Between those two options I would prefer bittrex, because of the experience I have, I admit both are the best exchanges in my eyes. But both have little difference in terms of support, I would feel comfortable if support can respond to its customers quickly and bittrex is superior in that regard. For the matter of fees, I like poloniex, but I do not prioritize fees for trading. So this depends on the individual taste of each one I think.

1) Are you used Bitcoin to buy illegal staff 2) which better to buy legal things Bitcoin or Normal Bank system (PP,payeer,cash ,.............) I never bought illegal goods using bitcoin, let alone to buy illegal staff, I did not think so far to use bitcoin. Yes as it has been said above that bittrex is highly recommended and I also recommend the same exchange of bittrex. I've been leaving poloniex for a long time, but I never thought about leaving bittrex because I'm still comfortable using bittrex until now.
