1. The user is in a rank where he requires a few more Merits to rank up, and the post in question deserves to get that many Merits. I agree with this and would like to add the following. Since theymos mentioned that some users got "screweed over" with the invention of the merit system, maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to give those users a certain advantage when you are handing out merits, since they were close to gaining a higher rank and missed it by an inch. I think I saw a table about unlucky users who got affected by the merit system or sth like that but I cant find it now. I am sure there could be a way to check that though. @o_e_l_e_o Thanks for sharing that quote by theymos, it is encouraging that he would support such a decision if the merits are given to quality posts. |

I merited you for the post you provided but mainly for your overall post history. Feel free to contribute with more guides and charts about trading, as long as they are yours. Do you trade a lot or are you more of a holder? ...the only remaining confusion is why my thread and the others like it were ever moved/removed to begin with. I will be giving my thread another shot and attempt to be a bit more conscious of the guidelines and rules surrounding it. I remember your thread, it was amazing! You put a lot of work into it. Check with theymos and give it another shot if he agrees. Maybe the rules need to be clearer, stricter, I am not sure what exactly the problem was but I am sure you can work it out after talking to him. I made a rule in my thread that I will review only posts that were written BEFORE I created this thread! In that way there will not be any incentive to spam the forum by members who saw my thread and then try to claim merits with those posts. It could also potentially mean that some quality posts after Dec 16th wont get merited but I took that into account as well. @Stedsm I understand what bill gator is talking about. He put a lot of time and effort in his thread, I just checked it, it is a 20 pages thread and then it got moved/locked. Your idea about creating a list for all threads in one place is good! I support that. |

Services like bet365 offer sound notifications in case of goals and bookings but I have noticed they are quite late when confirming a penalty decision. Anyone has any experience with a betting service that also offers sound notifications + notification for penalties?

I watched the Wolves - Liverpool match last night and on three occasions I was negatively surprised with the decisions of the linesmen.
I haven't looked for any videos or photos, I doubt there are any for the situations I will mention.
This match was covered with VAR. There were three very doubtful offside decisions in which the linesmen signalled for offside when in fact they had to allow the play to continue and in case a goal was scored review it with VAR and make the right decision. Checking the replays during the match I am certain they made a mistake in the 1st situation, the 2nd is very doubtful and hard to spot, but, it is possible that the player was also not in offside in that situation. Looked like a 50/50 decision. In the third offside situation the assistant referee made the right choice signalling for offside but again he could have allowed play to continue and the main ref would have had the help of VAR in making the right decision in case a goal was scored.
Seems like the linesman were not really at their best last night. The correct workflow is always allow the play to continue unless you are 100% certain that the player is offside. In case of a goal the action will be reviewed by VAR anyways. If there is a whistle by the ref - it can no longer be reviewed by VAR.
Did anyone watch the match last night?

Da nije možda zbog teme u kojoj smo pisali viceve?
Ja znam da sam tamo imao kopiranih viceva sa drugih web stranica, ali ako se to smatra plagijatorstvom to je stvarno jadno.
Vjerojatno je RegulusHR bio pod posebnim povećalom kao merit source. Ne vjerujem, zbog dva razloga. Prvo što je na našem jeziku i admini nemaju pojma šta mi tu pišemo. Drugo, vic je u pitanju, mora bit kopiran od nekud, ne možemo izmišljat viceve iz glave nit im se zna porijeklo niti čiji su itd. Mora da je nešto drugo u pitanju, jel neko od vas u kontaktu sa Regulusom da ga pita da li će pisati u Meti i tražiti razlog za ban?! |

there is an app called Sportzone that I use in case the event isn't streamed on beinsports , there is no delay I know about that app as well, it is the same as videostream, Ukrainian service but it is no longer available. Sportzone is ok with football, but there is a delay compared to bet365 for example, if both services show the same match, the sportzone app is always about 1 second behind. With other sports like handball or Ice hockey, the delay is in the 20-30 secs range, that is huge. |

Autobanned se obično povezuje sa copy/pasting slučajevima. Takvih ima na desetine u Meti, stalno se članovi javljaju sa pitanjima zašto im je nalog banovan i u modlogu onda piše autoban.
Ne vjerujem da je to slučaj kod Regulusa, većina postova mu je na HRV, na našem forumu. Vidim da je učestvovao u Gigzi signature kampanji, da nije na osnovu toga dobio neki ban za nešto što su shvatili kao spam?!
Bilo bi dobro da čujemo šta Regulus kaže i da li je uspostavio kakav kontakt sa nekim od admina. U Meti zasad nije pisao ja mislim.

Even if you use hardware wallet there's no guarantee that your funds won't be in danger, such as when your hardware wallet is broken or have some bug. Paper wallet is safer than hardware wallet as long as you can back up correctly. If your hardware wallet breaks you can get a new one and import your 24 word seed phrase and restore it. Your crypto wont be lost. Or import it to a different wallet that supports this function. Paper wallets are good for long term holding but they are not very handy if you need to make a transaction every now and then. Also, they are easier to destroy physically, water, fire, tearing etc. My point is, nothing is 100% safe if you are not using, storing it properly. |

Streaming will always have a great delay time. Cable will always be faster. The best for betting are livescores websites, where the delay is minimal, and digital radios. Bet365 has in the past years been faster even compared with my cable provider. From the start of this season they seem to have put a significant delay on their streaming services for reasons known to them only. AM/FM radios are faster compared to Digital radios. The process of making the signal digital creates additional delay. Thanks for the suggestions, I will also have a look at the streams you suggested, but I am afraid they are no different than most of the other free streaming sites, ads, low quality, slow speeds etc... Someone from nitrogen shared videostream their site is fast and convenient to use it only takes a click to watch different match but recently they're not available. The next site that I go to whenever they're down is vipleague Thanks, I have used videostream as well, both their SportZone app and the website service but both are no longer working. |

ne vjerujem da sam ja razlog tog bana, ne vidim kako bi mogao bit, u svom postu i sam kažeš da sam dosta aktivan, sigurno među najaktivnijim korisnicima HRV foruma u zadnjih 40-50 dana. 9-10 mojih tema je trenutno na prvoj stranici u našem forumu. Regulus bi trebao da napravi novi nalog i otvori temu u Meta podforumu i tamo pita za razlog, obično je razlog plagiarism ali u njegovom slučaju piše merit history. Regulus ako ovo čitaš, obavezno otvori temu u Meta sekciji i pitaj što si banovan i nemoj ni u kojem slučaju da pišeš bilo gdje drugo na forumu osim u Meti - to će smatrati da je ban evasion i ne ide ti u prilog.
