I’m a bit confused by what’s being asked here or going on or whatever ..just wanted to share this.
This is what I suggested to do.... Pay back swept people who refused Cygan's BTC and also anyone who sent BTC to SKamKey raffle . Thats for people like yourself that refused to take Cygan's BTC Pay back Cygan his BTC given out to make people whole.(He volunteered to do this and had no reason to do so) Give back Cygan the BTC he gave to people like myself and others that did accept his BTC. Any leftovers go to people who ordered cards and never received. Pay back peoples business loans given to SkamKey. Cygan was/is CEO of ColdShits. I would image he received equipment or other proprietary intellectual property of value... maybe he can confirm or deny? Also, he pushed ColdSweeps up until the end even when there were more warning signs privately than already discussed publicly. I 100% disagree with your comment "had no reason to do so". I do commend him for doing it quickly, but if he backed the bitch that was Yogg & there are future profits to be had from his investment in ColdCunts, his reimbursements were rightfully given. Noted and understood. Thats my opinion and thus everyone has to have their say and then someone should run a poll to see how this is best distributed. I am all ears to what everyone else has to say as well. |

I dont think there is enough to even cover half of the first point - let alone any of the rest. but I also agree - there should be no raffle or drawing or w/e But also how do you pick/choose who gets reimbursed when there simply is not enough to cover everyone? What about all the buyers who do not come here but joined the forums specifically for lucho's set? Many of those may not know of what has happened yet. All excellent points....That is true and if they sold the sets then how do you notify whomever owns them now? |

Not sure there is enough BTC to cover premiums lost and that would be quite difficult in determining and also who gets what, but its an opinion and it counts as well and should be considered of course. I do not like the idea of a raffle or a coin etc etc etc. I think we should send the BTC back to the collectors who lost BTC directly. BTC for BTC so to speak. These are my opinions and I mean no offense in stating the opposite..so I respect everyones opinion as we are all victims here. It would literally be impossible to figure out reimbursement for anything other than the directly yogged halving sets. Just myself I'm over 1 btc in losses if you count premium for my collection of over 200+ coldkeys, unfunded history cards, unrecieved orders, and thats stipl not accounting for the .5 BTC business loan or the yogged halving sets in my collection
Simple answer is a custom ballet with remainder of funds distributed to the cards or a raffle. I say ballet because they do custom designs & they’re trusted. I'm wondering if something within the community may be a better idea. Please add your idea to list of poll options & we can vote on it ✌🏼 Aye a poll would be the way to go once we decide what is to be voted for etc etc etc. All those affected should post their opinions so they can be included in the poll. |

What if the loan was business related? From one business to another? When the loan was requested so that materials could be bought etc etc?
Good point....In my case it was personal so I shall not ask for mine to be covered..but if in your case it had to do with Coldkey business then of course I would say you would need to be reimbursed as well as a casualty of the ColdSkam fallout. |

I would suggest: - compensation of stolen loaded amounts (ppl not yet having received compensation)
- compensation of loans and of 'paid but never received' orders
- cygan for compensating scammed ppl
... coz these are objective figures. I'm undecided when it comes to premiums as those are very subjective. likewise in a legal case you would seldom receive the sentimental/collector's add-on value (premium). (speaking of an European legal understanding (yogg/coldkey as European individual/legal entity); don't know about strange US case law regime) Secret personal loans should not be reimbursed in any scenario imo. For one, if these people who all know eachother had shared this info, the reality of Yogg being a dead best dick sucker would have surfaced long ago & a lot of people wouldn’t be in the spot they are today. Sadly but true...if only we wouldve known of each others loans....All I have to say is I based it on my experience with him in the past...he always delayed his repayment but then came thru. SO I was very lenient when it came to repaying me back....figuring his depression had something to do with it. But hindsight is 20/20....lesson learned at my end and never again. And I agree....personal loans should not be covered as it was personal and not business. |

What’s the final total BTC, please? And total how many community impacted users are there?
These are some of our suggestions
1. Create limited edition unload-able silver coins (we will do unique design proposals and people can chose). This design will never be reused. All work from our side will be for free as long as we are in budget.
2. Same option like 1 but loadable / buyer funded coins
3. Give the amount to chosen charity of impacted people. (Can be per person)
4. As someone mentioned order custom ballet cards.
5. Divide btc by total users and give to each user.
6. Bulk buy of known silver crypto coins like Niue coins, etc and give to impacted users.
