1341  Economy / Speculation / Re: BitPay laid off nine employees yesterday. on: January 12, 2015, 04:08:54 AM
In stock market, when they fire employees the prices rise because they won't have to pay salaries.

Here we see nowhere but down trolling show.

If you think Bitpay is with financial troubles and you were a serious user, or at least a first class troll, you would use numbers and balances, not the fact they fired some people

How can we know you won't just run away with money?

How can we know if your alt accounts won't always be the winners?

1358  Other / Meta / Re: Who is the best poster of 2014 ? on: January 07, 2015, 01:34:15 AM
I think if it was to happen it would have to be for something that couldn't be exploited and mere votes/voting could unfortunately.
This is so true. If there was a vote where the winner gets bitcoins, we'll see the weirdest stuff
going on for sure. Automated account-creating and voting. We would witness a nice arms race of
account-creation-and-voting scripts Cheesy

It would only increase the value of accounts that satisfies whatever the criteria demanded for them be able to vote.

And demand BTC in order to vote is easily exploitable by a big whale with thousands of BTC, enough to make withdraw into FIAT impossible without some money laundering charges
1359  Other / Off-topic / Re: just think of how peaceful it could be without internet and without the coins on: January 07, 2015, 01:26:54 AM
BTC is trash bin for 99.9% of people.

Is the world a peaceful heaven for 99.9% because they have no BTC?
