I highly doubt that a ISO code is the only reason why we don't see Bitcoin on the major forex exchanges.

As someone who's finding the whole MtGox/Coinlab contract suspiciously one sided,
it's with great interest that I'm watching this thread. 

I think that these "news" really had less impact than what most think.
