers and not all of gamblers can do. in sports betting i am sure that you can play gambling in smart way because you can make prediction for the match but your prediction is only work if you make the right prediction and read many source so the chance is bigger for you to win the games.
13286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Operating a BTC gambling site - Worth it? on: February 01, 2017, 02:23:43 PM
i wonder what kind of the games that you makes in your sites? i am too curious about this and i am waiting the progress. i think you can add another altcoin like rdd, xdg, or bcn in your sites because there is not many sites that have this option for their members so members will have much option for the coins that they want to deposit. is there any ETA that you want to tells or its need more than a week before you launch the sites? i think every one in this forum will waiting for your sites and they expecting the best from your sites. good luck sir and have a best sites.
13287  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: February 01, 2017, 02:16:47 PM
People should consider bitcoin as one of the payment method for buying any thing in local areas, before that we have to explain in detail about bitcoin advantages to them. So local people should can do two types of business with bitcoin and as well as with their store business.
I think first of all it applies to those shop, markets and stores owners, than the common people will consider bitcoin as one of the payment method.
shop owners must allow bitcoin as a accepted method. just like how lots of shops accept credit cards. same they need to accept bitcoin.

i think your idea can work properly if there are any community or group that giving tutorial or lesson for people so they can trying to search the shop or build their own shop in their city and start to accept bitcoin as their payment. we still having difficulties to find local store that accept bitcoin because the bitcoin education is not much in one city. we should trying to introduce bitcoin into more people and if we have money, then we can build local store and see if there is any progress or not.
13288  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin exchange which is worth the most? on: February 01, 2017, 07:30:58 AM
you should check out lykke's whitepaper and what they are building - funded

maybe lykke's exchange only promote can free fee trade
ussualy new exchanger alwyas promote use trading without fee, or very low fee

This is true, some of the new exchanger since they are new in this industry, they will do everything to invite the community to trade in their exchange,  because that's the main purpose of their business. And most of it they will free coins, and the lowest percentage fee for the transaction.

i have seen new exchanger doing expantion in many places to promote their sites and they can get more member. from time to time while they doing this, they are going to increase the percentage of the fee for every transaction and they give the reason is for maintain the website. maybe this is good exchanger by increase the fee but before they doing this, i think they should make a vote for their member so they know what their members want.

i think poloniex can be worth of bitcoin exchange as the other exchanger that we know.
13289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how to explain bitcoin advantage ?? on: February 01, 2017, 07:24:11 AM
you can ask your brother to sit down together in front of your computer in your room while you can explaining about bitcoin from the first time you know bitcoin. it is better if you can explain with open your browser and continue to explain one by one that you know, i think your brother will ask you and you have to answer the question properly. i am sure that if you correctly for explaining, your brother will be interesting in bitcoin and finally he will help you to give the money that you need.
13290  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bot Softwares for Trading on: February 01, 2017, 07:18:15 AM

13291  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin has proven it can pump hard without the need of chinese gamblers on: February 01, 2017, 07:15:10 AM
one of the thing that we should remember that bitcoin price can increased without the need of chinese gamblers but we should remember too that the price is depend on the market itself because traders have to participate to make increase or decrease the price so with many of traders that buying and selling bitcoin, i think it makes the price is fluctuative. don't thinking that chinese gamblers is the most of people that can controlled the price but maybe other people can control too.
13292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: cloud mining on: February 01, 2017, 07:11:16 AM
i think you can read the reviews on cmmonitor because when i visit in that sites, i found many reviews for each of cloud mining and i think its a good guid for new people which want to join in cloud mining. the oldest and still active cloud mining that i know is genesis mining, hashflare, eobot, hashnest, each of that cloud mining have pros and cons that you should know so by reading the reviews from many source, i think you can choose and select what cloud mining that you want.
13293  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: February 01, 2017, 07:08:51 AM
bitcoin price is really matter if the bitcoin price in the higher price and we want this. if the price is not high but bitcoin have a good future then i think it is still worth for us to store bitcoin in our wallet because sometimes the price will be increase again like before. for examples, when the price reach $200 in last years, many people is thinking in that year the price is cheap and will be increase so they made stock in their wallet while they waiting the increasing of the price.
13294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When does a coin become officially dead? on: January 31, 2017, 03:38:22 PM
if the dev is not take care the coins and not make any update with their coins, then i think that is the time for the coins to be disappear forever. we can see that there is many coins that is ended because for this.

the other sign is when the coins have to be deleted in many exchange and the dev is not taking action about this, then we should have a warning for careful with this coins so we can make other ways to avoid this.
13295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite type of gambling? on: January 31, 2017, 03:30:23 PM
i am still learning to playing dice games because i am not have a good experience in this games and if i need to give a vote too, maybe i will make dice as my favorite gambling games.

i know there are many gambling games in out there but i don't know too much like other gamblers so i think i will learn one by one of gambling games and i hope in someday, i can playing with many of gambling games.
13296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is winning the Race - Bitcoin or Paypal? on: January 31, 2017, 03:26:41 PM
i am confident to say that bitcoin is the winner the race because bitcoin have many benefits than paypal. we can have bitcoin for free without any fee, we can manage bitcoin from our own, we don't have to worried that we can get limitation like in paypal, we can send our balance into many wallet and it is different than paypal that we can not have more than 2 account with the same names.

there are too many benefits from bitcoin that can not compare with paypal and i think bitcoin is the next payment gateway that will be use by many people.
13297  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: January 31, 2017, 03:20:37 PM
i am make earning bitcoin by doing trading, signature campaign, make investing, i am still playing faucet even the reward is small amount. i think the biggest bitcoin source that i make is come from signature campaign and from that source, i can use the bitcoin to trading and so far, i am doing good in trading but i want and i need to increase my skills to make more bitcoin again.

doing investing is another part of my source to earn bitcoin and i think investing is good chance for us if we can select the recommended investment programs. beside that, i am enjoy while i am playing faucet because this is the way and the first time i know bitcoin.
13298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling vs Real Gambling on: January 31, 2017, 03:11:19 PM
You guys should at least read the entry post of OP. He asked why online gambling is illegal in the philippines, but live gambling not. Wink

i only can thinking to myself that if gambling is allow in real life then the kids will see their parent or other member of family playing gambling and this is not good if the kids seeing this because they can duplicate the bad behavior form adult people.

and maybe because of this, online gambling is allow in the philippines because when people wants to playing gambling, they should doing online in internet and visiting the gambling sites and then they can playing gambling without worried if their kids or other family will see them playing gambling.
13299  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: January 31, 2017, 03:04:05 PM
Compelling reason I still buy bitcoin is for investment. We can not be denied that the most profitable investment currently is bitcoin. Although prices are stagnant, but I am optimistic bitcoin is going up again. Every month I will buy about $100 from my salary.

it is good not just for you but for all of us and we know that bitcoin is the best investment now in internet and in offline life. no matter how much the price will be increase, from the time to time, i am sure that people will use bitcoin in many places and they will spreading the news about bitcoin more than now.

many people buying bitcoin now because they don't want to late while the price now is really cheap, but i wonder how if bitcoin price is higher from now and that many people can not buy a whole 1 bitcoin, i think people will buy with small part of bitcoin and they can save it into their wallet until they see there are other price increase.

13300  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much BTC is required for trade? on: January 31, 2017, 02:55:04 PM
This has been one of the most asked questions asked by newbie traders or people who want to try trading to make money. If you know the basics then nothing is a small investment. Even 0.005 or 0.01, approximately 10 - 15$ is enough to start. The main point to remember is not to be greedy at first. Build your principle amount and then try experiments.

it is true and i am agree with you, with the bigger money you use, there is a big chance that you can make a big profit too although this is not always guarantee that you will make big profit but at least, with big money, you can buy bitcoin or altcoin in big amount too and if the price is going to increase, you can be prepare to sell the coins and maybe you can make big money too.

beside that, you should think about the risk that will always follow with big funds in trading and you should thinking this as your learning in trading so at least, if you get loss, then you have a good lesson that you will not doing again in future.
